Excellent hotel at a perfect location to explore San Gimignano and the rest of Tuscany. Good clean room with a nice terrace and spacious bathroom. Owner and staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The codial welcome and excellent cleanliness are definitely points in favor of this Hotel. Comfortable and soundproof rooms, only poorly air-conditioned.

Strategic position, about 1 km from San Giminiano, in the open countryside (or rather hill) able to make your stay relaxing. Welcoming, helpful and informal staff. A place that leaves you reluctantly.

We had the best time here… loved the family and staff running this place. Simply the best! Still thinking about the gorgeous pool & delicious Italian breakfasts each morning.

Wonderful property with a great restaurant, fantastic staff and at walking distance from San Gimignano. They made our stay in San Gimignano more enjoyable and were over the top with recommendations for local daily trips and sightseeing. It’s also worth visiting Castello di Brolio, about one hour drive from hotel. I would definitely recommend the Hotel Le Colline.

Great, family run small Hotel.

We stayed two nights and had a great time… especially because our little dog could follow us into every hotel space, breakfast room and pool included! Great breakfast and served in a beautiful garden. Very courteous staff and helpful to please every request. The restaurant opposite Da Nisio is also great.

Beautiful experience, hotel nice clean and organized a few steps from the historical center of San Gimignano. The rooms are large and comfortable, the breakfast is varied and very good with quality products. A special mention goes to Mrs. Donatella (the owner of the hotel), having a chat was really nice, thank you. We will definitely go back.

A nice hotel near San Gimignano, professional staff but it feels like home. Clean and adequate rooms, large bathroom. Ample parking. Breakfast. A great restaurant in front of the hotel.

You feel more than welcome when you arrive and this feeling stay with you until you leave! The mattresses could be harder but that’s a personal thing! The dinner was also amazing!

Fabulous place in the hills of San Geminiano and Volterra, the management full of care and hospitality, cozy place, good pool, restaurant communicating ok, great x a weekend of nature and relaxation… really recommended.

The Hotel Le Colline is conveniently located near San Giminiano, half an hour from Siena, Certaldo and to other beautiful places of Tuscany. The owner, Donatella, bends over backwards to make its guests feel at home. The view from the room is beautiful. The breakfast very complete. I even got soy milk, which I appreciate. The restaurant is excellent also. Our stay was really good. Thanks Donatella.

I had been back at "Le Colline" for 17 years and felt like yesterday. The boss Donatella is still the good soul of the house and it fulfills every wish of you. I felt very comfortable and if it's possible, I'll be back too. LG Susanne.

Very nice hotel about 2 km from San Gimignano. Most guests come by car; we used the bus (there's a stop right outside the hotel). It's a very pleasant walk into town by the old road behind the hotel (ask at the desk how to get to it; some roads on Google maps are closed to the public). There was a good breakfast, a large bright room, good free Wifi, very friendly staff. Probably the nicest place we stayed on our trip (out of 5), and also the least expensive.

Best impossible… In all respects… The charming owners… Situation… Cleaning… Room… Breakfast… A ten.

The staff was friendly and the near by restaurant was excellent.

Nice room and pool. Good food but the services in restaurant didn't have good approach towards people who dont speak Italien.
