I waited to end my 15 day holiday at this beautiful property. Splendid not only for beauty and tranquility, but above all because I got to know two beautiful people The hosts. Adriana and Michele.

Good value for money. No frills but amazing hosts — they are super lovely and welcoming. Big and nice pool. Comfortable room — shower a little bit too small but other than that, can’t complain.

Excellent welcome from Pamela available for every need. Abundant breakfast, the cakes are really good.

Comfortable, large room. Wonderful breakfast. Host Gio is dedicated, helpful and hard-working along with his staff. I miss his pooch Gigi.

Perfect B&B. Host Giovanni is relaxed yet hard working, pays attention to every detail and extremely helpful. Hope to stay again one day.

We’ve just enjoyed a 3 day stay here. The owners were so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a great location in Ortigia, overlooking the sea on one side.

I stayed for a Women’s Retreat Oct 8-12 2025. The rooms, the grounds, the spaces for gathering—all so relaxing and welcoming. Most impressive of all: the hosts! So accommodating and kind.

During our recent visit to Sicily, we were fortunate enough to stay here and can only express our most sincere gratitude for the extraordinary experience we had.

Staff is very friendly but location is a bit far from town. Need to rented a bike/ scooter to travel around island.

The pool area was lovely! The rooms a bit dated specially the bathroom but the outside area, around the rooms and bar was very pretty and relaxing!

The Location at the sea is beautiful. We got a big room on discount because we booked last minute via booking. The room was clean but there were ants (don't leave food around!

We have just spent yet another fantastic week here with the most perfect house, a fantastic pool, beautiful gardens and the most perfect beach 500 yards from the house.

The place is beautiful, on the hills surrounded by greenery and mountains, a spectacular view, and such tranquility that it doesn't seem true that there are such beautiful places.

House situated in a beautiful landscape. Our room had a large terrace with views of the amazing orchard as well as Mt Etna which is very close by. Room was clean and shower pressure was excellent.

We stayed at Borgo del Carato at the end of April 2026 and had an incredible time at this historic, lovely hotel. We loved our room, the grounds and the entire place.

We married at Borgo del Carato in September 2025, and what an unforgettable experience it was. The venue is absolutely stunning, set in the Sicilian countryside surrounded by carab groves.

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful setting. We had a 1 bedroom ground floor apartment close to the pool which was just perfect for our family of four.

Nice apartment complex, well equipped with effective air conditioning. Cooking facilities are adequate beds are comfy.
