Beautiful facility, great service, awesome staff! clean and cozy room!

A beautiful hotel, clean, efficient, with really helpful staff. The structure is truly the top, a 4-star hotel that actually deserves this category.
Another strong point of this structure is to have every comfort at hand, from the train to the metro. Or if you want to take a walk to admire the city, well in a few minutes you are in the center.

Destination close to porta Susa station and centre city helpful stuff quite beautiful and silent rooms great and delicious breakfast service and much more personally recommend to everyone.

Wonderful hotel! Thank you very much.

It's just OK. Definitely not 4 star. Toilet seat fell off, it's a bit run down. Great happy hour, great location if your just there for the train.

507 Small room. From the air conditioner enters cigarette stench. The WC is constantly flowing. Small bathroom. The pillow in the closet without a cover. Missing a quilt at the bed. The shower head is full of limestone. There's not even a drawer. Floor found dirty.

The hotel is old but atmospheric. It has a pleasant atmosphere of 80s as in the old Soviet films about abroad. Inside the hotel there is parking for 5-6 cars but you need to arrange parking in advance. Around the hotel gallery with shops under the arches of the gallery night homeless but look decent and do not bother anyone. I liked the hotel, although I am spoiled enough in terms of comfort.

A very pleasant experience. The staff is nice and speaks several languages. For our first night in Turin the girl from the reception gave a map or she marked all the important points to visit in Turin… a service not to be neglected.
The rooms are ample and airy, just a little bit cleared. The breakfast very well with my favorite dish in the morning mixed soft eggs.

Rooms a little dated, as well as the reception area. The hotel is located less than a five minute walk from the station of Torino P. Susa, so it is an excellent point of support for those arriving in the city by train. Good assortment of breakfast products but not of the highest quality.

Booked suddenly for 1 triple night with cot on the same day of check in. Very helpful and kind.
Clean and quiet room although it was street side. Good breakfast.
Recommended for families with small children. Parking inside the hotel which we used since it was expected arrival in late evening: very convenient and practical since from a door you access directly to the reception, quite expensive.

Excellent hotel very clean, comfortable rooms and strategically located, a stone's throw from Porta Susa station and perfect to visit the city center without getting wet advantage of the porches that accompany us to almost the whole central area of the city, Convenient to the metro station and many lines of surface convenient for those who want to go to the stadium only one way for both Juve and bull. Breakfast with a wide choice of sweet and savory and fruit only sins for a star and makes the vote star the cappuccino from the machine.
I have read discordant opinions about the rooms but as long as some plans have recently been restructured.

Very clean close to the belly city possibility to have a parking and good restaurant nearby for who does not want to move too much the hotel is comfortable.

The soap left a temporary rash on my face. The blankets were awkward but overall it was reasonable. Good breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was really clean and comfortable. The hotel was very close to Porta Susa and very walkable to the rest of the city. A nice breakfast was included as well and we were able to leave our bags while we walked around before our train.

We spent three nights here. The room was ok, clean and big.
But! The work of their breakfast shift is abominable. Four stars? Bad even for two! Tables are not cleaned, food is not replenished, they even manage to run out of clean tableware and plates. Personnel doesn’t talk to the guests, if you try to ask for something, you get “arrivo! ”, and that’s all.
So, despite of good location, fair prices and nice rooms, our overall impression is nooooot ok.

Modern and comfortable rooms (I stayed on the second floor, I think the hotel has recently been partially refurbished since the lobby and high floors have older furnishings). The room was very good and the staff were very helpful. Good and sufficiently varied breakfast although not among the best I have seen. The value for money is still great. Spent less than 60 euros for a double including breakfast, residence taxes and garage. Good location near Metro. Recommended!

Just arrived room 418 very small with a bed of 1 and half used as a double and one side attached to the wall.
Bed with wheels without brakes, arredamanto old and rearranged to the Menopeggio.
Very small Tv that you can't even see from the bed.
In the bathroom shower without glass but only with tent.
Elevator that makes a deafening noise that rumbles in the room.
Only good location near the center.

I've been here in winter and the whole hotel was very warm. The style is from the 80s (original 80s) but the rooms are quiet and comfy. I hoped in something more for breakfast (that's why 4/5 stars). Overall, for the price I paid, it was a great stay.

It is a good hotel, in the center of the city, a few steps from the Porta Susa Station and a pleasant walk of 10-15 minutes under the arcades, right by majestic columns, towards the big square. Pretty cheap view of the location. In the room You sleep well: I found the bed quite comfortable. Hot room with mini bar provided. The breakfast is intriguing: a wide choice of quality. You want to eat everything. I find the background jazz in the lobby… classy. Friendly staff. In short, if I go back to Turin, I would reconsider this hotel as a first choice for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

For a four star I had a single very small, amenities very little and for those who travel light are important or however we expect. Ruined carpet and bathroom with the jet where the water went everywhere. Booked the parking but it was full and I had to look elsewhere. For three nights I spent more than 400 euros through booking. The breakfast acceptable. Not recommended for those who expect a 4 star.

Bad experience.
Very very dated single room. Very old furnishings. Bathroom no comment. It seemed raining in the room so much was the noise of the shower bath drain of the upper floor.

Arrival with reservation double single use and I am assigned a single on the 5th floor with obvious discharge problems (the stench of sewer was horrible). The same evening I have to say I am being offered immediately other room on the 3rd floor, however from 3 star hotel and not 4 star as what I am paying. Only the rooms on the first floor are from 4 star hotel. So if you book only ask for the first floor rooms. 3-star hotel breakfast and lower.

Hotel is nice and big, but I don't really like tossing a once-used soup just because service want to show, they worked in the room. :-/ It's unecological and uneconomical.! :-/ ;)

The breakfast is discreet, the old safe, there was Q bring the values to the hotel safe, the phone hab. It doesn't work. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Difficult to find parking because you can't park in front of hotel. Breakfast quite good, comfort was ok. Big minus for the doors. Lock was broken and on second day I have discovered that even if I close my door someone could open it just using a little bit of strength.

He has been able to renew himself albeit in moderation in recent years. The breakfast is great and at the height of a 4 star. Good value for money.

Great service at the front desk. Recommended a place for lunch that was fantastic. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast was good with plenty of bread options. Definitely staying here next time I spend a night in Turin.

This hotel was decent and reasonably priced for its location, the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern and the breakfast was also good. Parking can be an issue because they have limited spaces on site and you cannot park in front of the hotel. You might spend some time driving around looking for vacant parking spots which have blue marked lines on the road which you can park at.

The rooms are pretty good. A big downside for the blackouts in the neighborhood that paralyzed the hotel one morning and evening… The generator that fed the refrigerators was under my windows.
The breakfast is very basic.

In short not the service of a 4 stars.

The hotel looks much much better in pictures than in reality. In reality, it's rather old with dark corridors lacking bright colors. Our room on the second floor was very small, with two beds instead of one queen bed. The beds were very uncomfortable and we could feel springs in the mattresses. On top of that, rooms are not soundproof. You'll hear what's happening in the rooms around you. The buffet breakfast is average with limited selection of fresh fruit and no vegetable. Overall, the only good thing about the hotel is its location. Apart from that, we cannot recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel! The staff is great, very well received, the rooms are great just the restaurant is not exceptional by cons the breakfast was awesome. Hotel in the city center but well soundproof, bed xxl, mini bar, beautiful bathroom (just pay attention to the water temperature), bar, restaurant, service to leave the luggage the day, information about the city. Everything was on top. Thanks to the whole team!

Very comfortable hotel close to the Porta Sousa railway station and convenient for the airport bus. Fantastic welcoming staff at reception and good value restaurant. Overall a very pleasurable experience.

The location is awesome. Unfortunately the rooms are a bit old. Nevertheless really well taken care of. One problem I've had was with the cleaning ladies screaming in the hallways and bumping the doors with the vacuum cleaner.

Very good: for money, for the cleaning of both common and private environments, for its strategic location (almost) with Porta Susa Station and bus stop within walking distance. All the staff always pleasant and polite especially the "4 girls smile" (Cristina, Sara, Daniela and karol) of good morning at breakfast (plentiful with a wide selection of sweet and salty). Also well equipped with everything from restaurant, Wi-Fi, sky TV, shower, etc. You have to go back.

We have been to this hotel to spend a weekend in Turin.
We got a relatively good deal on booking. Com and booked a double room.
Not expecting the nicer room of the hotel because of the price paid, but I think a 4 stars shouldn't have 2 star rooms.
Dirty carpet, old and worn, the mold on the wall and the very noisy airconditioner that doesn't make you sleep are details that we impossibilitano recommend this to that he plans to stay in Turin.
The best breakfast.

On the card is a 4 star hotel but I honestly think it should be 3. Pros: convenient place because it is near the porta Susa Station, breakfast. Cons: Room not worthy of a 4 star hotel, noises coming from the road by which the latter worked at times and especially the night he felt a slight cold, ultimately always check the inside of the fridge if there is because I have noticed a chocolate already eaten and stored inside.

The Hotel was recommended to us by friends in Turin for a family holiday. The choice was excellent value for money, for the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, because of their location relative to the Center and to the facilities and services.

I was able to stay a few days at this hotel and I must say that I found myself very well. The rooms are spacious and clean, the continental breakfast was excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. Another plus point is the proximity to all public transport in Turin: trains, metros, trams and buses. Excellent value for money. Recommended indeed!

Very friendly and welcoming, the highlight of the managed structure, the better the restaurant, currently open only for dinner.
