Clean and spacious rooms, great and hearty breakfast, nice spa and welness, friendly staff, lakeside location! very good.

The hotel is very clean and clear. Reception welcomes guests in different languages. Very good information, directions, and versatile excursion offers. Breakfast and dinner menu with 4 courses simply a treat. You simply have to have tried it. Service simply top, were very anxious always friendly and have helped us with every concern further. The hotel also has a wellness area where you can use a pool at any time, also many wellness offers such as massages are bookable. With just a few steps you have direct lake access to Lake Garda, located directly behind the hotel. We can definitely recommend this hotel, we would always go on holiday there again.

Great. Unfortunately not x my pockets. But an evening with e guest made me appreciate everything it offers.

Nothing negative but it's not a 4 star. The furnishings in the room are a bit dated, the room however and spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast buffet and even at dinner we ate well. The spa should be fixed, the pool water is quite cold.

Far from the centre, but you can take a bus stop in front of the hotel. Nearby is a good supermarket, a lot of places where you can eat. The view from the terrace knocks down. Breakfasts are regular. The room constantly broke down the door to the balcony. Removed not very well under the beds a layer of dust. The pool only runs until 19-30 — It's very inconvenient. Naked people fall into the sauna.

Wonderful Location directly on the lake, menu well manicured and tasty, helpful and kind staff. Wellness Center with the possibility of treatments and massages managed in a very professional way. The centre of Riva del Garda can be reached with a comfortable walk.

Not really a hotel to remember…
On arrival in the bathroom found a damp towel, dust on the table and bedside, bicycles supplied or blocked in padlocks of which there are no keys, breakfast buffet rich but with poor quality products. Four stars but she doesn't show her.

Beautiful hotel in a high class, in an exposed position, directly at the lake.
The hotel is separated from the lake by the hotel's own garden.
Very attractively furnished and spacious rooms.
Terrace with lake View is bookable at an additional cost, but definitely worth it.
It is wonderful to spend a balmy summer evening on the hotel's own terrace, overlooking the lake and mountains.
Nice footpath (approx. 1km) in the town of Riva, with its typical, tastefully painted houses for this region and the many small cafes and shops.
A wide range of excursions in the surrounding area. A lot of possibilities for sports, such as mountain biking, hiking, climbing or surfing.
Conclusion: Definitely worth staying again.

The hotel is fine for the price. Could be a bit more clean in spa area.

The hotel is very nice and it is in a beautiful location. The hotel is very poor The SPA area has the Thermarium room and a broken shower. The Turkish bath while being equipped with the possibility of selecting one of four aromatic essences, not even one is working. Same applies to sensory showers that only function as normal showers. As for the dining area, in reference to the breakfast only I can say that it is very varied but lacks the simple presence of a few tags to indicate what is present in the trays, so as to avoid wastes by withdrawing pastries or sweets with stuffed Not pleasing. Also the fact of avoid coffee from the vending machine and ask at the bar will not save you from drinking a watered and horrible coffee. The staff is quite competent is present apart from the attendants to the SPA area which are always unobtainable preventing users from asking for a simple towel or replacing the water in the kettle. I hope that our experience not completely positive could be due to the low season, because the potential of the structure is very high.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. To improve the organization of the SPA (we found the pool closed in the morning, when in fact had to be opened by 9) ; I would also suggest raising the water temperature of the heated pool (it was lukewarm, would have been much nicer with a temperature more like the SPA). Clean environment.

Cute hotel, but with many flaws. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned and the emergency light on all night doesn't make you sleep. The SPA area and very nice pool but with warm water, definitely not warm. Very varied breakfast, I would increase the area more with fresh fruit.

Nice, comfy comfortable rooms for the long lake. To review the spa a bit. The emotional showers were not working. Improve the friendliness of the head room.

Great location and parking and Spa… all free. Spacious and comfortable rooms. And great breakfast included. If you add to this also the helpfulness and kindness of the staff… 5 stars deserve.

Beautiful location on the shore of Lake Garda, a bit out of the middle of the country but definitely quieter. Nice common areas, all clean, only neo rooms that would need a bit of maintenance. They are still spacious though poorly equipped at the furniture level where to put things. You eat well with a good choice in the menu that always includes typical local dishes.

Less than expected! Nothing very negative, but from hotel to this level, I expect more. Anonymous. Convenient parking, good Wi-Fi, clean. Rooms a bit dated, especially the bathroom. Mediocre food in the evening at the restaurant while great breakfast. "Cold" courtesy at the reception. Good price but it was November.

4-star hotel, Mah! We can see that the Trentino da valuation different from the rest of Italy. Structure dated only the ground floor, the reception and the restaurant were the subject of a modern makeup. You expect more from a 4* hotel, but stars in Italy are relative… On the other hand, you just get what you pay for.

Amazing place with a lovely view on the lake. Good Hotel… located right on the shore of the lake… would need some small modernization… Clean and with friendly and professional staff… good Food.

Great staff, room clean and with lot of space and terrace, very nice breakfast. Spa and pool very nice, unfortunately the pool was crowded of child so a bit noisy but nice.

-Excellent Spa, pool a bit more chaotic for breaches of rules of common courtesy to other customers
-Decent room furniture a bit dated but clean
-Shame about the reception staff unhelpful especially for solving small problems without a minimum of apology or irony.
Overall quite good.

Many hotels but few make the difference …
