My family and I had a wonderful vacation at Verdura Resort! We were three generations of travelers and the hotel met all of our needs. Food was fantastic, spa incredible, kids club very well run and overall a very relaxing atmosphere…. Will definitely be back.

A true haven of peace! The resort is exceptional, there is a multitude of activities available to guests.
The rooms are very nice (and very well air-conditioned which is not negligible during the Sicilian summer).
The spa is superb with its outdoor pools.
The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
To do at least once if you have the opportunity.

The beautiful big rooms and resort area with beach, big pool and spa / thalasso pools is just the perfect add on … and the stunning sunsets… wow We loved the food from breakfast to lunch to dinner … high quality and great service with dedication to the details.

Fantastic location, about an hour from Palermo airport.
Great golf course, not very easy, but fair. The other sports facilities are also great. The whole valley is part of the resort. The food St from the pool bar, to the pizzeria to the upscale restaurant by the sea gorge said top class. People are very accommodating, respectful and polite. It's just a pity you're not open over Christmas/New Year.

All very interesting, a location that respects nature and minimizes the architectural impact.

A gorgeous resort in a magical setting. Our room is beautiful. The food is divine using local and products grown on site. The staff are lovely. Heaven!

The top of the top in Sicily. Everything you could want from a tourist hotel property… I was there for the last Google event that saw as guests in this property the likes of Sting or Durant. Etc. Etc. (golf courses. Helicopter landing pads!

What about it? The most beautiful place in Sicily. Expensive but it's for many but not for everyone…

Professional, wonderful cordials
The place is immense and perfectly cared for in every corner. I went for work to do a photo shoot, the customers were excited. They were treated kindly. The vegetable staff made themselves available to better care for every aspect of the event. A place to recommend.

The only thing that was a star for Verdura Resort is that they do have a small number of really good people working there and the views on the property make for a good photo. And that’s the positives done there. The service is dreadful. It is awful. The worst I have experienced anywhere in the world. Even in the cheapest budget hotel in outback Australia I have felt more satisfied than at verdura. And what’s worse is when our families issues were brought to the attention of management (who may I say were most courteous and committed to fixing the problem) things just got worse. It was as though the staff become vengeful towards us who complained. This was confirmed by as staff member who told me directly that all the staff talk to each other. Some service issues which occurred during our stay were as follows… -my pregnant sister not being served lunch after her husband and kids had eaten to a point that she walked back to her room upset. All she ordered was a burger and chips -that same day my brother and I had our lunch meals completely forgotten about and finished a whole bottle of wine before any food arrived. -after complaining to management about this we ordered a bottle of wine later that afternoon to the room and received a bottle only half full.

A beautiful resort with amazing staff and fantastic food and amenities. A truly 5 star experience, the spa and thalassotherapy pools are awesome and the 3 golf courses and driving range are great too. A perfect place to relax and unwind.

Beautiful Hotel Great location. Manicured golf Courses. But it would Take some toilets on the field (in one of the two routes you do not pass by the club house and you must resist until the 18…)

Beautiful Place. Beautiful sea View, clear water with sea greenish colors. Giant golf course, possibility of cycling the various distances. Bar and restaurant with sea view.

Resort immersed in nature where nothing was realized by chance. Pampered by a thousand efficient services. Well-tended wellness centre and professional golf courses! Staff Definitely to Redo!

Beautiful spot from a golfing and relaxing point of view. In a group of golfers, we particularly appreciated the professionalism of the staff as well as the quality of the dishes and wines à la carte. Congratulations and thank you for this great time spent in your Resort.

Best resort I have seen. Just along the sea with huge campus and golfing area. Rooms are large and maintained. Staff were helpful and supportive. Beautiful landscape in surrounding. If you are thinking a relaxing vacation this is one of it. Very calm with and peaceful environment. Enjoy cycling in this huge campus. And spend leasure time near the beach.

Gorgeous resort with top notch spa. This is true relaxation at it's best. Amazing food, excellent golf, first rate spa and fitness facilities. Close to many attractions and night life. A definite bucket list addition. Reserve one of the villas.

Wonderful… even for the children… they enjoyed spending whole days in the open air… beautiful rooms… suggestive landscape… I didn't like the kitchen…

Superb design Suite overlooking the sea very beautiful SPA as well as the indoor pool and the outside breakfast Lucullian for all tastes leave to be desired the location restaurant outside the central plexus.

Very nice resort and really 5 stars. Top rooms, top area… well mainrained and clean. Really top staff. Superp breakfast and top class SPA. Perfect place which we clearly recommend!

So we got upgraded to classic suite which is gorgeous that's costs in august 10k for a week (currently November) which for me is far to much and doesn't offer the finesse and quality for this price with cheap light switches and fittings but we are off season and paying £200 a night so excellent value The spa facilities are excellent with heated outdoor pools but juice bar etc is closed season and had to run round to try and find towels. Would of loved to have some massages but at 150 euro for 50min massage I don't think it's worth it. Food is quite expensive aswell (bugger and chips 19 euro but beer is ok at 5 euro a bottle This place obviously is your golfers dream with beautiful surroundings and 3 x 18 hole courses.

Stunning property with two excellent 18 hole golf courses and a short 9. Set on a large plot of land about 15 minute drive from Sciacca. Rooms are set away from the main buildings mostly overlooking the golf courses and sea. Some open directly on to the grassed area around the courses and are worth paying extra to get. Restaurant choice is good if you plan to eat in the hotel most days but it's a fair way to any other local venues if you want to go out. Taxi or car hire is a requirement. Service is excellent and the staff have a high attention to detail, obviously created from a skilled hotel owner.

Enchanting a real magical place where the tranquility reigns supreme.

This place is absolutely incredible! From the staff and food to the activities and services, it really is fantastic and super familu friendly!

Everything was perfect. It's an incredible place, a huge area and a great service. The best place in Sicily. We said we were going to be with a little kid, so we were given a number: a steamer, a pre-heat bottle, a separate bucket for diapers, and even scrubs and slippers for 1, g baby. This relationship has not been seen anywhere (visited by 15 countries, more than 120 hotels). For adults, it's also a very relaxing one, from golf and spa to the beach and swimming pools. The Pebble Beach is good for the sun, but the pools are awesome.
Google is wrong to show the drive to the hotel. We were driving on the side of Catania, so the navigator led us to some place, to the countryside. In fact, I had to go a little further and see the flags on the left with a sign of Verdura. And if you're not a fan of golf, you're staying here for more than three days, I wouldn't. The hotel is far from the Sicilian attractions.

For Italy This is certainly a 5 star resort, one of the best. Compared to expectations, perhaps the level is not equivalent to that of similar structures in the Emirates or other places frequented by international clientele. But many are the positive features worthy of note. Friendly staff, perfect organization, quiet and safe, excellent cuisine, and not least a beautiful 18-hole golf course.

The Verdura Resort and Spa is a jewel of a resort, an oasis of taste and charm, nestled cozily along the coast of Southern Sicily. The resort, including a substantial and well-tended golf course, is nicely secluded from the relative chaos of Sicilian driving and the endless ranks of charmless, buff colored, ferroconcrete blocks that grace an otherwise stunning landscape. For non-golfers, the resort is well located, about equidistant from the out-of-this-world majesty of Selinunte, a bastion of Greek and Carthaginian antiquity, the Doric glory of Segesta, and the mind boggling Valley of the Temples in Agrigento. First timers will be dumbstruck by the archeological riches this corner of the world has to offer. The resort itself, in addition to golf, features creditable spa facilities, and good dining options. The Zagara Mediterranean restaurant was just so-so, with comparatively indifferent service and decent, but not great, fare. Both Amare and Liola offer more relaxed, enjoyable dining options. Buon Giorno serves arguably one of the finest breakfasts of any resort I have visited. In addition to many egg dishes, the vegetable juicer, the succulent dried fruit buffet, assorted cereals, and the range of fresh fruit is a visit to health-heaven. The somewhat pricey rooms are large, clean, and well laid out. Housekeeping services were excellent and the unfailingly pleasant demeanor of hotel staff made us feel that we were more in Asia than Europe.

Lovely resort. Very private. Excellent views from every room in the hotel. Top notch service and cuisine.

The best of the mediterranean cuisine. Example: spaghetti with squid and sage. And don't miss their tiramisu.

I am a picky and annoying Italian used to top-of-the-class London service… and I must say the quality of service here is second to none. Thank you Sir Rocco for bringing some proper service and quality to Sicily.

Splendid! Just perfect. That whether at the level of the rooms and services, not a fault, not one complaint at this quality hotel. The team of the hotel, very nice, is constantly available, welcoming and jovial. The rooms are clean, functional, comfortable, with a great golf view. The 3 restaurants dishes are excellent (special mention to Amare seafood restaurant). The spa and pool are amazing, the water is warm, but not too much (the circuit of Koi pond purify different temperatures as the Roman baths is very healthy, especially the hotter for me the following a bit chilly). You can get around the hotel by bike or golf cart. In short, everything you would expect of a luxury hotel. If you have the means, jump on the opportunity.

Maybe a cannon. Of course:-).
