It is correct if he stated that the famous heated and whirlpool pool is actually a simple municipal pool open to everyone and chaotic, outside the campsite (it is not inside, it is the municipal swimming pool of the village). It's not heated and the hot tub isn't a hot tub but has two mouths of water that aren't even working? Also it is a lie if I write that the babyclub is organized in a curve of the campsite where children are constantly moved because there is a continuous passage of cars? If I said something that doesn't correspond to reality, let me know.

We were there last summer and drive it back there, it's mega nice there, accommodation clean, the swimming pool right on the place and can be used for free, a nice place.

Nice location. Clean. The market doesn’t offer much. Quite expensive. Check in until 22.30 which is nice.

Campsite well displace and well organized to be able to move both by bike (as in our case) and in the car. Ability to use the shuttle that takes you directly to San Gimignano center and from there also take other means to reach visit neighboring towns. Bathrooms and services very clean and always well functioning. Rv/tent/caravan shaded and spacious and quite quiet. The only weakness were the mosquitoes that were many and superaggressive in every parking lot. Arm yourself with Autan! Restaurant inside the active campsite and overlooking San Gimignano, great pizza and fried super, but the chopping house of bruschetta NO! Always love nature! :-) Alexander and Veronica.

Really nice camp ground. We stayed in a mobilhome. The atmosphere is friendly and the staff is very polite and helpful. The small restaurant and mini market are however lacking in quality and service at the cost of one star and the last star is missing because our kids needed a bigger playground. The free access to the public pool however fully met our expectations and we spent many hours here. The close proximity and shuttle bus to San Gimignano is a major bonus which we enjoyed extremely.

Loud music playing for a private party at 23:41. More than 20 tents are around and no one cares. The manager’s there too. Exactly what you need when you need to leave at 6 am. Wouldn’t recommend it besides either.

Quite expensive for the quality. A plus is taht it's very close to San Gimignano. The same is a minus cause you will hear every sound of ascending the hill vehicles. The pitches placement is quite awkward. There's just a handful of places where you can park your car next to the tent. Toilets are clean, having toilet papper. Baths are adequate, also. No fridge, no free Wi-Fi, no entertainment, no spirit nor atmosphere in the campsite. The restaurant in place is even more expensive than the trivatores in San Gimignano. The top was when I was asked to pay 5 eur for a bag of ice in the bar.

Very nice campsite under the holm oaks overlooking the beautiful Tuscan village of San Gimignano next door (5 ' on foot).
Possibility of renting bungalows (with or without kitchen) of Mobil homes and pitches for tents and caravans.
Classic rate (€51 per night for bungalow without kitchen for 3 people, €55 with kitchen-mid season)
Good reception, in English and French depending on the people.
Restaurant-bar on site. The grocery store is very sketchy, plan the races before arriving. Swimming pool nearby, bath cap required.
Attention, limited place for cars on a part of the tent pitches only, for the bungalows (like us) small parking outside or on the street (very low however along the campsite)

An alternative accommodation for visiting San Gimignano and Siena. Immersed in greenery. With very friendly staff: although we had some discomfort with our cassette they found a way to help us.

€30 for a parking space without electricity for a camper, welcome not very nice, San Gimignano Super.

Negative Experience. Dirty and poorly kept mobile Homes. Bad food Service. The Manager or not know who rude person and not at all welcoming and helpful. My eight year old daughter wanted a cut of beef and when they brought it there were just three pieces of meat. I asked if the amount was that considering the price and I was told yes, but given my hesitation he thought well of bringing another. Moral of the fable? That cut made me pay double! And on the next morning at breakfast, my good morning and my husband did not even deided to a greeting. If you decide to spend a holiday in this place or just to come to eat in wuques restaurant, never contradict the manager, your lunch or dinner, you will pay with so much interest. Rude and incompetent Director!

Negativissima Experience! I spent two DAYS with my family. Dirty mobile Homes, damp without towels, crumbling duvets on which I would have made sleep the director of this hovel, rude and incompetent person. He had to take a crash course of good manners before he did this job. Not To mention the restaurant, exaggerated prices and zero amount of food. Shame also for the non existent Kindness staff. Highly Recommended.

From the camper-pitch in front of the actual campsite you have a beautiful view of San Gimignano.

Nice place with several parking spaces. Unfortunately not available at all pitches electricity. Showers and toilets clean and well maintained. Bicycles are recommended. The footpath to San Gimignano runs.

Pilgrim's Hospitality along the Via Francigena. New Bungalow with good value for money, unfortunately you can hear The noises and The movements of the neighbors… Too bad that in the same area are rented to guests who do not make the walk. The most serious lack is that practically there is no convenience store (if not a corner with two very dear things inside the bar/restaurant) and the pilgrim you can find in difficulty for the food (especially for breakfast because the bar opens at 9)

I've been to this campground before, it's nice, the staff at the front desk is kind and knowledgeable, The bathrooms are clean and well kept. The Only sore note, a sign at the entrance (of which I can not find mention on the site) says that, in high season the space of each pitch may be divided among more patrons making him pay not the pitch, but the equipment. I do not find it right also because, by law the pitches must have a minimum size. On principle I never go in parking spaces or RV parks just because I want my spaces well demarcated, I do not mind paying more, if these spaces are lacking what is the difference with a rest area? I do Not do controversy about the rules of camping, if I'm not good I can look for more, those on which it should not be necessary to discuss, are the laws, if the pitches must have a minimum size…

Great place, better facilities in love forever from Tuscany and from this site.

Quiet and in the midst of nature. It has buses that stop at the door and leave you in the village.

Great place to stop for visiting San Gimignano, the campsite is situated amongst olive trees and his in a beautiful spot. Of an evening you can sit outside at the bar overlooking the vineyards. We were here last year in October and it was outstanding. For those like us that dont have bikes the4re is a bus that pulls up out the front to take you in to the centre of town. Tip 1. As you walk in to the town from down the bottom as soon as youn go through the gate there is a shop on left side selling the most beautiful wild pig (ham) sandwichs or rolls. It was the best I have ever eaten. As for the campsite the showers arer good and the staff in the Resteraunt are excellent. The beer snacks are the best.

I was there July 2015 and loved it. It was not too crowded and the place was clean. The route to S. Giminiano is 2 Kms long with a wonderful scenery overlooking the vineyards as well as S. Giminiano skyline which brings you back to middle ages.

This was our first stay in San Gimignano and it was great. We stayed in a mobile home with plenty room for 3 persons, private bathroom, very confortable beds and a great shower. Also they put a fridge for you to use and there is a natural terrace with a table and chairs. The place was clean, modern and still nature ambiented. They have camping site and parking for mobile home also. All the commodities are pretty new: common bathrooms, washing macchines or sink, etc. It has all we needed to spend some beautiful days near SG. There is a bus service even thou we walked the distance is just 2 km. Views are awesome, you can see San Gimignano from the Camping! We recommend it!

Lovely campsite. We were there in low season, it was very peaceful. The whole place is clean, we could set our tent under the shadow of olive trees, the staff were helpful and kind. San Gimignano is 10-15 minutes from the camp by foot. If you go by car you can reach every town and place in Tuscany with a 30-45 min. Travel from here (Florence, Sienna, Tuscan Archipelago, etc. )

We were a group of 8 adults. I found the price correct and the bungalows were clean and ready when we arrived. The access to the pool is free which is friendly considering the heat. You can easily Park your car after check-in. ONLY DOWNSIDE: Wi-Fi is not free on the contrary… It is extremely expensive.

Very well located geographically to visit Tuscany. The municipal swimming pool is very welcoming with a shaded area with relax nickel for rest or reading.

Quiet and consistent with the central expectations to see the region of Siena.

Accommodation for pilgrims of the Via Francigena: Very friendly to the reception, very clean, nice place, with restaurant, the mobile home was a little small.

Not very good experience with the service, they are not friendly as soon as you make any complaints. We were at Easter in bungalow. We had a cold, there was not enough bedding, no towels provided, the day of departure you are forced to leave the bungalows for 10. The isolation of the bungalows is more than just fair. The access street has an exaggerated slope, which does not appear on any side of its publicity. No Supermarket, offers in the bar few items and expensive.
