The best in Bolzano, stylish and great location.

Hotel with a very nice park and bar that I recommend visiting from outside. For everything else it is not worth it. Small rooms and furnish with furniture now old more than antique. Rude and poorly trained staff on parking, restaurant, Wi-Fi, etc. Area where for months they have been defusing war devices of the war and despite this they have not stopped bookings, but notified with an email only the day before arrival. Considering the quality / price ratio: not recommended.

This is a fabulous old hotel with a perfect location in the heart of Bolzano. My room overlooked the park and had an amazing view of the mountains surrounding the city. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was large and had all the features I enjoy in a nice hotel bathroom. I ate several times in the hotel restaurant, and the food was imaginative and delicious. The breakfasts were outstanding.

Been here for second time. Nothing but compliments about service, friendliness, quality of food, atmosphere. Can only warmly recommend! Auguri!

Wonderful garden, perfect place for an aperitif, only criticism is that for 6 people who drink an aperitif they bring A mini bag of chips and that's it. The rest is fabulous.

I used the bar for an aperitif, we were a large group of people and the waiter worked immediately to get us to sit down. The bar has a wide choice of quality drinks and spirits, the service is great and very friendly. The local is schick so also the prices reflect this factor.

This is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in the world. It's like you are flown back to 1930s. Superb.

Do not book this hotel. I had a terrible experience. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful and most of them didn’t even speak or understand English at all. The service was terrible and the rooms were tiny with two twin beds put together instead of one big bed. I hated this hotel every minute of it. I asked everywhere for just one water bottle and no one could provide. The beds were uncomfortable and the shower didn’t even have hot water. I had a terrible experience I do not recommend you checking into this hotel.

Delicious place, impeccable welcome and clean and comfortable rooms. The garden, in which there is a small swimming pool, has a restaurant that boasts excellent cuisine and a courteous and impeccable service. Just a nice experience.

Love the amazing staff from check in to the garden bar staff where you are waited in and an foot and made to feel special. We also got to be here during the jazz festival and it was amazing. We came all the way from Australia and we will be back. Thanks for having us.

Historical Hotel in Bolzano, elegant and refined environment. Beautiful then to live in summer the Hotel park. Great Restaurant and bar, pleasant musical theme evenings. In The morning if you are in town it is worth taking a little break to have a coffee or aperitif in the historic bar. Recommended.

Very nice Hotel and just a few Minutes from Walther Square. Rooms as well as Bathroom clean and spacious. Breakfast is plentiful and you're guaranteed to get fed up.
Enjoy a Drink at the bar In the Evening and everything fits. Highly recommended.

Hotel in Art Nouveau style, right in the centre of Bolzano, near the station. My room was nice, bright with comfy bed and comfortable bathroom. Only downside the staff at the front desk, rude, unhelpful, not a smile nor a word of welcome.

Historic Hotel in the center of Bolzano, served by parking right in front. Favorite starting point to reach the city center, has excellent restaurant and lounge bar. Efficient and caring service.

Lovely 4 star hotel. It is located near the train station and the city centre. Trained staff. Nice rooms, good breakfast. Prices correspond to the service. On Thursdays and Fridays are held musical parties, on Friday usually jazz, places are better to book in advance, the cost of the concert is usually 10 euro per person.

Comfortable Grand Hotel style in very good location only a few steps from train station and city center. Staff very friendly and attentive. Eccellent breakfast in a stylish salon.

The Parkhotel Laurin is a traditional grand hotel in the heart of the Bolzano Old Town: For more than 100 years it has been a good address for private and business stays. Numerous events and initiatives always fulfill the historical building with life and make it something special. Parking in front of the hotel.

I've been at the hotel Laurin several times. I must say that I was always treated very very professionally. Rooms are nice, clean and practical. The restaurant is amazing and the breakfast buffet is just perfect, with so much choices (freshly squeezed orange juice is just making the difference between a normal 4 Stars and a place like Laurin! ).

Comfy hotel a stones throw from the train station and all sorts of good shopping and sights. Breakfast spread was nice. Missed dinner and skipped the bar so can’t comment on these. Bed was comfy and I slept well. Watch out for the guys in the parking lot looking for money.

Understood at the ParkHOTEL Laurin at least 4 or 5 times a year, always spring-summer period. I found out because a good friend of mine took me to drink and relax in the hammock in front of the pool. The park is small but very beautiful, there are some artistic installations that remind some of the Asia, just a few statues of elephant, dim lights, flowers and plants. Good choice of wines.

Charming Hotel! With the flavor of other times, but that has been known to renew, luxurious and impeccable sociable staff. I recommend stopping to get a coffee served at the place to plunge into another era!

The brunch is incredible, quality food, high quality service and a really cosy environment. I would drive downn to Bozen fromn Innsbruck just to go there anytime… they offer also pretty high quality meat included. One of a kind! It is worthy every cent…

Stylish hotel in a prime location.

Historic and classy hotel a stone's throw from the train station. It has a beautiful interior garden in which, in summer, concerts and long aperitifs are held. Prices fairly high but in line with the level of the hotel. Conferences and presentations of cultural interest are also held In some rooms.

I stayed at this hotel and I can say it is perfect. Excellent location, impeccable cleanliness, rooms equipped with every comfort, price adjusted to the hotel offers, staff at the reception very courteous and polite (not often so in hotels). Good, I recommend it.

The restaurant is inside an ancient palace next to Walther Square and in summer you eat in the ancient garden. Every serving is creative and exalt the local ingredients, the waiters are very polite and ready to give you every information you could need. A great experience, it definitely worths the ride and the prices are right for a restaurant offerte this level.

I was with friends celebrating my birthday, we were sitting in the beautiful park drinking some excellent cocktails! Beautiful and quiet atmosphere The park is very well maintained with works of art and a bit of music! Perfect for a calm evening and a chat with friends! Hotel beautiful, friendly and professional staff!

Ok rooms and good bar with free breakfast but had to pay extra for another person in the room. AC would not cool down the room either.

Just an okay room, it was for two people and they put two twins together instead of a queen or full size bed. It made cuddling difficult and I kept getting my arm stuck in the crack between the beds. It's something I wouldn't expect for the price of 200 euros/night. On the other hand, the bar and restaurant downstairs are lovely! Breakfast is delicious and healthy. The location is nice and the employees knowledgeable.

Over 100 years old Hotel in the style of the Grand hotel. The Service, Breakfast super. There is a Restaurant, which we have not taken on the basis of the very up-market prices. It is very close to other Restaurants with typical food. The rooms are naturally brought up to modern Standard, but rather small. Also, the bed is too narrow. Only a thick and a thin blanket available in single bed size, but for the double, thought. There is free Wi-Fi, but virtually no available and appropriate outlet in order to use the devices to charge. The only grounded outlet in the bathroom! This also applies to the existing kettle with Schuko-plug! Cell phone you can recharge instead of a floor lamp (don't forget the "light" turn on by remote control, no electricity). The rooms are also very "noisy".

I was there in May of 2012 and the hotel is outstanding, not to mention the rooms, large and comfortable, the bathroom is completely covered in marble.
A great buffet breakfast, the bar on the first floor in the old premises restored is a small ancient world with a competent and friendly staff.
Congratulations to all the staff at the hotel I worked with, helpful and always willing to solve every need.

Absolutely recommended! We wait for a long weekend and were excellent hosts. Upgrade, little attention, super clean and large rooms! Here we come again and again.

I stayed at the hotel two nights during the Christmas 2013 room nice with comfortable beds, good breakfast, great location,
within a few minutes walk to visit all the historical center.

We found this hotel by accident at midnight one night on our travels. What a find! I have stayed in many hotels before. This is the pick of them all. The breakfast at this hotel puts the Hilton to shame. I wish they could become a training school for other hotels. Well done to all the staff, I could not fault your demeanour or politness.

Staying at the Park Hotel was very successful and enjoyable. With its excellent cuisine, you have to just try the restaurant. Recommended hotel.

Stayed for one nite on our way to the Stelvio Pass, and it is an amazing hotel! great rooms, with flat screen TV, and internet access. Town Center is around the corner, and the Hotel's restaurant is amazing in itself. Showers and bed were superb. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. The Hotel's park and pool is a real renaissance treat. Could have spent all day there. Given the price, this hotel simply is unbeatable! Highly recommended and a must if in this area.
