Lovely place very cared for, very kind staff you feel super pampered all the staff is of a unique courtesy never seen until this moment. The first night we arrived very late and the guy who was present at the bar greeted us came up to the parking lot jun explaining everything also asked me if I needed a hand with suitcases

I'm at the hotel. Wonderful the first impact with the structure then inside really lovely and very welcoming with kindness with a welcome toast at the Reception and the all-wooden room and a badge including mask gloves and sanitizing. Hotel that hosts 4-legged friends and a wonderful SPA…

It was again nice winter holidays. Grate place and very professional people working there. The rooms clean, food delicious and definitely we will be back. All the best for owners who always were ready to help us and guys busy on bar who had to endure our behaviour :-) Spa, saunas, massage, relax rooms really top!

The hotel is not far from the centre and well looked after. The staff are very friendly and very professional. The rooms are spacious, if they were refurbished I would have given 5 stars. Overall I recommend it.

I stayed with my family for four days in a very uncomfortable apartment with stairs, they did not clean the apartments during your stay, I liked the restaurant at the hotel. The Dolomites are very beautiful.

Very nice in great location! Lovely room-spacious and clean… staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast plentiful and varied… the spa is very nice although the hot tub is at a surcharge for couples… we will be back! Top.

Great Hotel The staff very friendly and the restaurant besides the good food offers the possibility to choose between the traditional menu of fish menu or vegetarian menu. Also great for families. And Children's Menu!

Special Hotel, when you arrive you feel at home, hospitality kindness and warmth are part of this family. From this year then with the new new Spa where a professional is part that makes you resurrect! Recommend!

The room has certainly seen better times. Broken electronic locks, dirty rug, cobwebs, ruined applique, bin in broken bathroom, nothing that compromised the stay, but with little you could correct everything. The structure in the complex is nice and modern, but the attention to detail is not there. We are not talking about the kitchen 1/2 pension. I cook better and I'm not a master chef.

Great rooms. In the hall you can sit by the fireplace, but it will be noisy. Breakfast is average.

Cosy place with beautiful views, very good restaurant with friendly staff, rooms very bright with big bath, SPA saloon with massage, perfect stay for couples.

The restaurant offers special dishes and cared for, both meat and fish.

For several years we have been coming to Casterly Rock with great satisfaction: nice clean spacious rooms, excellent restaurant and service staff.

Are amazing in all: in courtesy, in the kitchen, in the attention to detail, the rooms beautiful and very comfortable. If we could we would go on leave getting them …

Our family we go every year a week in February. Hotel was clean and very welcoming, family-run. All right.
