View from our room. Beautiful room and very spacious. Parking is a bit of a struggle as it’s on a STEEP hill. There is a parking garage nearby about 2 mins away.

Wonderful hotel, in a renovated palace and decorated with very good taste. Very friendly staff and very cozy pool and garden. We loved it!

Beautiful Hotel in an ancient dwelling in the heart of Ragusa, with a beautiful garden full of plants and roses. The Swimming pool gives a touch of blue to the green lawn. Very neat and spotless, my room was not very big but it had a window-balcony that overlooked the pool in the garden. We had a great time and there was everything new. Good breakfast, quality, with seasonal fruit, strawberries and cherries, cheese and salami, cakes and sweets. Very friendly and professional staff. I Recommend to everyone this hotel, except for those who have difficulty with the stairs, because being an old building is without elevator, but there are the lower rooms. I Hope to return next year to enjoy the beautiful Ragusa.

Room 5 is lovely.
Ran out of bathroom products on day 2 and they were no replenished bybyoung chamber maids.
The garden and pool are picturesque. Some reception staff are very helpful and smile etc.
Breakfast is ok. Coffee machine produces coffee machine coffee… Ask for toast! … one or two boxes of kellogs cereal on display… in all, the breakfast is disappointing for such a beautiful hotel.
Location may seem scruffy but actually there are plenty of good dining and drinking options within 600mtrs without need to taxi into Ragusa Ibla.
Suggest staff have more training to enable them to gove a deluxe service

Stay in Villa del Lauro for two years for work, the structure is beautiful, the exceptional staff contributes to make you feel at home, I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to spend some day relaxing in Ragusa.

A magical place to stay, lovely architecture logo and then the inner garden, recommend it to all who want to stay in Dubrovnik.

I stayed at Villa del Lauro for 3 nights in Aug, 2014. I was on my own but had such a wonderful experience there if felt like I had friends with me. The hotel was wonderful, breakfast on the terrace was a delight I relished each morning. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean and nothing was seemed to be too much trouble. I am definitely going back. Catherine.
