BIG4 Waters Edge Holiday Park Hotel

Great Caravan Park we would stay there again. Very clean and great staff.

Very relaxed atmosphere. Love it. I have never seen showers n toilets so immaculate and cooking facilities. Will recommend to our family and friends great 4 the kids too the issue is paying for bbq n billards I think should b inclusive … Thanks heaps Waters Edge … Ill be back!

Tiny campsites hard to fit RV in very squashed with other campers narrow road in and out making it impossible to move RV in and out. Glad I wasn’t towing a car as well would be impossible to fit in such small place. Had to wait til other campers and caravans to pack up before we could even leave as cars parked half on roadway. Wifi didn’t work considering they offer it. Toilets and showers were average and not that clean. Shower water from others flow into others which is not good having other people’s dirty shower water into yours. Considering paying $70 for a powered site there was no value for money, so if you have Rv or caravan advice don’t stay there.

Really small sites. We have an average tent only and were cramped. One camper on top of the other. No space for communal activities like kicking a footy or bocci. Small pool was appreciate but the little ones and so was the jumping pillow. Between 2 main roads so have to keep an eye on the kids all the time. Clean showers and toilets and nice and close to town and beach!

Conveniently placed on the Esplanade, close to iconic 90 mile beach and Lakes Entrance shops and tourist sites. The park is well appointed, clean and kid friendly.

Very average. Hot water runs out VERY fast. Heating inadequate. We were freezing. Our daughter had to sleep with us so we could close the door to second room as it was impossible to heat. Not up to expected standards of a big 4 park. Good location.

Nice large cabins for a family. Despite the main road they were still quiet. Unlimited Wi-Fi was appreciated even though it was on the slow side. The kids loved the jumping pillow. Playground could do with a few additions to keep the kids engaged for more than 10 minutes.

Was overall disappointed in the park for a big4. Wifi didn't work hardly at all, small sites when you have a larger van. If the park was full would have had no chance of getting my 22ft van of the site. Toilets and amenities were clean.

Convenient location, opposite the lake and walking distance to tge shops. Good facilities, clean and well maintained! Would recommend it.

Convenient location due to being adjacent the footbridge, the waters edge fair is practically across the road. Walk to other shops and attractions. Facilities are ok, site we were given was adjacent a noisy road and very small, barely could get car onto site with tent. Site was not grass.

Nice and clean facilities but a bit over crowded.

Cabin was alright, for a basic cabin. Overall the grounds were good and kept nicely. The main part that let our experience down was the lady on reception… There's not really a nice way to put her attitude. Our dealings with another staff member earlier in the day was pleasant but was quickly ruined apon arrival with the next reception member.
