Beautiful residence, very nice. Nice Pools and the tennis court. 350 MT from the sea with a pleasant walk.

14 Days lived here in a large Apartment with Wife and 2 Dogs. The 4-star complex consists of a Mix of Hotels and Apartments. These come in different Sizes. Are equipped with the most necessary. Table, Chairs, Kitchenette with Refrigerator, Sink and Gas Stove plus Dishes. In the Bathroom Toilet, Bidet and Sink and (! ) Bath. For me in this day And age absolute no go. Because the Shower Curtain barely holds back the Water when Showering. In the Living room still 2 Beds, a Closet, a small Room Divider as a Shelf and a small LED TV. The Living room and Bathroom is a small Room where you can store everything you need on the Shelf.
There are enough Power Outlets — but only the Euronorm Plugs fit in there. So think of an Adapter for Devices with a German Shoe Socket.
The Rooms, especially the Furniture, have already got a bit of the Days. Due to the fact that the Bathroom is in the back With no Windows, it is always a bit damp there.
In front of the Entrance is a Veranda with Chairs and table and a Laundry stand. Unfortunately, the Porch is completely open — Laundry that hangs outside for Drying is washed again in the Rain. And so there is no Sunscreen if the Planet stings strongly as in our Stay.
The mostly green Outdoor System is well maintained. For Parking, there is a large Parking space available or the Parking Space in the garage belonging to the Respective Apartment (Car stays cool).

The best is beautiful, we're really on vacation. A very large pool in an idyllic setting! The only downside of the stay is the network which is not very stable and the equipment in the apartments that is aging.

Beatiful, at the hills and forest with fantastic garden and pool area. Just 5 min walk to the beach. The beach is not much though.

Lovely place with a unreal peace and nature… place of old times!

The structure outside is very well taken care of but the accommodation leaves a lot to be desired. Meanwhile they are free of air conditioners, the fixtures are old and obsolete. In The bathroom we found the tub with the rusty faucet and the water heater over the tub which systematically, taking a shower, splashed. I think above all this last thing was also dangerous.

Very nice top pool setting but all tarnished by dated interior equipment (early 90! ) and poor quality with a pallid and aggressive ambience. Welcome to minima (even on Saturday night not beyond 20h? )!

Great condo hotels in Bagnaia! In the countryside with swimming pool, bar and restaurant. X 400 m walk the beach. In communal areas.

Just 15 minutes from site in Bagnaia, Portoferraio, includes a hotel, apartments, restaurant, swimming pools and Wellness Centre. Personally I stayed in an apartment at the end of June: very nice, spacious, clean, quiet, and equipped with covered garage we were able to park our car and scooter rental. Recommended place!

Very nice, clean and appealing grounds. Pleasant, friendly staff. The rooms are simply equipped, the furniture noticeably worn and come in the year, especially the kitchen requires a renewal. The bathroom is a very neat impression. All of the rooms are clean. The bed linen is typical Mediterranean, who cannot do without its cover, should take with him, otherwise there are only rug and sheets to the ceiling to. The apartments are very, very suspicious, according to close the doors, the chairs make noise on the tile floor — what is a non überhörbare main volume with a total when inhabited the neighboring apartment just. The pool area is sufficient, in the high season might be too small. The water is not heated, what can be disturbing especially in the spring. Parking is ample and immediately available, Wi-Fi works mostly on the terrace. In the plant there are evening restaurant with somewhat higher-end prices. The pool bar is open only sporadically. The walk to the beach takes about 6-8 minutes, there is also a small store and a few bars. But consider the opening hours! The Pebble Beach is large enough and arm to wind through the Bay. There's little shade places. Fresh bread rolls or baguette does not exist in the town, to do this you have to drive in the 3 km away Magazzini in the supermarket. Otherwise, the place offers unfortunately no possibilities to the stroll, there are however interesting alternatives on the island. Yet all around a good investment potential.

Quite lovely! I was there last year both for April that September! I was so bewitched that going back again this year!

A delightful place +! For those who love to relax the advice … I was there in September 2014 and for sure I will be back!

We spent a week in September there. The Residence and the Apparetment was very nice and clean. We liked the Pool area very much :) The Restaurant in the Residence was not the best in Bagnaia and in comparison to the other restaurants a bit expensive.
