Nice location near city center, confortable for parking. Staff is kind and always available to help customers. Rooms clean and confortable.

Located outside the old town, but by bus good connections. Purposefully, small rooms, breakfast not outstanding, were placed at a table in the passageway although many other nice places were vacated in the room. Minitresor, in which just the keys and 1 wallet fit in. To the side of the road very loud, to the garden side "only" still loud. Still well suited for day trip to Siena.

Nice place close to the center of Siena (also on foot) friendly staff, clean rooms and quite varied breakfast. Good price.

I had a good time at this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool and pool area is great! However, the sheets and pillows felt somewhat damp and old. Location is oke; great connection to the center of Siena by bus, which stops right in front of the hotel. All considering, the price/quality ratio is correct.

Was not bad not located in a bad area but not good either. No crime just loud traffic nose on street side. Very Nice patio and pool area.

Staff super nice and helpful, buffet breakfast very varied and quality double room for two much wider than normal with change of towels in the morning outdoor pool small but effective parking (in case of large turnout could Be a problem, but I bet on the willingness of the staff to fix the situation promptly) strategic position to reach the center: in front has a stop that leads quickly to 5 minutes from Piazza del Campo the shuttle no longer runs from 20:30, but in 20 minutes walk you reach the escalator that from just inside the walls door near the baptistery of the Duomo near Piazza del Campo Operational Council: At the first leg take advantage of the shuttle, since the road would be uphill, and return to get off comfortably to Feet also late in the evening that taking advantage of the descent door in the room in 15 minutes in the complex recommended: I would go back immediately.

A relatively simple hotel in a good location. Small but functioning rooms, good breakfast and very friendly personnel. It is located very near to the parking place Santa Katerina where there are escalators leading to the town. This parking lot is the nearest to the city center.

Excellent Hotel in a very comfortable place to reach the center of Siena.
In fact you can take the shuttle which is just a stone's throw from the hotel entrance.
Ticket cost 1, €20 (sold at the Tobaccos ' side).
Also the hotel also has a convenient private parking in the back, free of charge!.
The hotel is clean and the staff very courteous.
Breakfast is very good
Recommended for want to spend a day in Siena. Without spending too much.

Hotel clean, rooms definitely large and spacious including especially the bathroom… staff absolutely friendly, hospitable and helpful… before I ventured my wife and I to visit the center of Siena the receptionist provided us with map and every single Information on anything to visit, including restaurants where to eat and what to avoid cause absolutely unacceptable prices (can of Coca Cola €6), as the price that would have the taxi ride from the square to the hotel… Concluding I would say it is a great hotel in all senses, especially for breakfast, plentiful, buffet and really good! Congratulations, they were all like you! Good!

The hotel staff is welcoming, dedicated and smiling! I enjoyed the special attention due to my gluten-free. We were able to ask for explanations in French to head to the city of his! I recommend it!

Very friendly staff with parking. Cheap price but not central location.

We were two couples traveling through Italy September 2017. We stayed at the Hotel for 4 nights. The staff were kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The location is perfect. I dream of returning and if it comes true will stay at the Hotel!

Nice little Hotel outside the center great for those. Moves. By car. With free parking inside. Staff more than also available for on-site advice.

Hotel located nn far from the centre easily accessible by bus in only 4 minutes. The rooms are clean and cozy. The breakfast is better. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately I stayed only one night but I was very pleased with the location, the courteous and helpful staff and the room. I will stay here again in a possible near Siena.

Clean Hotel in a great location to visit Siena and the province.

My friend and I were traveling through Italy and stayed here one night so we could see Siena! About 1 mile away from the city center, it was an excellent location, and had parking (which can be hard to find in Italy).
Giordano greeted us at the hotel as the receptionist, and he was so full of knowledge about Siena, local travel, and the hotel, of course. I was very much impressed by Giordano's invaluable help and as representative of the hotel.
Siena was absolutely beautiful! My friend and I enjoyed walking through Siena's streets and loved how quiet and peaceful it was without any cars buzzing through the city. The weather was perfect too, even for the end of July when other Italian cities were much much hotter.

Budget Hotel, conveniently located, clean and quiet rooms, free Wi-Fi and good breakfast. Staff always with a smile.

Perhaps the concept that I have of the pizza is different from that of Siena, but see one done using Browse was embarrassing. For my taste, a star.

In my opinion, and not only, since we travel often to dine at the Club a large group, has earned the record by far of great pizza and/or crushing of Siena area! Particular the base to taste, a sheet that melts in your mouth and tastes really good and plentiful! Courtesy and hospitality go great with everything. Really excellent! Thanks for being there!

Nice welcome and nice room. All amenities including Wi-Fi and free city map. Breakfast is served in a very convenient time slot. Strategic position as outside the hotel there is a bus stop which leads to piazza Indipendenza, practically in the center of siena.

Typical restaurant to defraud visitors, the worst service I have ever seen, and the worst pasta of all Italy.
