Horror Hotel. 1 star is actually still too much. So I really have to say that the hotel was awesome. Unfortunately the manager was "disposed" and it became directly bad. The waitresses are completely understaffed and are not logically followed by a couple of 100 guests. The food always tasted bland and you sat 2 1/2 hours until you came to get all the gears served. The owner always gives himself unfriendly, choleric, drunk and in a jogging suit. Disagreements and criticisms were immediately gedoht with out, not only for individual persons, but for the whole group. The bartenders are unprofessional. Cocktails that are in the map are seemingly new territory for those and I will pick up my drinks at these prices by no way. Food was not asked for Getänkewünschen and orders were allowed to wait at least 30 minutes when they arrived. Furthermore the hotel is very far from the ski resort racines. From the sauna landscape with saunas in the size of a Kabuffs does not want to report… I really have to say that due to the unfriendliness of the hosts, no nice stay was given. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone, as you really felt more like an opponent rather than a guest.

Hotel mountain views, you are soooo great! You have a locker deserves 4 star as the Hotel. 3 star you do not believe that enough. For us the price-performance ratio was top notch and was outstanding! ☺
Everything fit, the food cooking early with live show cooking of scrambled eggs as you would like it to be, with or without bacon, for example, And also in the evening, live and always 4-course menu (on a Sunday even 6 courses) and the children's daily 4-course… great kids menu, the Service, the rooms, the BAR, the Spa, the super swimming pool for the Kids great and is nice and big, with everything included, your staff ALL FRIENDLY, also very children Friendly and the room service super clean, EVERYTHING there is nothing to complain about. The location is totally great Hiking bus stop directly in front of the Hotel, walk to the nearest gondola is approximately 20 min, and then high on the Kalcher Alm (we were) or to the Saxner hut (next time) with the Bus to vipiteno is a 20-min runs every hour it was wonderful! WE WILL BE BACK! ✌

We had a really good, a nice place where you can unwind, and a very very comfortable with an excellent quality-price ratio especially for families.

We were in the summer of 2013 for 8 days at Hotel Bergblick, and were very satisfied. A family run House, warm welcome, friendly service, beautiful large room, nice Saumabereich from 14 years separated from the swimming pool, which is used also by the younger guests. The food was varied and tasty prepared in 4 courses. It is offered every day a guided hike or made suggestions for tours. You can borrow free of charge mountain bikes are at the hotel. 2 x a week opens the House Mr. Alfred its wine cellar. We have probably felt very and like to come again.

Price leadership is o. K. The rest is rather modest Tip: low-cost tourists come at their own expense, if you don't offend to with the owners. Who requires something more should be looking for something else.
