The restaurant is not of quality! The prices disproportionate and without table service. How can clam noodles be eaten with plastic cutlery? A disgrace! They were raw, with little salt, glued and tasteless, at a cost of 16€ per plate. Not to mention frying, serve in plastic dishes (small portions and even frozen! ) at a cost of 18€ per serving. You will also lose loyal customers in your place, because with such safe treatment they will not return. We were really very sick. Compared to previous years there has been an incredible change! By the way, regulars… therefore…

The place is unique! property a little dated but beautiful sea views and very comfortable and pleasant common spaces! beautiful terrace where dinner is held in the summer months with interesting live music and nn fastidiosa! Comfortable and quite spacious rooms very clean and all sea views! what about we've been there for two days and we're having a beautiful holiday! Great kitchen r generous portions! attentive and attentive staff. Private beach with umbrellas and sunbeds available to the hotel's customers comfortable and spacious. What about absolutely recommend! It's God!

The situation — right on the sea. The clean and exceptionally well-serviced rooms. The friendly and efficient staff. Have been staying at La Caletta now for 10 years most summers. Love it. Over the last 12 months the new management is making many exciting changes. I'll be back there soon!

Bad service. I took a sole and had to push it myself. The water bottle brought to the table had already been used. Exorbitant prices compared to the mediocre quality of the food eaten. Dumplings packed with hospital zucchini.

Historic place but the quality is always there. Rooms upstairs a bit dated but very clean and all overlooking the water. Breakfast rich both salty and sweet. Very convenient and extensive access to the private sea. Near the center of the village. Private parking. In short, there is nothing missing.

Have visited this family run hotel regularly over the last 10 years. New owner has a running scheme of improvements and each one is a big success. Staff all charming, friendly and helpful. Hotel exceptionally clean. Sea views from every window. Food good though not exceptional. Would recommend.

Enviable location, our room is practically on the sea! Staff available, room cleaned and renovated recently. There is only a space to roll out the costumes to dry, after all it is all perfect! Breakfast is also a bit to be improved but in line with hotel standards in this price range. The really strong point of this hotel is the beach under the rooms included in the price! For these reasons it deserves 5 stars! Ability to dive in the Diving below…

I liked the breakfast, sea view… beds, beds-united states (I had booked a double). Even less I liked the noises from the street but especially the ones from the other rooms nearby, a little isolated, were intolerable… especially in the hours when you'd wanted to sleep or relax!

Lovely hotel on the water in Porto Santo Stefano. Exceptional warm service from Antonino & his staff. We had the small double room just off the dining area & it was perfect. Spotlessly clean room, excellent shower, very comfortable bed. Cannot fault this hotel & location. Highly recommend as we had a lengthy drive from Verona & fell asleep to the gentle sound of the sea. The buffet breakfast was 5 star. Do yourself a favour & stay here. Walking distance to great bars & friendly locals. Wonderful place to stay.

I put 1 because zero was not there… They poisoned me embarrassing the only good thing about the wine… never ate so bad do not go there really… even the waitress told me you accept criticisms and compliments… I would like to know who makes you compliments… He said I'm open for 2 days… and I see you…

Nice location overlooking the marinas of the Gulf of Argentario, but very small rooms very minimal.

Bad. I do a star because I can not give zero, I write this review as well as to evaluate the hotel (a dump) to warn guests about the real price of this property that being in the area ZTL claims to release the pass to its guests, and it really does, too bad that then you forget (and are not the only one that happened) to communicate the plaque of your car to the municipality. Moral of the fable… €890 of fines for sleeping 2 nights! As if that were not enough once this happened, these gentlemen who run the structure do not even do anything to solve the problem (although they have admitted that they forgot to communicate the plate to the common) leaving to you the obligation to manage with the Common before and the prefect of Grosseto then all the practices to request a possible cancellation of the penalties for the structure, the restaurant and the beach there are not many words to spend so I do not even waste to make a judgement. I hope I warned you, trust there are plenty of other hotels in the area at the same price that offer uncomparable services!

Like no other place. Lovely presentation, great people and BEAUTIFUL view!

The hotel is in a beautiful position on the sea and 2 minutes ' walk from the Centre and has a private beach with umbrellas and bar downstairs, a large terrace with view on the first floor and practically all rooms with sea view.
Unfortunately you ruin with the décor which is quite pathetic and the inadequacy of staff, although polite, courteous and helpful, seems not to handle such a property that could very well land at four stars. For example, me and my friends we asked cocktails for a drink on the beautiful terrace with a view (of course ruined by those cheap and terrible vessel tavolacci there they put) and after two hours we arrived cocktails unwatchable and implausible, all wrong. But accompanied by small plates of super snacks.
In short, the raw material is there, the desire to work as well. I'd recommend an investment for a systematic to interiors and a mini refresher course for the staff!
And now the money is not the best in my opinion.
