It's a very good Hotel with a fantastic view over the mountains. Everybody is very friendly in the hotel. The staff members speak a very good german language. The food is tasty and every evening another food is offered.

Great Hotel, good staff and fantastic views from the balcony. Well situated and excellent facilities within the hotel complex. Staff extremely helpful with planning excursions. Would recommend and plan to use this hotel again.

Very welcoming and clean property, friendly staff and helpful. Its location located in Lemon on the Garda allows a view of the lovely lake. Being able to admire from your room the darkening of Lake Garda and be awakened by the sun that invites you to admire its beauty has no words. Great place also for families with children.

The location of this property (for the panoramic view of the lake to the north) is definitely the plus point along with the convenience of parking, free of charge.
The internal structure in the common parts denotes the signs of time. The room was not very space. Paradoxically, the terrace had a double space. However for one night it does not bother, maybe for an extended stay yes.
There is also the outdoor pool.
A bit of confusion and disorganization I noticed during breakfast, typical of the facilities with many guests. For the price paid it remains a choice to consider, if you do not have special needs.
I thank the management for their willingness and courtesy for meeting a specific request of mine.

The place is beautiful, lake view room wide and clean. Breakfasts leave the juices and the café to be desired. Even bad dinners. Bad service apart from the waiter Tony the only one who was worthy of a look and a word to the guests. The pool was also very clean. Given the beautiful location it's really a shame that you don't invest more in restaurant service.

Wonderful view of Lake Garda. The hotel doesn't start much, in the style of the 90s. Of the pluses, there is a parking lot, a good breakfast.

Pro — nice Pool, fantastic view, clean roomsCons — you definitely need a car, no shuttle service from the bus station in Limone, you need to call a taxi to drive you up to the hotel, there is a bus (public) like 4 times a day or so. You don’t want to plan your day based on the bus time table. You really don’t. — unfriendly staff (except one, who was perfectly informed and very helpful, basically saved my life by putting tons of betaisadona on my arm. ) — old furniture. And I mean it. It’s not shabby chick. It’s just old, broken, eww. I booked standard, no air conditioning (apparently that’s no standard nowadays…) and the room looked old and used. (You know those cheap motel-rooms in a David Lynch movie? Yep. ) but it’s clean. I wouldn’t come back, I’m sorry.

Terrible experience! I was assigned room number 3 far from the front desk and to reach it there are stairs! The room is very small, dated and dirty and the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired! Mattress and pillows are nothing short of a divine punishment not to mention that the room has no conditioner and that in the morning the sun beats! It is impossible to stay with the windows open because in front there is a common passage and can enter anyone! And to finish the cleaning was questionable mooooolto, the same stain on the floor on our arrival accompanied us throughout the holiday and the same spiders on the wall! Painful breakfast and not at all variable, difficult then to have a coffee, there are only two machines and the column is endless! The manager should be replaced and the staff is barely saved! The only positive note is the view of the lake but beware, from Lemon is about 10 minutes by car.

Friendly staff, good food, beautiful view. Not many places to walk around here. Had to drive to other locations to walk around the beautiful scenery. Wi-Fi wasn’t that great.

Our stay at this property was very pleasant! Structure with a lot of services and sports possibilities. Clean and equipped pool area. The room had a priceless view of the lake, a real show. Great Buffet Dinner! Breakfast with a multitude of choices. There were a lot of homemade cakes. Friendly and helpful Staff We will definitely return!

Spent weekend in motion to admire the forre of Tremosine. The hotel is located a couple of km climbing from Limone sul Garda. They reserved us, at the same price, superior rooms instead of the standard ones booked and paid. Overlooking the rooms from which balconies you have a view from the top of Lake Garda and the beautiful surrounding mountains. Very nice rooms. Essential furnishings, with a large wardrobe equipped with a safe, multiple support tops, mini bar and sofa. Balcony with chairs and table over deckchair. Bathroom with all the comforts, but especially great cleanliness both in the rooms and in the rest structure. Breakfast included in the price, rich of tender both sweet and salty. Homemade cakes. The staff of the entire property is extremely friendly, caring and helpful towards the clientele. Welcome to the multilingual entrance, very competent and especially in my case I had to deal with Bruna and Nolda who welcomed us with sympathy and warmth over much availability.

We stayed in the hotel for a week with our kids and it was a great holiday. The food was great that staff very friendly and the cleanliness has also been right. Happy again at any time!

Staff friendly, parking good and large. Location poor, rooms very small and worn out. You depend on the car. Prefer to spend a little more money. Balcony door can only be opened from the inside. Once we locked us out.

The location is fantastic, great views of the lake. We had rooms in the new building, modern, beautiful and spacious. The staff in the Restaurant unfriendly. The food needs to be improved, Breakfast well have had something better. The coffee for Italy from powder, not the family.

Beautiful views, friendly and helpful staff the ones we met were also fluent in languages including English German French and Italian Cleanliness is maintained to a high standard, varied facilities including : 7 or 8 tennis courts, 3 swimming pools including a child's, mini golf, a gym & table tennis, Restaurant and Pizzeria Large variety and plentiful buffet breakfast.

Clean hotel in beautiful surroundings. The staff is very friendly and the food is varied. A lot of choice, every day again. With the heat of last week I would recommend the staff to provide electric fans. The rooms were way too hot. If we go to lago di garda again, we will definitely be back.

A cozy place for you to spend couple nights. Clean hotel but need to work on customer svc.

The room is clean, however we asked the first night to remove the foldable bad we didn't need with no result. There is no place in the bathroom where you could store your stuff, only a few plastic cups. The breakfast is almost the same every day and the hotel serves coffee from an automat which tastes like an instant coffee, that means it tastes like s***. COFFEE FROM AN AUTOMAT IN ITALY?! The dinner is the worst experience I've ever had. You can choose from pasta with cheese or ketchup, pasta with fish or just fish. It's all the same every evening. Some of the guests might enjoy the fact it's all you can eat, but the way they look like is close to an hippo. So if you know how to cook a little and care about what you eat, this place is a no-go for you. Unfortunately, I had to experience it myself. The staff is really friendly and nice including the waitresses or bartenders just besides the reception lady who is rude to you and keeps screeming that you don't behave and doesn't even let you talk. In a decent hotel, they would normally admit their mistake and apologise. Well, that's not gonna happen here. One more thing, when we came for breakfast, we got some yoghurt and we were told there were no more spoons. The waitress was so smart and kind, that she took some from a different table. When we came for dinner a bit later, we had no carafe for the drinks so we had to walk everytime to get a drink with our 100ml glass. BTW, you have to pay 2€ extra for dinner drinks. WTF?!

Comfortable, ample parking for the location, lake view, good facilities and friendly staff.

The two nice ladies at the front Desk is unfortunately about a lot of things not see away. Food and rooms are all cannon. The Breakfast has so much taste like you just made a can of fruit salad, a maximum of gets out. Coffee from the coffee machine in Italy is actually a No-Go. The rooms are stuffy and the shower enters you are never alone. There are already enough animals right next to the Schimmelstreifen. The view is terrific, but all of the tables are neatly numbered and only regulars are allowed to sit at the window and enjoy the view others will be politely but firmly away.

Simply but perfectly adequate for a few wonderful days on Lake Garda. Unique views of almost the half Lake. You again.
