The strong points of this beautiful Hotel are definitely the Jacuzzi with a view, the cleanliness and the many services. Unforgettable 4 days experience, we almost didn't even want to finish visiting Palermo so as not to get out of the pools! Congratulations on everything.

Outside the city of Palermo, hotel 3 is a good place to enjoy some relaxing time and enjoy the pool amenities, (an ideal place to have a quiet break. Excellent breakfast and evening meals. Staff friendly and helpful.

Definitely a breathtaking view… rooms very spacious and clean however unfortunately awkward to reach without a means of… we will offer the shuttle is super convenient but you have to pay…

Well-maintained hotel. Rooms that enjoy the view of palermo are spectacular. There is also a restaurant and you eat well. Parking is not always available because being small is often busy but along the way there are no problems to park.

Let's start with the positive: good value for money, a decent room for the price, a good restaurant with a nice view.
Let's move on to the negative: the very cold reception, a little varied industrial breakfast, the late cleaning (2pm) that leaves something to be desired, the outside not maintained, no bath towel for "the pools"
In summary, don't come to this hotel to spend a dream holiday around the outdoor pool. Ideal for short stay if not to avoid!

Value for money rather correct overall.
The hotel restaurant is good, which is not the case for breakfast. Our room was good for the price, the bathroom is spacious with bathtub. An absolutely not warm reception. The outside leaves much to be desired, and the pool is dirty from 10am in the morning. We do not recommend this hotel or only for one night otherwise go your way.

Unfortunately our stay at the hotel has been kinda disappointing since the price, quality and service wise the hotel is really terrible. And to clarify a couple of things, before I jump into details, I was with my family here and I usually don’t write recommendations unless it is exceptionally good or bad hotel. To start off with the good, the view from the hotel is really amazing, I mean wow, great view of a beautiful city. But thats all I can say about the hotel, the service is extremely bad. The restaurant is really overpriced even compared to some good restaurants in the city and the service is bad as well. But even this we didn’t mind much since its a 3 star hotel so we didn’t have high hopes anyways. But things started to get hostile and weird when our room key was gone from the room. So someone apparently got into the room, looked through our stuff and got the key. This was a scary thought for us so I decided to speak to the receptionist/manager about this. So the purpose was to ask why and if they know where the key was and to our surprise they got the key from the room. When I tried to ask as in why would they do this, go through our personal belongings to look for a key, which is not really a safe thought that the hotel staff just randomly searches your stuff, I got answers like, “its our hotel”, “this is normal”, and “we were scared that the key will get lost”.

Hotel in a very good panoramic location, out of the city chaos, although the parking spaces inside are limited, but there is a possibility to park in the street. Very friendly Staff, quite varied continental breakfast and possibility to eat at the hotel restaurant, with good food and average prices.

I only spent one night at this hotel but the bedding seemed insufficient, and we were not able to dine for a one minute delay on closing time. Plus it's in the top of the city, and you have to swim a lot to get to the center.
On the other hand as positive points, the attention at reception was very good, and the breakfast is very varied.

Stay for work, good location although "above" Palermo (the view from the top of the city is wonderful).
The economy rooms leave a little to be desired, bed not comfortable and also the cleanliness and precarious. The room is standard and acceptable, more modern with a comfortable bed and an efficient cleaning. Good breakfast, although I do not understand why in the land of oranges there is a chance to make a nice juice, but only those from distributor. Good restaurant with fish menu, meat and Pizzeria.

Quiet and cozy place. Great service, also it has an excellent level pizza restaurant.

Wonderful a 3 * at the price of a 2 *. 2 swimming pools A Jacuzzi and your balcony dominates the bay of Palermo.

One star for the prospect! The room was cold, the Wi-Fi was very week in room 112, the toilet functioned very bad, and there was only one chair in a room for two.

Small hotel above the town in the mountains. Great panoramic view of the city. The pizza in the restaurant is delicious. The hotel has come a little over the years. The doors to the shower are very small.

You were there for work. The Hotel is beautiful. Located in scenic area from where you can see a beautiful view. The rooms are wonderful, spacious with a relaxing atmosphere characterized by soft colors and soft lighting of the room. Classy restaurant with professional waiters. Prices are not low. But for those who can, it's worth.

Large family room with a view of Palermo. North West Exhibition. What makes that despite the beautiful view, the pool is always in the shade.

Great restaurant, nice views, refreshed decor in rooms. Cons: paid parking and a bit too pricey.

Pros: good view. Cons: slow elevator; We had problem with parking. When we booked we wrote we will need a parking. When we come into hotel they assign a parking space no. 10, we parked a car over there. After some time we took a car and went to city center. When we got back new receptionist came and he said that we didnt booked parking and they run out of space. In our space was another car.

Ok but very average breakfast and parking space in very limited number unless you pay to book. Room and bathroom clean and spacious.

Two overnight stays.
The first in room 601 unrenovated and having nothing to do with the photos of the booking sites.
The second one in room 108 with this time a renovated room and much nicer.
In both cases the soundproofing is very bad.
The reception is friendly and open all night in case of late arrival
The view is very nice if your floor is high.
The restaurant is competitive but it is quickly full if you have not booked.
Parking in the street is tolerated and free of charge.
A car is highly recommended because the center of Palermo is not very close and you have to go up.
In conclusion. If you have a renovated room, you will get your money. Otherwise, too bad…

Hotel located on the heights of Palermo with a panomarique view of all beauty. Very good room.

Very nice hotel. Amazing panoramic view from the balcony. There are 2 mid-size swimming pools and big Jacuzzi with the view to Palermo city. Continental breakfast quite limited but great selection of local pastries and cakes. My only regret is we didn’t stay there long enough to use all the facilities. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice establishment, clean, large and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, inaudible. The bathroom is a good size and comfortable. The breakfast is good and there is a choice. Same thing about the restaurant. The disadvantage or advantage of this hotel is its off-center location. For me it is an advantage because it is less hot, there is no noise and less pollution than in Palermo. However the car is obligatory even if the hotel arranges a shuttle to the city centre and to the airport.

The hotel is decent. Great view of the city as the morning and evening. If You lived on the 7th floor should not rejoice, because in real life it will 1. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Noisy but clean and luxurious, beautiful view!

This hotel back from the city is nice, more quiet, very decent room and restaurant with very affordable prices when you don't want to go out at night. With this nice view of Palermo.

We start from the arrival having paid for parking — the receptionist shaking hands making sign that there is no parking. We climb into the elevator — a kind of mosquito/spider with its horribly long, crappy paws on the elevator wall. Arrival in antiquated furniture room and colors off from hostel. Control of the room inside the shower the soap used by a previous guest and the bag of the mold used (precise that were present the new ones on the furniture but the bathroom had not been evidently clean. What to add? Old fashioned blankets very small TV-style PC monitor. The only star I give for the panoramic view. On the next morning breakfast ridiculous four empty croissants a cake a plus cake (from improvised appearance) two types of cereal 6 slices of ham and scattered on the semi empty table some yogurt and marmalade. Well let's go to the coffee shop floor served in a plastic glass over a ceramic saucer, in addition burnt coffee. Never again the only thing to remember is the pool view and Panor because for the rest zero — zero reception — zero cleaning —

Very nice hotel with great service! Only minor point is that they have very tiny showers… For the rest, nice rooms, friendly staff, good food, very nice pools, awesome view from the balcony, etc. For a very decent price!

Very nice and quiet place. In the swimming pools you can be in a suitable distance to see & hear how Palermo life pulses beneath the mountain. Cramped space for parking. Despite 3 requests it failed for the male receptionist to fill my Minibar up!

A little out of the way than the city centre but if you have a means of transport is not a problem … The Bel3 is a hotel which, while remaining average deserves one more star for the kindness and courtesy of the staff. Great view, spacious room with balcony but difficult access hotel, car, but it's worth it…

Its location far from the city center enjoys a unique tranquility. The Centre is easily reachable by car or bus. Great for cleaning and commendable for the courtesy and professional quality of all. I add a compliment to the kitchen staff for the delicious dishes lovingly prepared and served at the time; and finally I would like to thank the staff of room for treatment and the competence with which you are placed. I leave Palermo to end vacation but surely if I were to go back I would be happy to return to this establishment.

I spent only one night there, but here again, the spacious rooms cleanliness and order, great but above all the gentilezzaed all of this Hotel is above the 3 stars. Return me and my Lady.

Immersed in the tranquility of Baida and at the same time several minutes from the town centre, with a splendid view of the city of Palermo.

Very good, more than a three star. A view imprecionante the city of Palermo. They gave us a room with large wardrobes and a large bathroom. Very nice terrace with pool, is a hotel ideal with auto, parking fi within the hotel, ideal for taking it as the hotel base for walks to Palermo, Monreale, Cefalù, etc including WF. I recommend it, we stayed 4 nights.

Service above average for a 3 star hotel but still far from a 4 star hotel.
