Fortezza da Basso Hotels

Nice hotel hidden in an apartment building. The location was perfect. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were also very pleasant. Would definitely come back the next time in Firenze.

The accommodation was excellent.
Affordable, comfortable, and located right in the city center.
Everything is within a 10-minute walk, and the host is incredibly kind and helpful.

Great experience, good people — lovely place!

The apartment is a great place to stay. We liked the location as it is equidistant from Santa Marina station and to the city centre. Gulio was very helpful. There are good cafés downstairs.

It was one of the best hosts I've ever had. Very close to the city center in a quiet neighborhood.

Amazing apartment! We had a great stay. Everything is clean, well equipped, the apartment is large and has a great design. The owners were super friendly and helpful. I will definetely come back soon!

We stayed at Hotel Panama in Florence on 15th and 16th February, and we had a really nice experience. The hotel is now recently managed by Nandu and Chandan, and they are doing a great job.

Best house I've ever stayed in and I cant wait to come back.

The room was big and comfortable, I think it has been the best price/benefit room I have booked in Italy.
Also the ubication is great near everything but specially train station and the duomo.

Amazing location and comfortable stay!
#128578; Such a unique, super clean, and comfortable apartment; it was perfect for our family of six.

Good location only 15 minutes walk from centre. Clean rooms overall satisfied. Thanks Andrea.

A decent place to stay. It's on the first floor. One bedroom with a private washroom. Many of the tourist spots are 15-20mins walk from this stay.

I fell in love with Firenze. I fell in love with the accomodation. It is magical because it mixes the weather and the Italian taste. As soon as you get to know Italy you slowly fell in love.

We spent three days in Florence and this guest house was perfect. We felt like an upgrade after coming from Rome where there was no air conditioning in the room.

Wonderful experience. Monika was helpful, always on time. The apartment was clean and cozy. The AC was a huge plus since there was a heat wave. All was perfect!
