Product quality. Kindness… And personal services… I recommend it.

Beautiful location and kind staff. Rather expensive though. However the price is okay if you compare it to places nearby. Lots of free parking and a breathtaking view. Would definitely stay again.

This was an expensive place to stay but it was set in incredibly beautiful grounds which I will never forget.

Very beautiful villa, few steps from the center of Saturnia and couple of kilometers from the Cascate di Mulino.

The house is only 8minutes walk to the town. The breakfast is the best breakfast I have eaten in years, big, diverse and with local products.
Rooms very clean and spacious.

Our party of 17 (including the owners) sat down to a sumptuous meal. Numerous courses, flowing wine and great company followed by a tour of the rooms. The property is lovely.

Good humored hosts Brunella and Frediano made us feel super welcome. Room, location, utilities all excellent.

Special thanks to Marilena for the beautiful evening spent in its structure.

An oasis of peace. Fantastic our Marilena and also her brother Roberto. They make you feel at ease Marilena is very good at cooking specialties of the Maremma and not.

The apartment is new and is located in a nice quiet place. Easy to get to Saturnia Falls…

I highly recommend this place!, the welcome was top.
Cleanliness, attention to detail make this structure the presentation ticket of the managers. Then an excellent Cicero was released.

The food and the hospitality is amazing you have to try their pizzas. Very relaxing and the owners make you feel at home. It's sure is a home away from home and can't wait to come-back again.

Excellent structure.
Great welcome.
Food drinks rooms all great.

Two nights in a magnificent place, the view and the quiet alone are worth the trip, very friendly, kind and hospitable hosts, comfortable room and excellent sleep quality.

We miss loco 🥲we can't forget the owner and Loco who welcomed us warmly when I arrived late at night. Thanks.

Splendid structure surrounded by greenery equipped with every comfort, managed with extreme hospitality, professionalism, kindness and availability.

Enchanting and relaxing place surrounded by nature. Very kind, thoughtful and helpful, large and clean rooms, excellent breakfast with homemade desserts.

We loved everything about this place. Great view, amazing food, lovely staff.

The best Italian food ever, amazing service, and the views at the hotel are breath taking. I can not recommend this hotel enough. The pasta is handmade, the produce is fresh!

We got here in the late evening, reserved a room, had a delicious and very special dinner with authentic Italian flavors, the restaurant has this cozy chimney, very pleasant atmosphere.

A stone's throw from the spa, a place surrounded by greenery and at the foot of the village of Montemerano.

The rooms are spotless and have everything you need (air conditioning, refrigerator, safe, hairdryer, courtesy products).

The beautiful horses had great temperaments and the land looked like it was from a storybook. The trail was long and fun. Highly recommend if you’re in the area — thank you Fabrizio and Debora!

I had a lovely afternoon on horseback with Fabrizio and his amazing wife Deborah. They were warm and inviting and expert riders.

Highly recommended this b & b, for kindness and sympathy of the owner Simone, cleaning and room services, abundant breakfast. To come back definitely.

An amazing and relaxing getaway from Florence. Lucia is an amazing hostess; she’s welcoming, friendly, and accommodating.

Beautiful view from the top of the hill. Very quiet place at just 5 min drive to Montemerano and the Saturnia Hot Springs but the best was the attention and breakfast of Lucia.

Exceptional location, very comfortable rooms there is also an apartment, friendliness of Mr. Lucio, the oil product of the farm.

Very nice, clean and cozy farm. Highly recommended!

For those who love peace and tranquility this is a paradise. You can enjoy a magnificent panorama of the Tuscan hills with Montemerano in the centre. You eat divinely.

We thank you for the holiday spent in August 2024 at the farmhouse, among the olive trees and typical Tuscan hills.
The feeling was as if time had stopped, eternal and serene.

Absolutely fabulous, tucked away on a hill a few chilometres from quaint villages and the saturnia thermal baths, this is the perfect place to stay for a few days.

Loved this spot, the dinner was incredible, the room was beautiful, the grounds are pretty, it's close to the hot springs, the breakfast was also great. I'd recommend this to anyone!

From the initial booking to check in and checking out, Della was great she put me in one of her new modern units with a panoramic view one of the nice things about Il Torrione is that you are staying

The best place I stayed. There are some rules to respect but there is nothing abnormal.
The best breakfast, the cleanest pool.
The attention to detail is astonishing.

Let’s face it — English only tourists need an interpreter. From even before we arrived (after dark) Cristina’s excellent English put us at ease.

Welcoming and capable family, very kind all. Clean place with all the comforts, very close to the Mulino waterfalls. Come back!

Very nice, clean farmhouse in the greenery of nature!
Mrs. Melissa was very welcoming and kind, she prepared delicious things for breakfast every day, cakes and biscuits made by her!
Advise!

Very nice farmhouse, clean, very kind staff and excellent breakfast. Perfect location for those who want to spend quiet and regenerating days at the Saturnia spa which is 5 minutes away.

Wonderful experience for a couple's trip. Comfortable, quiet room, delicious breakfast with local products and homemade cakes.

If you love nature and you wish to forget the hassle and fussle of everyday life, take a break and visit this gorgeous place. You will feel in the middle of nowhere.

What is this place for us? Simply Heaven!
