Perfect location and outstanding service.

Fantastic hotel with a very friendly staff.   Stayed in the Panoramasuite: a recently renewed spacious room with integrated separate (children's) bedroom. Extensive five-course dinners (multiple choices for main course vincluding vegetarian) and salad and cheese buffet.   The included ActiveCard SüdTriol granted free access to public transport, 3 different cable cars and even the museum dedicated to ötzi in Bolzano,. We definitly come back …

Sehr schönes Hotel in ruhiger Gegend. Die Räume sind sehr sauber, der Service ist super und das Essen sehr lecker. Die Bergbahn ist sehr nah am Hotel ungefähr 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Supermarkt für das nötigste ist auch ca. 1 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Very cozy hotel, nice and clean rooms. Great service and good food. Massage also top. Underground parking and ski storage available. The cable car is a 2-minute walk away. In the village itself, however, there is no great shopping or entertainment.

The food here was just great every night 7 courses and every day a new dish would move in here and the wellness offer was so good … Sauna, steam bath, pool, hot tub … Everything you can imagine.

Super hotel with a family cozy atmosphere and 5 star food! You feel completely comfortable. All tip top clean and all super nice. Location right on the slopes a dream. Come over and over again. Hotel has an extremely large number of regulars.

Good hotel. Friendly service. Super delicious food. Only the mattress is not my thing. 2. Night sleep on the sofa due to back pain. Dogs allowed. Directly at the ski slope.

Cable car near the hotel with very friendly staff. Spacious, well equipped rooms with large bathroom — 2 comfort rooms with private Jacuzzi. Extensive breakfast buffet and excellent 6-course evening dinner in different guest rooms. Large indoor swimming pool with Spa and special relaxation rooms. Underground car park and its own room with numbered Cabinet for ski and heated storage for shoes.
Stay in the 1st week of March 2016 — overall highly recommended.

For many years, we enjoy the mountain hotel, pleased when the outward journey on a reunion, friendly, excellent service, excellent cuisine and a wine list that leaves no wish unfulfilled.
In winter, a snow-sure ski resort with huts is comfortable walking to reach your front door. For a ski or toboggan day, you can relax in the beautiful sauna area, can enjoy the massages and relax.
Also in the spring and summer, we appreciate the mountain hotel, the beautiful mountain tours, getting good tips for new explorations and dinner on the terrace with magnificent views of the mountain scenery. Many thanks to Anni and the mountain hotel team at this point for well-being feeling time by rattler/Chamber Meier.

We know the hotel now for at least 6 years and any extended stay in my home town of Sterzing includes several trips to racines with an absolute Must "Vorbeischaun, enjoy, etc". In the exquisite Restaurant of the Berghotel. My very long family friendship — not only with the Michi in the kitchen, but also with the rest of the, congenial staff make our visits to a unique and hopefully long recurring experience. Also our upcoming Christmas Neujahrsurlaub is not without Berghotel visit pass. P. S. : Not to be missed, I want it, the magnificent, excellent Risotto specialties stand out. Depending on the time of year, special features on the plate — always a pleasure.

The BergHotel is like our second home … now for about 20 years every summer spoiled by Fam Rainer, from the wonderful Years and the staff as always attentive, courteous and professional … large and excellent structure and fabulous location …

In the mountain hotel for a holiday is really something extraordinary. A meal, which leaves no wishes open, very friendly personnel and a great Location. The Lift from the racines ski area is located directly in front of the door. Also in summer the Hotel is the ideal starting point for wonderful hikes. Absolutely praiseworthy but the facilities in all of the beds. Here is the complete Hotel with AGR certified Bettsystemen from the home Lattoflex equipped. For me the only Hotel that really value a good night's sleep.

I am now already since some years every year a few Times in the Berghotel Ratschings, twice for cross-country skiing, once for walking,. And it is yet again, an unforgettable experience! Due to the Central location directly at the Lift in Winter the days are the best use in the numerous mountain huts, one encounters again and again nice people, an optimal area for families and individuals that are each quite fantastic days of skiing in a relaxed atmosphere. The evening you can then in Annis bathing and sauna end. The 5 — course evening menu is available throughout the valley are unrivalled and the choice of menu fulfills really every desire! But even in summer, the Berghotel Ratschings especially for aces worth a visit, the carefully crafted tours are simply legendary, from the family tour to the 3000m summit is for each age group for a hike in the program. With my opinion I am thank God not alone, nice table mates, the always come back as I have now become friends with when you're skiing and Hiking every year on the New appointment … I came years ago as a guest, now, when I go home, I leave every time friends back.

In the summer we were 21. Time with you, and for us it is always a new experience. The encounters we have with our hikers again and again to experience are indescribable and will remain in memory. Also, the kitchen is every Time again a pleasure. Super room (cleanliness) friendly Service and a Spa to Recommend it. We look forward to seeing you again in the Winter. My wife and I come every year since 2008, to the mountain hotel. We love this family-run Hotel is exceptional. For us, these holidays of pure relaxation. The whole atmosphere contributes to the fact that we "soothe The soul"… The Service is perfect and the staff is welcome — but never Intrusive-friendly and attentive. And then this kitchen! Versatile, tasty, elegant, simple, Sternekochmäßig. We are already looking forward to 2016. Brigitte and Manfred Krings.

You have not many to Say. The Berghotel is just a dream. Whether for summer or Wintersportferien, the location of the hotel is simply ideal for Hiking, skiing as well as for excursions in the Region. Not to forget the Shopping in Sterzing to the Brenner or in Brixen / Bressanone and. And… and. The Hotel itself is located only a few minutes ' walk of the orbit removed. The large underground car Park of the Hotel offers enough space for the car during the holidays. The beautiful and spacious rooms are very well Equipped. Wi-Fi what you can today Yes almost not do without "mag" is available in the whole Hotel. We, older couple, were with friends for the second Time in the mountain hotel. The week-long stay with five from the house organised guided walks for us, it was a perfect holiday. Our comfort rooms with views of the village of racines and on a beautiful panorama of the mountains has all our desires fulfilled. To mention is the excellent cuisine, with many themed nights (including a wonderful dessert buffet). Also the flower arrangements in front of the house and on the balconies are splendid. We can Berghotel Ratschings highly recommend it!
