SCAM! This property is an absolute scam and should be removed from Booking. Com immediately. Nothing about this stay matched what was advertised. There is NO Wi-Fi, no heating whatsoever in the middle of winter, and the host is completely UNREACHABLE. They **ignore messages, block your calls**, and even pretend not to be the host when you finally get someone to answer. The level of dishonesty is unbelievable.
The apartment is DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY. I found rotten fruit hidden under the shelves, stained sheets and pillow covers full of someone else’s HAIR!, and towels that were clearly not washed. It’s honestly shocking that this place is allowed to operate. On top of that, the apartment has zero phone signal, so you can’t even reach customer support without stepping outside.
This stay was a complete waste of money, time, and patience. **Avoid this listing at all costs. ** It is misleading, filthy, and run by someone who should not be in hospitality.

This is a scam, do not book this accomodation.
Worst experience ever. They cancelled our booking just one week before our trip because of “invalid credit card” which was completely false. We tried with 3 different cards with money and all 3 were rejected. The woman that answers the phone was super disrespectful and yelled at us mentioning we should contact Booking for any reclaim.
Hope you guys get caught on this scam.

Gosh where to start… Right from the checkin, things start complicated. If you don't have internet or a sim card, I don't know how you can check in, because all the process of opening door and getting the keys was on the phone with the worker.
We found that we were given a different room from what we had reserved. The sofa cover was dirty, the room was sad and shabby. We call the worker, Anna, who was at first unwilling and rude, and after more than an hour of negotiation on and off on the phone, where we had to fight quite a bit, we were given a slightly more decent room (just a bit bigger). After paying, (which at first Anna didn't spare to mention intimidatingly that if we didn't pay for the wrong room right at that moment, we couldn't stay), suddenly the conversation tone softened and she was friendly and available for other doubts or questions.
The new "decent room" at least looked a bit cleaner, although the towels (one was falling apart) and bedsheet were from Michelangelo's era. But, as people keep booking because of its location, they absolutely don't care to change a bleached towel or overused sheets.
I checked the bed and there was a bug on the sheet, which, well, can happen in old flats (sadly didn't manage to take a pic). However, my friend was violently bitten all over the arms and hands. What was it, a bed bug, no idea…
Some good things-there was tea, some spices and basic necessary kitchen stuff. Great location just next to the station and main sites.
