We had a wonderful time! Romantic rooms, super friendly owners and staff and a beautiful pool with the most amazing view! One day we will most definately return here.

The place is simply beautiful. A stunning view on San Giminiano, beautiful countryside around, a really nice pool and a peaceful relaxing atmosphere. Virginia and the staff are nice and helpful and breakfast is really good. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend. What to say, it is surrounded by greenery, each accommodation is independent, well furnished and clean, complete with kitchen for those who want to prepare lunch or dinner. Then having a chance to go to the pool in that beautiful setting is the best. We also found the staff nice and welcoming.
We had a really good time.

Awesome place. The property was very cool — tucked away in the tuscan hills. We had a great time in the pool, on the hikes into San Gigmignano, and just hanging out on our room's porch. We had a fantastic dinner there as well. Definitely worth it!

Sensacional. Melhor experiência possível na região. Fomos recebidos com muito carinho e direcionados para o quarto que na verdade é uma casa completa de 2 dormitórios 2 banheiros, uma varanda linda e até churrasqueira. Vale a pena ficar mais de um dia para curtir o hotel por completo.

Virginia was very welcoming. Lovely food provided on arrival and fantastic evening meal. Highly recommended. Views of San Gimignano and surrounding countryside were fantastic. Very comfortable accommodation. Everything you need. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Wonderful peaceful escape in the middle of Tuscany hills. Very nice and helpful host Virginia. Perfect and fully equipped apartment with own terrace and barbecue beside the pool. Excellent golfing 35 minutes away. San Gimignano in walking distance.

We stayed at Podere Bellavista from 9 to 4 April 2018.
The first Thanksgiving goes to Virginia, a special person who has distinguished himself for his attention and willingness towards the customer, not least with our little one of 2 years.
Punctuality, precision, assistance all the height of expectations.
Great breakfasts and not bad even dinner on site!
The farm is in a very convenient location for those who want to visit San Gimignano and provides a beautiful panoramic view of the same.
A quiet place to relax and feel good!
Thanks also to all the rest of the staff, if we have the opportunity to return to those parts we gladly stop again at Podere Bellavista!

Spectacular Panorama with view directly on the towers of San Gimignano.
Located near the center of San Gimignano from which you can reach through a beautiful path in the middle of nature about 1 km.
The staff was very helpful.

Set on the navigator "Località Bellavista" and enjoy the peace of the place! You will be greeted with a smile, if you book dinner you will be satisfied for quality and quantity, same for breakfast!

The place is really magical, poetic I would say, in front of fields cultivated with grapes you see San Gimignano and a beautiful slice of Tuscan hill. Our apartment, oak, was furnished in an elegant (but not austere indeed very cozy) and was complete with every need (even the kitchen was well equipped, but we did not use).
Going to the Bellavista enriches the travel experience. The cost is not trivial but the accuracy with which the property is maintained justifies it; Also the pool (which we didn't use because in October you can't do it) seems very well taken care of. Recommended.

Virginia thank you very much, we had our 45 wedding anniversary here what a great spot. Traveled from Tasmania to spend a week in Tuscany. Spent week driving around tourist sites and walking into San Gimignano. Virginia cooked a great dinner for our anniversary. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Dennis & Loudy.

The host Virginia was lovely and very welcoming. The accommodation is beautiful and very comfortable. The house has amazing views of San Gimigniano and we loved walking there each evening for dinner. A perfect location to explore the beautiful towns nearby such as Volterra. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay here! We were warmly welcome and had an excellent stay. 5+ stars for their hospitality. Amazing views, comfortable rooms and a only 5 mins away by car to the lovely village of San Gimignano. Highly recommended!
