This lovely place in Pisa is perfect — amazing hosts (who booked the best restaurants for us and arranged onward travels) — super clean apartment with comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen.

The place is ideally situated, the suite is very big with everything you could possibly need and more! The host is so lovely and really accommodating even kept my luggage so I could wander around before my flight. I would definitly be coming back and cannot recommend this place enough!

We stayed at this property for one night in Pisa. Overall a strange experience.
Having arrived at 5pm, we left the next day at 9am. The host (Francesco) checked us in and also came to inspect the property when we left.
Francesco didn’t say anything at the time of check out, and was nice to our faces. However, he then proceeded to send us negative comments, and accuse us of being ‘dirty’.
He also accused of acting in a nonchalant way — again, after being nice to us as we left. Maybe this was cowardice, after he was genuinely angry. However, there were no expectations communicated of how he wanted the apartment to be cleaned. Perhaps the actions of someone who is very controlling, but also conflict averse.
Whilst we felt the social interaction with Francesco during our stay was a bit strange (for example he repeatedly called our 1 year old child ‘cute’ in a high pitched tone) — we put this down to social awkwardness at the time. On reflection though, it was quite inappropriate.
Would recommend avoiding, especially if you have young children.

We cannot thank the host enough, he really helped us so much. We had to stay in Pisa last minute due to our passports and all of our personal belongings being stolen at the airport hire car car park. The accommodation is clean and well run and the building is stunning. It was a shame we could not have stayed longer. So thank you very much for helping us with everything and we did get emergency passports from the embassy in Rome!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment, lovely welcome when we arrived and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was provided which was a bonus, the linen was changed mid week and everything was spotless. Great place for our 5 night stay, very close to everything. A short walk to the tower and all the restaurants, shops and train station. We were very well looked after and would highly recommend the location and the apartment. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely apartment.

Very nice place to stay and really close to the city center, the leaning tower of pisa and located 20 meters from the beautiful river arno. Perfect for couples with a nice private garden. Full equipped kitchen plus some local wines you can buy from the host francesco who is a really nice person and very welcoming too. Perfect "base-camp" for exploring pisa and only 30min by foot from the airport and only 10 min by foot from the main station where you can for cheap take trains to neaby cities in tuscany (e. G. Lucca, livorno, even firence).

The B&B is really nice and the host really helpful for everything. The room is spacious, with everything you need inside. The location is perfect to visit Pise easily by walk. You can find everything around. I visited different B&B during my stay in Tuscany (Pisa, Firenze, Sienna) and this place was one of the best. I recommend.
