Very nice and clean place. We had a room with a private bathroom, it was very quiet, and there was parking available.

Our stay was fantastic! Stefano is super nice and accommodating. The room for us was clean, modern, and quite close to the tower.

I would definitely stay here again. Lovely place in an ideal location. Walking distance to all the sights and train station not too far away. I felt very safe here as a woman travelling alone.

Very nice B&B, welcoming room and presence of a kitchen for common use where there is also a coffee machine for breakfast.

This is a really lovely little hotel in a fabulous location in Pisa. We had a balcony room looking out on the small garden which was quiet at night and very comfortable. Feels like a family hotel.

We stayed for just one night on our way home, but would gladly stay longer next time. The location is excellent, with an underground parking nearby and everything within walking distance.

Amazing service at this hotel, it is near the beach and parking is very good. The staff was so helpful and sincerely interested in their guests.

Everything was excellent! The rooms was clean and tidy, and housekeeping happens every day. Also the breakfast is a bargain, with great variety, quality and taste all across.

Room was clean and spacious. Bathrooms were quite dark but still nice. Breakfast was really good with heaps of options.

We stayed at Villa Belvedere — what an amazing hidden gem. Don’t know how to put our experience into words. Incredible, stunning views, surrounded by sound of the crickets.

Although the rooms are very close to the train tracks we slept comfortably. Room is very modern and well appointed.

If you want to have a restful vacations (break), close to the beach and to Pisa and Livorno this is the perfect place. The place is bautiful, clean, organised and calming.

I like this place. It doesnt pretend to be anything it isnt. It is like an airbnb, so it has a kitchen and full fridge/freezer. You bring what you want.

The hotel owners are delightful, always helpful and friendly. Their recommendations for food and trips were brilliant. The hotel has an 80's feel in the reception area but the rooms are very good.

Had the most perfect 6 days staying here. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond for their guests. They are hard working keeping the hotel and grounds immaculate.

The hotel is a short walking distance from the train station. Convenient, comfortable and clean. Good value for money, if you don't mind shared bathrooms.

We have stayed for one night to catch the train next day to Milan.
The hotel location is perfect, only 150m to the train station and a short walk from the airport.

B&B in a strategic location in the centre of Pisa.

We stayed here for a quick overnight stay the past couple of years when travelling from Pisa. It’s perfect for a short stay. Very reasonably priced and good location.

It was our first visit and B&B in Pisa. It’s a really good B&B, the owner is super kind and helpful, gives some good advice about restaurants and must visit places, etc.

Perfect place for an airport drop off. Secure off-street parking. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was luxurious and the Aircon was a welcome surprise. Breakfast was plentiful.

The owner is a nice and friendly lady. She helped us check in late at night and offered delicious Italian breakfast. Amazing stay for groups and solo travelers!

This is the perfect place to crash before an early flight. The woman in charge is super friendly even if she only speaks Italian and the place has everything you could ask of a B&B by the airport.

This little spot is old but perfect for when you want to be close to the airport. We were able to all under the express and be at the Pisa airport within 5 minutes of leaving.

Francesco is an amazing host, very kind and helpful. Our room and the whole property has been super tidy and nicely decorated. You can park at an open parking lot 2 mins far from La Casermina.

Lovely place… clean, comfortable and fresh. You feel the warm house environment the moment you enter. Location is quite, safe and It is very close to reach main area.

We really loved the service we got. The self check in was super easy thanks to Sabina. The room was clean and had working AC that doubled as a heater.
