Breakfast is standard with no hot food. Very good thing for me, what I was getting every morning was a fresh squeezed orange juice. After that I bought for myself a citrus squeezer. Very close to taormina city centre. Very close 10 mins walk to the beach. I don't know about other parts of Sicily, but in Taormina is the most tasty and beautiful food, I've ever tried. Doesn't matter where you go from pizza till seafood. They all deserve Michelin star definitely!
