Absolutely loved my stay here! Vincenzo, the owner, was fantastic—super helpful and gave us the best tips on what to see and how to get around.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with effective air conditioning and a nice bathroom. My only issue was that the pillows smelt quite musty.

This is a good hotel. Our room had everything we expected — hanging space and drawers; decent shower; a kettle with tea & coffee; aircon; and a TV (though challenging to get anything in English).

Stayed here twice at the beginning and end of a two week tour. Very pleasant stay both times. Staff are friendly, helpful (booked a restaurant for 9 of us) and efficient.

Unusual hotel with rooms spread around The pretty and pretty hilly town of Ragusa Ibla. We had a second floor bedroom with beautiful views over the deep valley.

This was good value despite the need for some extra attention and updating here and there, overall it has a nice relaxed atmosphere with attractive decor.

This place was a great surprise. We were welcomed by helpful, friendly staff. We had a really nice terrace om our floor. And we were next to the train station.

The hosts were wonderfully accommodating, helped us arrange taxis, very nice people. Very close to all the major tourist spots, great location. Safe. Room was well appointed and very clean.

Staff were some of the friendliest and most welcoming people. They were very accommodating and very helpful with all we needed. Hotel was right near buses, trains and many places to eat or see.

Not really sure what some of the bad reviews on here are on about truthfully, other than potentially not reading through booking details as they should — despite some language barrier struggles,

Three days in Palermo, second vacation in Sicily, now south of the island plus Tropea, Calabria. We arrived late afternoon from the airport, walked about 500m from Piazza Ruggiero Settimo (Politeama).

Located perfecly in the old part of Palermo and walking distance to most key downtown location. Service was spectacular and delievered when we needed something. Room very clean, has a refrigerator.

Obviously, Ortigia is a wonderful location. This B&B is located in a very strategic area in the very heart of Ortigia. The rooms are lovely and very clean.

Very friendly and happy staff that will attend to your needs with a smile. Rooms were clean, modern, and spacious and the hot tub was amazing and a nice touch.

Damiano provides excellent service. He will bend over backwards to do anything to help you. In general he provided superb communication.
It was a good location close to Ragusa old town.

Wonderful hotel — right on the sea. Comfy beds. Spotlessly clean, fantastic shower. Great location. Breakfast changes every day, lots of Choices. Watch the sun go down from the balcony cocktail bar.

If you're going to Cefalu' and want to be close to everything, have a sea view for breakfast that's included, and aperitif on site, look no further!

Very kind host who provides breakfast. Beds in our room were extremely firm but clean.

Silent, clean and perfect location in city center. All in the room was OK and during our 4 nights we didn't face any troubles.

I had a relaxing and pleasant stay, thanks to the welcome of maître Franco da Messina and his staff. Beautiful pool and structure. The only flaw in the first and second courses during meals.

Perfect romantic weekend at this magnificent B&B. The host was extremely kind, as were the other employees we met here during this stay of a few days.

Avid traveller of 5 star resorts so my opinion is based on comparatives I have had in the past.
Overall this is a nice resort. I wouldn't agree it was a fully 5 star experience though.

Oven all we had an incredibly enjoyable experience at the Grand Palladium in Sicily.
As this was our Honeymoon, we decided to go for the all inclusive option at The Signature Level.

Nothing really special, old building, oldish equipment but well maintained and clean. The bed was good. Bathroom very simple. Breakfast simple as well but ok. No problem for the price.

Staff so nice and location very convenience. Breakfast very plentiful and the view also not bad we could see part of Mediterraneo. Room was big enough and clean.
