I was in a newly built room on the first floor. Half bed broken (one person was distended and then the bed was falling). Bathroom equipped with bidet but with a shower that was not acceptable. Practically it had no doors or rises, only it was in a part of the floor slightly lower, so when a person washed the bathroom almost flooded. Elevator broken at the time I stayed and breakfast very gaunt but chocolate croissant approved. I put 2 stars for the staff very friendly and friendly and for the price. Very small Lobby. Location not of the best. Hygiene almost acceptable until the day of departure… Check out a cockroach in reception. And these are just some of the problems that I found to be the extreme slowness of the hairdryer.

One of the worst hotels ever visited. Unpleasant staff. Avoid room 208! Breakfast.

Nice hotel with cozy rooms! Price/value is good!

Nice Hotel I was there cause Gita. Breakfast was not rich. Biscuits, rusks, some jam and a few juices. In the room I found a hairdryer not usable for the fact that the plug could never get into the socket. We noticed a green stain (smelly) and asked the front desk to let us change it, they said they would do it but there I had to sleep three nights. In the bathroom there was no bidet but in its place a hand shower and I don't even want to imagine its use. Before I recommend it I'll think about it a moment…

Very nice hotel in the city center, simple and functional rooms, very nice welcome.

Cheap Hotel But the furniture is a bit precarious and the beds are not comfy not to mention the tiny bathroom and no bidet.

Radiators turned off in the middle of winter (with lots of snow). After asking for explanations we were told that at 1 certain time they go out… Bah.
All night was a nightmare. Lightweight bathroom blankets to say the least dilapidated stink and moisture.
Tv obviously not working.

Structure at 100 mt from Porta Susa Turin… and a stable of start 900 in the process of renovation, suitable for workers and tourists of passage without so many pretensions, I recommend the rooms refurbished to €4 more, Italian breakfast just enough…

A good two-star. Rooms are not very clean Breakfast Far 30 minutes walk from the theatre.
Surely there is better in Turin.

Poor Hotel, miserable breakfast staff little serious for three minutes late they had already canceled the room reservation. The rooms leave a lot to be desired, they have a bar but no sandwiches where to tease. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Forget the picture online, you wont see it in the reality. Very bad bathroom, bad smelling. Parking for 15euros! what a joke! and a receptionist that doesnt speak a word of english… very nice personal for the breakfast save a bit the stay…

Breakfast is a coffee with a pasta (very good indeed). In the rooms they put the heating very high at night and you can't regulate it (or at least we didn't find a way to do it), we had a lot of heat during the night.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Pd: Do not try to watch TV from the bed, you need binoculars to do so.

We stayed 2 nights in this Hotel, alleged 3 star, quite cheap (though not so cheap as to justify the conditions). The entrance door of the room was 30 cm wide, like a door of a closet, to enter you have to put on the side, inside the room was spacious, the lights of the bedside tables not working (then fixed on our request), and were missing two ceiling lamps for which in two places Light the chandeliers were only non-covered bulbs hanging from the wall. In the less visible points there was a lot of dust, in the shower mold. The breakfast consists only of 1 brioches of choice (at 9 a. M. The choice is very limited) of precooked and Frozen and a coffee/cappuccino; Plus if one wants you can serve a juice.
The star is only for the kindness of the staff at the reception and for the convenience of the location.

Clean enough, close to the city and transportation. Friendly staff.

Try not to go to the Orchid Hotel for the following reasons: small and unclean rooms. The entrance to the rooms is very narrow! The shower room is very small. A weak stream of water. The reception service is bad and not patient. No parking — Be warned not to park the car inside — there is also a charge and a danger to the vehicle. Breakfast is bad.

The Hotel is very clean and the bathroom is very good. The room was ok but the walls being fine we heard the slightest noise, plus a permanent sound of water flowing. The icing on the cake was the awakening at 8am by work in the hotel. On the other hand the staff was friendly and the breakfast average.

Subpar in comparison to other 3-star hotels I've been, with a small toilet, no bidet (? What? ) and a leaking shower — decent breakfast and good service from the personnel.

Breakfast poor and of low quality, night receptionist is very. Thoughtful, if you leave the room after midnight calls on the phone and ordered to go to bed you need to sleep. The third call is to tuck you in. Everything is controlled by a camera every step out of the room is eerily controlled.

Bad hotel, some nice receptionist, but some were so unsightly, while the ladies of the evening was watching everything from the camera bothering guests. Doors very noisy, mold in bedroom and bathroom very small.

Hotel suitable for students who do not have big demands. The room is not equipped with a kitchen and some rooms have obvious signs of mold. Overall not bad, laundry service very good and friendly staff.

I went there recently with my girlfriend, we stayed for two nights. The room was cosy and very intimate, not too big, while the bed very comfortable and wide although a little short. The hotel location is quite good, close to the Center and to the train station of porta susa. The staff although you seem full of chocolate factory Oompa-Loompa hahahahah no ske all very simpy! Good breakfast, all in all we enjoyed our stay!

We have appeared unannounced mid June 2014 and received friendly but unobtrusive. It sought to assign a space suitable for us to us patiently. The reception desk kindly took over the formalities for the registration of our small motor boat. There are with regard to the friendliness of the staff to complain about anything. A jetty in the ADAC camping guide called is not and was not present in the past. The boat ramp is accessible and not too steep. A dog ban must not be pronounced. However should be restricted it so that prevents an excessive yapping.

Camping Orchidea is exactly the right place for us. It is located directly at the lake where there is a beautiful sandy beach. The value for money was very satisfactory. The dogs also have felt comfortable. On the square there is also a restaurant where you could eat. In the market there was delicious every morning fresh bread rolls and more. We think now of seeing you again.

We come here for many years and are fully satisfied. With small or large children or alone it was always a very nice holiday. The staff no matter whether from the reception or the cleaning ladies are always super nice wave that already when we most arriving are feels like one big family. Oh I could write so much good but the space is not enough.

Spent a lovely holiday Orchidea on the campsite. Friendly staff at the reception, the cleaning staff strives to keep the bathrooms clean. Unfortunately, no toilet paper in the sanitary buildings. Had a great parking place directly at the Lake. There remained no wishes open. The beach is cleaned every day. And now the best: we were even super lucky with the weather. Continuously for about 30 degrees and that two weeks :-) ) Overall good place, would make holiday times there in any case.

The family campsite "Orchidea" with clean sand and clean toilet facilities is situated on the outskirts of Feriolo, a romantic village with no here. Walking, you can stroll along the waterfront promenade in the cozy place (several restaurants with lakeside terraces). For dinner you can stay good cheer to the place because the camping restaurant offers an exquisite and also inexpensive kitchen. Overall, I can recommend anyone looking for a relaxing stay, this campsite. For families with children: The flat sandy beach is completely safe even for young children and offers a great swimming.
