Spent a week here. The service from the staff was fantastic, food was excellent and drinks excellent. In a very good location, close to many restaurants, capo market and ballaro market.

Amazing staff and hotel. Suite and Individual rooms were beautifully decorated. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful including Marco and Francesco.

A family-run gem in a great location to reach prime sites such as Quattro Canti, museums, ballaro, vuccerija, artisinal shops and churches. All staff were helpful and courteous.

We spent five nights at the B&B in late September 2025. The welcome was warm and helpful.

Five stars, no question. This place is a real gem right in the heart of Palermo's old town, just a short walk from the Cathedral.

Cortese in italian means polite and here it is also a fact: the owners are very kind and welcoking!

We recently had a three day stay in Palermo and this beautiful B&B was so lovely and accommodating. The lobby is gorgeous, very warm and welcoming, with pastries and beverages.

Perfect place to stay in old town. Apartment itself very cosy and clean with great support of the host.

There is nothing more to add except that the host was great in everything: very helpful, good tips about what to visit and where to eat, provided regular invoices…

Although I often review restaurants, I rarely bother to review hotels. However, I was really taken by this one. It is so unusual.

A building that has a lot of character. The rooms are nice and extremely clean.

At the accommodation everything was so smooth and easy. Hosts of the Camplus are so friendly and warm. All big attractions in Palermo are near the hotel. In front of the hotel there is free parking.

Just what I needed for a few days stay in Palermo: central, quiet, independent and very kind owners. Blue Bedroom spotless and with space, common room with a patio and small kitchen for breakfasts.

The flat is a ten minute walk from the central train station. It's in an old building but the accomodatoion itself is modern, quirky and to a very good standard. Antonella is a very nice woman.
