We spent 5 night with Lucia and were very impressed by the place. Spacious room, private terrace, family like atmosphere (there are only three rooms), excellent and very varied breakfast and good location with a beach within walking distance and Sorrento reachable by bus if you don’t want to drive. Remember to sign up for a cooking class — it is equally worth the money!

What a wonderful experience we had staying at your place! Mamy Lucia is amazing. I would recommend it to anyone with my eyes closed. Her breakfast with produce from her garden was so good! You should definitely try her cooking class – such an insightful experience for learning traditional Italian cuisine, and everything was so delicious.

From the moment we arrived at Villa Lorelei, Lucia made us feel like we were being welcomed home. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine care turned our stay into something truly special. We’ve had some unforgettable moments on this holiday, including getting married! But staying at Villa Lorelei is right up there as one of the absolute highlights. 👌🏼
The villa itself is stunning, peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm! it’s Lucia who makes it exceptional. We weren’t just guests, she made us feel like part of her extended family. Every detail was thoughtful, every interaction sincere.

Our family of 6 had a cooking class here. The place is beautiful, Mamy Lucia was a gracious host and good teacher. We made wonderful gnocci, chicken cutlets, tiramisu and had plenty of food. It was a fun and memorable evening for us all❤️

We did a cooking class here and it was fantastic. Such a beautiful place. They also have. Bed and breakfast. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. The food was delicious. I would highly recommend.

Brilliant place to stay, brilliant kind host, location is amazing with Puolo beach opposite down the hill and bus stop outside for Sorrento connection.
Breakfast amazing, views amazing, apartment beautiful and we wish we were back there now! We will be back for sure.

We had a vacation planned and Mammy Lucia canceled stating she had a bag accident in Naples and was in the hospital. When another family member wrote she said she was opened and had availability. How could someone be so dishonest? We also prepaid. Our other family member went last year and said she served frozen roast beef at the welcome dinner when it was supposed to be a traditional menu from Sorrento. Very disappointed and will not recommend it.

My family visited Lucia to do a cooking class celebrating a few special occasions all at once (2 birthdays, an engagement, and a wedding) and it was an experience we will never forget. Lucia and Giovanna were kind, funny, personable, and experts and teaching is how to cook pasta the Sorrento way! We made some out of the ordinary requests for what we wanted to cook, as well as changing the date of our class because of weather, Lucia was extremely accommodating and more than happy to make anything happen that we requested. We left full, happy, and with wonderful memories. Thank you Lucia and Giovanna!

Mama Lucia’s class was the best thing we did in Sorrento. She was so easy to communicate with, she arranged a driver to pick us up from our hotel. The facilities are stunning and the class was out of this world authentic. The food was phenomenal. She was so much fun! Highly highly recommend!

I had the privilege of being able to do 2 cooking classes and a market tour in Sorrento with Lucia. I cannot say enough good things about Lucia and her family. They welcomed me in with open arms, and she taught me how to make some of the most authentic italian food i’ll ever eat. It’s truly an art form what Lucia does, and it’s at the most beautiful property with the best sunsets in Almafi! Thank you Lucia, I hope to be back soon! xx.

We had the loveliest stay at Villa Lorelei, it’s a beautiful luxurious place with breathtaking view over the sea and Capri. The room is very clean, very well decorated and have all the amenities that you may need with complimentary coffee, jus and water. The place is reachable easily from Sorrento city center by internal bus (Sita) in 15 min and available till 11:00pm. The breakfast is so delicious and very rich, you can have it with a nice view.
Lucia is the nicest host that you may ever meet, she’s very welcoming and make you feel at home. She gave us all the tips that we may need to enjoy our trip. We hadn’t the chance to taste her food over dinner because we were in Sorrento for 2 days only and we wanted to take advantage of the city, however she was so nice to offer us some of her exquisite starters while she was cooking them.
We wished that we could extended our stay so we can enjoy more her company and the company of the loveliest dogs ever “toto & Birba”.
We will definitely visit Sorrento again just to go back to this beautiful place and meet again the loveliest Lucia.
We highly recommend this place if you like to have the best experience in Sorrento.

WOW! We are visiting Sorrento for my wife’s 60th birthday, and since we all love to cook and eat, we thought this would be a perfect night. It’s hard to put in to words of how perfect this was an what an amazing experience this was. You will not find hosts nicer than Lucia and her sisters and you will not find more amazing views anywhere. We learned how to make amazing ravioli and meat balls and were treated to a meal that we will remember far beyond any other meals we’ve had. We would do this again on our next visit and would highly recommend this to anyone that is visiting the area. We can guarantee you will not be disappointed or go home hungry.

Villa Lorelei is an absolutely beautiful B&B near Sorrento. The garden, terrasse with the outside kitchen makes this place very unique. We were greeted by some lovely dogs & cats and a very kind host that made us by far the best breakfast on the entire trip. We wished we would have stayed several nights to take in the environment much more and take one of the host's cooking classes. We hope to come back one day. :-)
