Great view from the terrace on the 7th floor.

Great hotel, great service and the selection of pillows was great. The roof top restaurant and cafe was very good and the service impeccable. The morning breakfast was great as well. Lots to choose from. Parking was easy since we had a large van and they parked it for us. Highly recommend it. Mike Baldwin.

Smoking Etna magic! yes, it was smoking as it is still a live volcano. Stayed here a few days, perfect location in Catania. Excellent customer service; arranged for car service, private tour guide and so on. And the rooftop alone, with the view of mount Etna, is just magic! Had breakfast, happy hour, and dinners with the fabulous view. It is pricey compared to other places, but worth it! Would go back again and highly recommend it.

Very good breakfast selection. Nice details around the hotel. Amazing views from the top floor bar. Staff was helpful and friendly :) Would be happy to stay here another time also.

Went to the rooftop bar for a drink and view of the volcano friendly staff, good drink selections and awesome view. Credit cards are accepted.

The hotel is conveniently located 2 min from the Plaza. They upgraded us to their loft suite which is so cute! The terrace restaurant is so amazing! We paid a little for the upgraded breakfast experience on their rooftop terrace… Worth every penny! Gorgeous central view of Mount Etna. We came back for drinks at the sunset! Such an amazing experience! Catania, we will miss you!

The beds are horrible. The soaps are worse. For a city hotel it is okay on cleanliness. The front desk staff are friendly and the breakfast staff are friendly. The valet and the bellman is very unfriendly and I felt like we were an inconvenience. The location is great in the city and pretty close to a lot city center stuff.

I travel often to have fun, and staying at this property makes my holiday at the top.! Pampered, revered and well-served! A greeting to the manager very helpful too! Excellent! The best hotel in Catania. You have everything you need in two steps!

Loved our stay, very clean and spacious rooms. The bed was rather hard. Loved the decor through out the hotel. Friendly staff and they spook English. We enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant witch was on the roof.

The bathroom needs a serious refreshment the Wi-Fi did not pass in our room (315) but at the same time we paid 111 euros at night, which is very correct for the offer and the location to visit the city is perfect!
The bar and restaurant on the roof top are very nice the view is beautiful the service is professional.
Marco, the Maitre d'hôtel is in small care with the aperitif you have the right to a fabulous antipasti buffet… We are far from the Parisian peanuts.

Elegant and design Hotel in the center of Catania, super efficient staff, comfortable rooms, quiet and really very nice, comfortable and cozy bed, I rested really well. Breakfast very satisfactory with a wide offer and quality. I highly recommend it.

Great stay at the one Hotel! Value for money to say the least enviable, hotel equipped with every comfort and is guarantor of a great experience in the city of Catania. A Stone's throw from the center and with a view of Etna is firmly in the top 10 of the hotels I stayed in. Absolutely recommended!

Located in the heart of the city, fast to reach by any means, offers many services and wonderful rooms with breathtaking views, very polite and knowledgeable staff offers an excellent multilingual service.

Very central. Excellent service and comfortable modern rooms, which is hard to come by in Sicily.

Location is super Central, via etnea. Rooms are clean, maybe little small. Staff is helpful and willing to give directions for nice venues. Breakfast is great, with a very nice orange juice and fried pastry.

Very nice and clean hotel in Catania. The arrival is difficult (extreme traffic and the hotel is in the traffic-calmed area). As compensation there is a valet service — 1 star deduction is available for the waiting time; Had to wait 30min on the car in the morning. The breakfast is really great — the staff are very attentive.

Very helpful reception, great room and fantastic breakfast as well as central location. Unfortunately we could not find the parking garage.

Friendly staff but constrained by rules / lack of training. Breakfast service on roof far too slow and surcharge a disgrace. Very comfortable beds and generally spacious. Could do much better for a “grand” hotel.

We stayed here on that last night of our vacation and it was beautiful. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were gorgeous and spacious, breakfast was amazing and the views from the rooftop restaurant were great!

Beautiful hotel with a perfect placement em to visit Catania. Attention, if you are driving, the Via Etna is a prohibited area for traffic on the other hand there are parking spaces a little farther. Nice room but seen on courtyard. Small gym but really very small. Excellent Service and the breakfast is good.

Great hotel. Stayed a couple of night and everything was fine. Large room, comfortable bed. Bathroom could use a bit more renovation. But everything was clean otherwise. Free breakfast is great with many options. Staff is friendly and helpful. Roof top is great with a nice view. Only bad point is Wi-Fi connection which is very limited (can't do anything except Web browsing) and very slow. Don't count on it for working.

Stayed in UNA Palace for 3 weeks (currently on my 2nd week). The staff is courteous and very helpful. This may be my "go-to" place to stay when I visit Catania. Great room and price. Breakfast is a little repetitive though.

Very polity Service, top price and good quality on roof bar! Really can recommend an after drink on sunset with a view to the etna on the rooftop Bar.

Freely upgraded from Superior to Executive which was like a small apartment with walk-in closet. Quite room facing backyard. Don't miss trying the Sicilian a la carte breakfast on the rooftop overlooking Etna. Anything or everything from the menu for a fixed price (10€ for me, think it depends on your room). Anyone can visit rooftop for drinks och meal in the evening!

Very good hotel, clean and classy. Much like the little gym and Turkish bath available with advance notice. The main street of Catania where the hotel is located.

Hotel. Free Wi-Fi. Breakfast include both the classic European condiments breakfast as well as a hot food section with scrambled eggs and sausages. Fitness center is (as expected) somewhat underwhelming, with one treadmill one elliptical and the heaviest weights at 40 pounds. Rooms are spacious and housekeeping is responsive. Tips: *Request a room facing East for a balcony and a view of Via Etnea *Make yourself some freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast *Turkish bath available at no extra cost *Bathrobe and slippers available on request at no extra cost *Minibar restocked daily at no additional charge so resupply from there.

They did not honor our reservation and came up with a story of pluming problems, sent us to a different hotel that was ok, because it was Saturday night traffic was impossible I took is 1 hr to get to the other hotel. I would skip Catania if possible, we had been driving from Agrigento. No one could give us a good solution terrible costumer Service.
