Very pleasant experience… The hotel's garden is lovely. Nice staff nice and always very helpful. Even the owner is always nice to everyone. Note it is essentially positive to accept dogs who are always welcome. To go back!

I found this hotel relaxing the meals authentic tasty as you would expect from Italians the general hospitality welcoming and very helpful. I plan to return again soon.

I am a humble traveler who has traveled around the world but I have never experienced that in a four star hotel at my request to set up the third bed (as by reservation) I was given this answer: she is a handsome and well-paying gentleman you face the The bed is only!

Historic Hotel des Geneys in Bardonecchia owned by the FAM. Bostico, underwent during the time many renovations and improvements that make it a cozy structure with suites and single rooms and a great kitchen. The hotel is always full in summer and winter with the facilities easily reachable.

The hotel is in a central location, with good access to pistes and shops, it's clean and tidy if a bit dated, The food is good. It has all the amenities you would expect from a mountain hotel.

The staff at the hotel is really excellent, the reception amazed us for the friendliness, kindness and helpfulness. The hotel is a piece of history of the country, just think it was inaugurated in 1936. Over the years it has preserved the vintage style which makes it even more welcoming.

Excellent reception, staff friendly and impeccable service, everything more than perfect for a stay in the beautiful Bardonecchia. Absolutely recommended for all age groups. We will be back without any doubt!

This is a lovely, family run hotel, with a homely feel and traditional decoration. It's not far from the buses to Campo Smith, Melezet or Jafferau, all of which are within a few minutes ride. The staff are lovely and are always bright and cheery. We arrived during Carnivale, before Shrove Tuesday and the whole town was busy but the staff at the hotel made sure we were well looked after. The room we had was comfortable and clean, although a little dated. If anything this added to the feel of the hotel. There are racks in the basement, which is heated, for skis, boots and bikes. We found these sufficient enough to dry kit out at the end of the day. In short, if you're looking for a boutique hotel then this isn't it but it's a comfortable, Italian 4* family friendly hotel.

Everything was perfect! Especially the girl who greeted us at the reception who made us feel immediately at home! … and then the serenity of the place that allowed us a perfect rest. Maybe to some it may seem a bit retro, but it would only be a matter of taste… Cleanliness, tranquility and maximum availability and kindness of the staff are priceless and objective aspects!
