A lovely place, a very beautiful view from the window, close to the central square!

Good location (near the city center and the plaza), breakfast is good, Wi-Fi works fine, there’s AC in the rooms, however the pillow is really uncomfortable, and the lady in charge of breakfast is rude. The rest of the staff is really friendly (specially the guy at the reception). Some of the rooms have living rooms.

Set in a historic town. Old buildings with a modern touch. Walking distance from everything you need to do by foot in a 5 km radius. Good service. Please note you need to pay town taxes between 2 and 4 euro per person per night and it must be in cash.

Convenient essential to two steps from Piazza del Campo, excellent service car Vallet.

Great location in the middle of the hotel. I had a room on the ground floor adjacent to the entrance, street front. Old the room with drafty window. You hear every noise from the street (luckily they are provided earplugs, which is all a say). Bathroom and cleanliness not very commendable. TV not working in the room. I give two just for the courtesy of the staff and the mid level breakfast.

Very central location in the old part of Siena. Dated but well maintained rooms and cleanliness is more than enough.
From the room where I was staying the views was really very nice.

The value for money is good also seen the centrality of the inn a few minutes from the square.
A little small The breakfast room there is the risk of having to wait at busy times or tourist times.

Great location, I found courtesy and helpfulness. The structure is ancient, with the pros and cons that this implies. The room I stayed in was ample and with a spacious bathroom. The only sore point was the mattress of the sofa bed!

In Siena! Difficult access but it is in the heart of Siena's Old town! It's worth knowing!

I've been in Siena, because with my Winery I had a tasting at a major downtown restaurant. A few meters from the restaurant and just 3 minutes walk from piazza del Campo, there's this locanda San Martino.
You have to (as mentioned in other reviews) to know the house number because there are no signs, but a nice front door of a building. At the entrance a simple desk and a computer make up the reception! the rooms are obtained in this Palace once I think consisting of various apartments, are simple in furniture than in comfort, but very spacious (at least the 2 that had us).
I think we have restored the bathrooms (read in other reviews that was an issue) are large and with great showers.
The cost of the room's contents to be within the city walls and especially only a few metres from piazza del campo and the main streets of Siena.
Another plus point that I think also denotes a certain intelligence is the availability of free Wi-Fi, which although password required is free for customers.
The only cons I found are:
— courtesy set very low, 2 shower caps, 1 bar of SOAP and shower shampoo sachets 2;
— lack of parking space or an alternative to this (type garage or parking near) Although in many have this problem
will definitely return to take advantage of this Inn in case I went back to Siena.

The owner is a fake, Defamer and incompetent.
Go somewhere else!
We slept in the cold, and she had the nerve to reply to us that is not his problem.
