There is nothing to say about the structure!
But the service? Practically non-existent, what a disappointment … Apart from the chef (who I don't remember the name) I don't save any of the staff. A 5 Stars Luxury should be operated by qualified personnel. I'm sorry to have to write this review, but it's the reality of the facts.

There is only one word that can describe my stay at the Grand Hotel San Pietro in Taormina: OUTSTANDING!
So much so that I extended my holidays for nine more days.
The highly professional standards and services offered by every single member of their staff made me feel like a king every day. The deco, location and mesmerising views are just breathtaking. And their food is simply superb. What else is there to say? Oh yes, I cannot wait to go back and spend some more heavenly time at the Grand Hotel San Pietro in Taormina. Thank you ever so much, to all of you!

Beautiful room overlooking the sea, impeccable service with staff of great kindness. Big downside: the remoteness of the center of Taormina requiring to reserve a shuttle /shuttle and therefore to plan any small outing in the city. Otherwise you can walk but the path is neither pleasant nor very protected (no sidewalk) and especially quite steep.

Pleasant experience but not from 5 stars luxury, the staff is prepared and very kind, the rooms quite manicured but not perfect some careless dates from the time you see but all in all are pleasant compensated by a beautiful sea view. The flaws are, a pool that in the middle of August closes at 6 pm, a non-existent courtesy after dinner totally tant is that if you want a drink after dinner is literally IMPOSSIBILE, perhaps the only thing available is the water that even if you take advantage of a half service pension is charged at 6 euros each (excessive)
and the worst thing is that the SPA does not exist but you can take advantage of various services by calling external staff who do service on call, they should absolutely correct this Fittizia Advertising of something that does not exist.
All in all it was nice for the very nice staff, but the EDEN philosophy in managing the structure is not good at all, said I would give a 10 to the staff and a 4 to the management that coordinates.

Very luxury and comfortable The pool is great and it's a walkable distance from the main Street. Balcony has a great view.

Hotel with good location and beautiful sea view. The pool is well cared for and clean, as well as the garden in which you can consume various and abundant breakfasts.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, with large beds with mattresses and very comfortable pillows. Probably, the cleaning of the bathrooms should be taken more care, which, although clean, does not live up to the entire structure. In any case, I certainly recommend it.

The service, food and rooms are at a very high level. It was a couple of very nice days here.

The view, the place, the attention a magnificent pool and a variety of exquisite food.

Spectacular views and wonderful staff make this an amazing place to stay. Feeling pretty spoiled in Taomina.

We were very pleased with the stay. Amazing of course the location and the view! Really gorgeous. In a few minutes you can reach the centre or the cable car. Our suite on the second floor was clean and large enough. We were not satisfied with the breakfast. Too little choice and fried eggs for extra charge. No fresh juices. The service was very good. Especially Dario by the pool! Can recommend the hotel. 5 Star L It is certainly not, rather 4 star +.

Clean quiet house with excellent staff and a super beautiful view of the sea.

This is now a 5 star hotel. Excellent service and appointments and a beautiful outdoor beeakfast patio with tremendous views. The only note is it has a 10 min walk uphill into the main street of Taormina.

Staff so nice and hotel very luxurious.

Lovely rooms with fab views. Staff were charming and helpful. G&Ts we're pricey at £16 each and the buffet breakfast was lacking BUT ask for the alacarte menu and it's fine.

Fantastic location and just a really nice place for a relaxing break. Some reviews are a bit mean f you ask me! I really like this place it's very pleasant and the sfaff could not do enough for me as others have already said. The only real way to discover somewhere is to visit yourself and I would say that there is no reason to not stay here.

Very accommodating, spectacular views.

Gorgeous hotel, accommodating staff, amd amazing veiw.

Positive: view, terrace, long breakfast times, quiet (but somewhat too stiff) atmosphere, clean pool with service, free large parking lot, noble lobby, cleanliness, unbelievably frequent towel change,
Large balcony with beautiful sea view, transfer and service in the paid Beach club
Negative: Some details in the deluxe room were not harmonious e. G. If the balcony door was not properly closed, nothing was complained about. Make-up mirror removed from holder, parquet in front of the bathroom undulated, because the shower tray overflows during showering (too small shower! ) Not a good deduction in the bathroom. No light on the balcony in the evening. Annoying aggressive wasp hordes while eating on the terrace. Expensive to high season.

Amazing Hotel and the view from the rooms is fabulous.

What a delightful hotel — couldn't fault the service or the presentation — the rooms were super! The staff are a real asset — they are professional yet friendly and restore one's faith in excellent customer service. Certainly worthy of its 5 star rating!

Located a little below Taormina hotel a view breathtaking and that's about all. The building is very nice and when you arrive in front of the reception in the car, no one comes to help you while in number of 5 star hotels taking you in charge within 20 seconds following your arrival. In short a service limited on behalf of a hotel that claims to be 5 stars. The rooms now: decorated mals is the word. Functional but frankly limited in view of the reputation of the hotel. Special mention for the shower with door seal that goes and ridiculous water pressure. However, the rooms and the hotel in general offer views of the sea and Etna (one can see the lava flows of the north face during activity night), strong point of this hotel, one of the only ones to offer this view. The restaurant when it is good and the breakfast excellent (on the other hand, if you want a very special cooking your eggs for example, make sure the server has well understood). The servers are very friendly, especially the Head waiter who speaks French. It must be admitted that the table on the Rotunda, to book, offers a splendid view on the beaches of the town. It's too bad that this asset is not more forward. But the big worry of "5 star" hotel is the service that does quite match that of a hotel of this distinction. Everything is paid, no water bottles free nothing!
