Well located B&B in the historic centre of Piazza Armerina.

Chose this place based on reviews and proximity to Villa Romana. Did not disappoint on either. Ettore and Ines were caring, helpful and charming hosts.

A very nice spacious property in the green peacefull area close to the mountain park. Amazing view. Swimming pool. Parking secured. Very pet friendly and eco oriented owners.

It felt like staying with family — so nice. I was there for two nights mid-week, out of season (late Feb) and was the only one there with my dog, the friendly owner, and his 3 dogs and lots of cats.

This hotel is right on the sea so I would recommend taking a sea view room. They have big suits that are very spacious.

We came with a group that booked three rooms at this hotel. The front desk staff was very efficient in getting our rooms assigned. We got parking right at the front of the building.

We were pleasantly welcomed by a lady who spoke French very well, the room was magnificent, I loved it, and super clean.

We stayed for three nights in a double room (Antonio). The hotel is located between 15 — 20mins from the Old Town depending upon where you are going so a bit of a walk but there are regular buses.

Ingred and the staff have been so kind and accommodating. They have made us feel at home and we are so thankful for their hospitality!

The host made us feel very welcomed.
