The only exclusive point of merit is the location: magic and romantic at night.
I was there in the summer with my fiancee pe celebrate one year together, buying a "coupon" for a relaxing package with sauna and pool and welcome bottle of prosecco (never did). The discount later proved to be fictitious, because it was the price charged normally (89/night without breakfast).
The room which was supposed to be a double extra, proves a minisuite low-level: the bed was a SOFA BED with mattress base accordingly! At least I had a kitchen to prepare breakfast and dinner.
Relax zone: a putrid water pool filters and retainers, plenty of towels and children! entire families with kids jumping and jumping and yelling uncontrollably throughout the pool area and no control by the management.
The water was so dirty that in 1, 2mt did not see the feet!
I tried to go to dinner in the hotel restaurant, which stood at the end of a corridor of 5 minutes (it was very long, too) to finish in a relatively small room and served by only 2 waiters, only one of which was used, and an older man taking orders.
We sit down at a table, and got up saying to wait at the entrance that then they sit them. After 8 minutes (by clock) we checked with other people who still waited.
At 21.00 of August I had to go up to bardonecchia village (8 km of bends) to find a restaurant to eat. How sad!
The whole place had: 1 handyman Romanian or similar which was parking, Porter, reception and "control" pool-Bedlam; 2 girls alternating 16 hours between reception and massage area; the holder; 2 waiters and 2 people in the kitchen (maybe more, but I haven't seen any exit) and 2 housekeepers.
This for a 4 star hotel (where? ) with 90 rooms?
