B&B Guerrazzi

We were surprised about the "hotel", it's a whole for you. Bathroom, Bedroom, Breakfast room and an outside area for relaxing. Many things are reachable in a short time. Outsides are parking lots, but need to be paid between 8am-8pm. Good windows, do you don't hear any noise from street. This is a jewel inside the city.

What a find! A quiet oasis in the middle of the city. Close to both airport and train station. I didn’t realize it was actually an apt with hallway, sitting room and bathroom. Spotless and comfortable. Not to mention all sorts of drinks and snacks and access to a beautiful shady terrace. Mariaelena is a wonderful host. Fluent in English, she was very communicative. Was immediately available to help us through an unexpected emergency. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

We are so pleased that we booked this B&B.
A reasonable walk from the Pisa Central Station. Away from the bustling centre of Pisa, but close enough to it, less than 10 minutes walk.
The B&B is very comfortable with plenty of room. The buffet breakfast was varied and there was more than we could eat. There is a small fridge ready stocked with fruit juice, milk and butter. A coffee maker for great Italian coffee. A selection of bread, pastries, cakes.
The bedroom has air conditioning for a great night’s sleep on a very comfortable mattress. The bathroom has a great shower over a bath. Plenty of towels were provided.
The courtyard garden was a real bonus. We had that solely to ourselves. It’s gorgeous to to there, shaded by awnings, surrounded by plants, and at night it is illuminated. That was the cherry on the cake.
The whole place is super clean and decorated like you might see in some chic hotel.
The owner is lovely: she was really helpful, advising us on places to visit in Pisa, even marking these on a map. She actually phoned to arrange a taxi for us to get to the airport (taxi less than 15 euros).
Two minutes walk to a small supermarket (Carrefour) with fresh fruit, veg, delicatessen, wine, etc.
One minute walk to a bar/restaurant (L’Alba Rosa’s) for delicious eat in or take away pizza.
I would choose to stay here again!

Amazing, beautiful flat situated in a very communicative area in the city centre.
The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated and cosy with air conditioning and a wonderful spacious terrace.
We parked our rental car right outside the apartment and paid 1.60 EUR per hour.
The bed and sofa were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious, towels were provided. The breakfast was great, too.
Mariaelena and her partner were super friendly and accommodating!

Great overnight stay in Pisa on our way back from Sardegna.
Very clean, spacious rooms, cozy terrace, Italian breakfast included, secure private parking available only 2 min. Away.
Marielena is a very helpful and very friendly owner, showing us the parking and giving us restaurant recommendations.
Unfortunately we could stay only one night.

Mariaelena was very accommodating and let us check in early and we had a great chat with her when we arrived. The place was lovely, clean, nicely decorated and had comfy beds and aircon. It's a self-contained flat with a bathroom and breakfast/lounge area off the main hallway and the bedroom is off of the breakfast/lounge area. Mariaelena is in a separate self-contained flat with her two little dogs so you have your privacy. The outside terrace space is lovely but we didn't see Mariaelena when we were out there.
It's an excellent location — 8 minutes to the train station, 20 minutes to the airport and 25mins to the leaning tower. There's also a supermarket round the corner but we were provided with food for breakfast including juice and milk.
The only issue we had was we tried to have a bath but the plug wasn't a fully seal so the water drained away.
