Magnificent property located 2 steps from the Cascatelle which can be reached on foot by a path connected to the hotel.
The rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast is excellent and plentiful.

This was our last night in Italy and we were looking for not just B&B but also not for 5 Star Spa. When we saw the pictures from the rooms I said to my wife for sure they are made up. But surprisingly they were not. They have private parking with gate and you'll get an RC to open at night. The owner is at the reception. Very charming and funny. He hardly speaks English, but you will understand him. Our room was like the picture. Beautiful, clean and well equipped. It has an own private therme with light at night! Enjoy! Or 300 meters more there is the public Therme. No fence — access any time. The owner give us also good tips for dinner. The breakfast is buffet, and everything tasty. If you are an early bird you may catch a good place on the panorama window. The waiters were really nice. Coffee is served. You don't have to fight with a machine. For me the best stay for our last night in Italy.

We just wanted to say that we felt at home, and I think that's the best compliment. Graziella and Maurizio, the owners, have treated us really as family, and even the people who help them in the management of the complex are also friendly and sympathetic. Everything seems good, next to the thermal and waterfall, there is just in case your pool with mineral water, not chic straight, but we bathed. There is a minus-bad internet, can be only in our apartment, but bad.

My friend and I returned to stay at the hotel after 3 years, we enjoy both of our stays very much. The hosts were very friendly through our trip from breakfast till the evening, feel like we were invited to stay with a Italian family in the country. Perfect location for thermal bath which is in walking distance. Hotel is in a beautiful area in the nature, but it's not easy to reach the hotel without a car. Parking was easy, plenty of spaces and ours just outside our room. Breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choices and the atmosphere was great with beautiful view of Saturnia. We stayed in the apartment, it was very spacious and very reasonably priced. However the heating goes off in a very cold night and we didn't know how to turn it back on again. The deco of room is slight bit dated but I think it goes well with the atmosphere of Saturnia.

Hotel-style residence with small two-storey villas divided into mini-apartments. The whole gives on the characteristics Tuscan hills. Parking inside with gate. Breakfast is made on a terrace with a window with a view always on the hills and rich in typical products and especially artisan. Especially recommended is the House tiramisu. From there, a small trail of about 7/8 minutes leads to the natural spas, while if you want to go to the pools it takes about 10 minutes in the car. Recommended, I will go.

My second stay here in three years. Very clean and comfortable, lovely management, and an easy walk down to the hot springs. The charming town of Saturnia, with excellent restaurants, is visible on top of the hill from the hotel and only a short drive away. I can’t imagine a better place to stay if you visit Saturnia.

The rooms are very good and the staff are very nice. Good prices and excellent dislocation of the apartments, very spaced, so quiet. Only thing to pay attention to, where two bathrooms are planned, is to try to understand if they are equal; We happened to a second bathroom without shower tray, very small and uncomfortable (as well as emanating mold odor). Only drawback, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

SUPER recommended hotel, not only for the incredible closeness to the waterfalls of Milan that can be reached with a comfortable walk in bathrobe (provided by the hotel to only €5) of 5 minutes.
I stayed x three nights in the wonderful SUITE which I recommend to everyone given its beauty and particularity. The breakfast is delicious and offers a lot of choice of various products sweet and salty but above all natural and freshest.
Mr. Maurizio was very kind and very helpful in giving us all the best information for visiting the area. I will be back soon.

Clean hotel two minutes walk from the falls of the mill. The rooms are spacious but the mattress is uncomfortable. The breakfast is varied and abundant.

Family hotel but with great professionalism and courtesy; the Waterfalls of Gorello (free spas) are within walking distance from the hotel (built like a small village), and the Saturnia thermal baths are a little less than a kilometer (careful not to misplace the entrance, poorly marked). Clean and spacious rooms, furnished with antiques, some with fireplaces. Breakfast excellent, with food prepared at home.
In short, highly recommended, well worth the trip.

Great hotel with intimate and familiar atmosphere. The rooms are small apartments well manicured. Breakfast in the morning preparing the landlady, alone is worth the price (right).
