We are a group of 58 people, coming from 8 years. Who by Cavallino Transport of Burano and Venice, very good service, staff very helpful and friendly owners.

We stayed in this hotel from the 17th to the 25/08/2028. The building has no parking, is located in a central area, from where it is convenient to walk to both the spa centre of Montecatini. The hotel, which provides services and essential spaces, is a little dated. The management takes great care of the kitchen, both as food quality and staff, has proved to be quite incorrect at the time of redemption the payment of the stay. Claimed a much higher figure of the budget on which it was agreed formally in writing. The amount requested did not respond to the services was incongruous, and the holder not being able to justify it then folded for a lower cost complaining of a loss… Very sleazy!. Absolutely. … not recommended!. For the impropriety of hospitality!

Comfortable, a bit dated hotel, great breakfast and simple dinner. Great location to visit Montecatini! Free parking 5 min walk and dogs allowed for free.

I stayed for one night in this hotel and had a great time. Lovely and professional staff. I would like this hotel and send a strong strong hug to all the staff.

Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Rooms are clean and food is very basic. It is a 3 star hotel and it lives up to that. It is a good hotel for a quick cheap stay, but that's all.

It is nice inside and there are plenty of rooms then the staff is very welcoming and there is also a computer in the lobby that you can use. It is a hotel that hosts the students precisely is recommended. Hygiene I think is good also because the bathrooms were clean. The rooms however are not all the same, in fact some are nice with balconies, others instead narrow with the beds all attached. Yet we paid the same price.

Bad Hotel, little cozy place. There are very narrow and very clean rooms. The only good thing about it is the food.

We just spent the bridge of the Immaculate, 8-9-10/12/2017, it was a nightmare! Very cold room, the boiler was constantly in lockdown. They give us another room but after a few hours of heat, even there just cold. In the lobby you could not stay without the vest, the same in the restaurant. Food in my opinion mediocre and poor.

Simple but well run Hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast with great croissants:)

Hospitality and kindness! enjoyed it thoroughly! to anyone who has kids is awesome! Animation and games room! We will be back!

At lunch white rice for the sick, to dinner about cookies, those cannoli. But for evening prayers and then to bed. Date night to calls on the hotline of local TV stations.

My husband and I have stayed in this hotel for 13 days and we found ourselves very well. Varied food is nice, the high quality meat, not to mention the fruit are always fresh and served the way sublime. Excellent sweets. The staff were friendly and polite and very professional both in the reception and in the restaurant hall. A special thanks to Mr. Marco head of the room.

This struck me the value but above all the warmth and friendliness of all the staff, especially the waiters and receptionists. The food is great, the hotel is about 200 meters from the station (from where you can reach the most beautiful cities such as Florence, which is about an hour by train, very comfortable), therefore practically in the Center. Wouldn't stay again.
