Very nice B&B, welcoming room and presence of a kitchen for common use where there is also a coffee machine for breakfast. The owner is super available to give you information about Pisa and the surrounding area. Excellent location with parking space, 10 minutes drive from the center. Excellent quality/price ratio.

Last month I needed accommodation near the Cisanello hospital, I was lucky enough to find a place in this B&B: Andrea is an exquisite and helpful person, the room was welcoming, very clean and of excellent taste, I can say that I found myself very well is an understatement. Super recommended!

We stayed two nights and it was a pleasant experience. The structure is very close to the Cisanello hospital, in fact it is practically opposite. The room is tastefully furnished, clean; our bathroom was large and equipped with a large window with mosquito net. Excellent Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the room working perfectly. Small breakfast and water available every morning. The owner's advice was invaluable, as he followed us attentively until we returned home. Thank you!

We stayed in this B&B to be close to the Cisanello Hospital which is a few meters away on foot (entrance 4).
The rooms and common areas are very clean and fragrant. The room is tidied up daily.
The bed is comfortable and the rooms are quiet.
Communication is excellent, punctual, attentive and courteous.
It is possible to park in the immediate vicinity with peace of mind and for free.
In addition to the hospital, the b&b is a stone's throw from a pharmacy and a supermarket (about 1.5 km away).
Andrea, the host, is a delightful, attentive person and offers very useful information for those who want to move around the area.
We have been coming to Pisa for some time, but this time we found the ideal place.

The structure is excellent, the rooms are modern, renovated and clean. The location allows you to reach the hospital on foot in a matter of minutes. There is a parking space and the city center is 7-8 minutes away, so everything is very convenient. But beyond these factors, the real added value is the owners. Andrea is an exquisite person, very good and generous with care, attention and precious suggestions, which go even beyond expectations. I certainly recommend it if you need to stay in the area, but it could be a very valid alternative outside the center for getting around Pisa and the surrounding areas!
