Apartments of a good standard and quite clean. If you stay less than 5 days the room is NOT redone.

Apartment consisting of bedroom, living room with kitchenette and bathroom. Clean, equipped with everything you need. You can get there on foot, with a pleasant walk, in the center of Siena. We only spent one night here but we would have gladly lengthened the stay. Breakfast Merit Note.

Met my expectations but I would not give more than enough: the apartments are well made and nicely decorated but in the bathroom I fell the door of the shower on me.

Spacious apartment and clean, good lacolazione buffet, very friendly and helpful staff, a point of reference, perfect for getting to the cdntro either on foot or with a mini bus. Only thing to get clean towels the day after you have to to look for the maid in the hallway and have them to give, because it is not passed to redo the room during our stay.

Apartments with every comfort. Very clean and equal to the photos shown on the site.
An adequate amount of towels is provided.
The staff is very helpful and courteous and ready to cater for every need.
The apartments are slightly moved from the center, but with the bus 54 (stop across the street from the apartments) in just 5 minutes you reach the center.

The place is easy to get to, the apartments are very nice and clean. The air conditioning is not that great and we didn't get to use the Wi-Fi, too bad because the rest of the property is good and deserves more stars.

Great place to stay while visiting Siena. Very nice hotel suited close to Siena city center. Rooms are spacious and clean, while parking is available right in the front of the hotel.

I would have had to stay in this aparthotel following the booking made on the Booking where I had already paid the fee, but with my great surprise the front desk lady me maleducatamente refused check-in because the phone I advised that I would have arrived around midnight, his justification is that the website of the hotel should specify that the check-in is possible only until 20 sin that I got a mail where it was specified that I could access in the event of a delay. I ended up with suitcases in hand, traveling on the highway without having the slightest idea of where to stay and the front desk lady, a person, in my opinion, is totally INCOMPETENT in his work has not been able to meet me in the SLIGHTEST. I booked as well from another part, and the booking site I have thankfully refunded the full amount the following day. And reading the reviews below I would say that I was also lucky to receive such a rudeness, at least I avoided apartments not reviewed very well.

I was here for a stay brought by the nice reviews read online… but I find a bitter surprise. The apartments appear much more beautiful and clean in the photos that live in blankets that we were given there were spots of indeterminacy that I don't dare to ask me what they are. A jack its two not working. And my daughter has had continuous allergic attacks because of dust deposited on the furniture now them for days. And the surprise of the bad state at the time of checkout. Although we had already paid the sum of 170€ for two nights online, they asked us for an additional 50€ for the ones that they call taxes. Unthinkable given that taxes are likely to be only around 2/3€ per night! For education, I preferred to make good face to bad game, but I have to say never. No more for ever.

Quiet and very friendly staff, free parking is an extra plus and you can get to the old town in 5 min drive. To improve absolutely the availability of the dishes, there was only one pot absolutely useless. Even the cleanliness of the room is to be improved, the dust is the mistress. Recommended for those who want a fair compromise between price and quality.

Well, I'm not going to beat around the Bush, hot water is ephemeral, there is only a neon that illuminates the room (no bulb in street lights), we took a room for 4 and there is only two glasses, no TV (just a tiny monitor) …
And then between the incessant noise of the VMC and totally uncomfortable bed, it was impossible to sleep.

Residence very clean.
The apartment is spacious and has all comforts.

Good solution to stay in Siena, reasonably priced. Apartment clean and big enough.

The door was broken, the Wi-Fi didn't work and in the room of my colleague the electrical power had several problems.
