I visited with colleagues for a business trip combined with leisure, and overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

Beautiful place we spent 3 days in total relaxation pools, sea, fabulous … very good food, polite staff, helpful, recommend it to everyone … We will be back next year.

Nice place with a good breakfast. It has a private parking and is also close to a train station from where you can go to Palermo.

My daughter and I stayed here in August 2022. It was everything we had hoped for, rooms and bathrooms were clean and good size. We had breakfast on the rooftop, cooked by Fabio and his family.

Very nice and cosy place to stay. Great en helpful service by the host. You could alsk them anything. Well maintained room with view on the beach and mountains.

We stayed here at the beginning of August and had a wonderful experience. Our hosts were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped, and the breakfast offered a nice variety.

A beautiful meal in Porticello — the seafood risotto was pure perfection, and the service made the experience even more special. Compliments to the chef and the lovely staff!

A Slice of Paradise at Villa Flavia.
From the moment I arrived with my group of 8 ppl at Villa Flavia, it felt as though we had stepped into a dream.

We had a dinner outside in a summer night and I can’t recommend this place enough. The service was fantastic with lots of extras offered by them (be sure to to try their own produced oil!

A lovely place surrounded by citrus fruits and olive groves, divas breathes an atmosphere of yesteryear, all seasoned with excellent cuisine diligently prepared by the chef.

Fabulous B&B. Perfect location, great price, great facilities. We were also lucky enough to have a kitchen. Host is super friendly and accommodating.

Nice clean rooms. Quick efficient service. Free street parking a plus. Ground floor a bonus. Ac and TV and pvt bath. Close to beach, ruins and Palermo.

I recommend! Nice owner, great location and conditions at a low price. Wifi works well, everything you need, but there may be a problem with parking the car but it can be parked nearby.

We stayed with Mr. Mimmo for a week, and we had a really good time, a small apartment with two rooms and a bathroom but with all the comforts, in the center of Sant'Elia, a beautiful village.
