Wonderful hotel, recently renovated, cozy and comfortable rooms, fantastic restaurant, entertainment and children's services with guided tours. Very recommended. The day before the checkout they also gave us a travel bag for our baby. So cute.

The rooms are spartan with worn out mattresses, the bathrooms are the sore note ' There is mildew '.
The animation in the winter period is exclusive to the families who choose the snow; The Miniclub starts at 5pm is not included the snack for children.
The breakfast buffet is minimal the coffee is only the American one, if you want an espresso it is for a fee.
During the meals the children and only they can use the buffet for adults there is a set menu, if the children want to take from the menu is precluded the buffet.
Parking is not enough for all guests.
The ski slopes are a 20-minute drive away.
I chose this hotel for the good reviews but they are all too generous.

Great hotel. Many initiatives proposed for non-skiers: excursions, tastings, excursions. Nice and friendly staff Properties and staff available. Good food and great doolci with every night wide choice. Good breakfast I stayed in the new part of the hotel and I have to say very pretty.

I have just been there and it is very nice to stay there because they greet you and you are immediately very happy I felt this feeling. Also beautiful experiences with the animators. As soon as you enter the room and look at the balcony there is an amazing view. I would recommend it to all the people who have to go to the mountains or to go around with friends, family etc.

We stayed with 2 other couples in this hotel for the white week and my opinion may not be that positive. Nice rooms warm and clean, excellent and abundant the kitchen and a friendly and familiar environment has been the setting for our stay. Thanks to Alessandro for his joy and his brio and to the staff all.

Hotel was very clean and service was polite. We had dinner at the hotel and food was appreciated. Price was fine according to service.

Hotel with a beautiful panoramic position, a few steps from the center of Primiero where you can take walks along the rivers and a short distance from the ski slopes.

Nice! Eat Well! Do 4 stars X that you could get half the front parking (high sidewalk) and x the Fredo found in the room every night. Anyway to come back. Very friendly staff. In the end we were fine. Thank you!

I stayed at this hotel the week that goes from the last of the year to the Befana with family and parents. I can feel very satisfied for the holiday in general. Friendly and attentive staff, comfortable and clean rooms, very good food and generous courses, entertainment always present and engaging for both children and adults who nn Sciano, in short, a really good value for money. I would go back without any problems.

We stayed for Christmas. Rooms simple but spacious and clean, staff always helpful and food very good. Children's Area with animators.

The hotel is really quaint. There are lift, two dining rooms, bar, children's play room, private covered parking. The rooms are basic equipped with wardrobe, safe, bathroom, balcony and TV. Friendly staff, excellent food!

We have returned today from our stay and what to say… we miss already! I can only say that I have not found anything to disfavor was all great… spotless rooms, plentiful food and great, the owners and employees are helpful and very helpful… In short, we look forward to return!

From the offer I expected more.
The prices were not high but I was in November and the service for the kids could be improved.
We're missing a SPA!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy. It was great the opportunity to dine with €10, generous portions, first, second, contour, vegetable buffet and sweet, very good food. Rich breakfast in the morning and prices x B content. Friendly and welcoming staff. Positive experience I will be back!

Hotel specializes in the reception of families with children. The owners are very kind and do everything to make guests feel at home. Very good and tasty, nice rooms.

Even if for only one night and he was already a few times after lunch and dinner all great compliments to the kitchen and the staff was friendly as well as the owner. Clean and quiet rooms. Good and strongly recommended and of course I will return. ;)
