I spent a long weekend in Turin and I stayed at this hotel, clean, tidy, convenient to transport, rich breakfast and young and helpful staff. Congratulations, I will gladly return.

Fantastic place situated close to center of and also near train railway station.

Stanze bruttissime vecchie e scomode. Non ci sono nemmeno le prese di corrente. La pilizua del bagno il secondo giorno lascia a desiderare. La colazione è triste e povera. Il cappuccino è fatto da una macchinetta automatica! La posixione in città è molto buona.

A luxurious, luxury hotel where you make a delicious breakfast with lots of goodness to eat. A nice room with bathroom in the room and television in the room, an excellent combination after walking a lot. Hotel near Porta Susa station in Turin. You can go walking to see the center.

Hotel in a good location compared to the metro station a few meters and in the center a few hundred meters that you walk comfortably under a loggia. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean Breakfast with more choices salty and sweet but maybe little quantity. The brioches were finished and were not integrated. Very quiet rooms. Air conditioning very noisy. Very good value for money.

Very nice and helpful staff Excellent breakfast buffet, both sweet and salty. There are two highchairs available for children. Possibility to add a cot/crib in the room. There is no parking but you can park near the hotel with discounted price.

Great location, opposite the Porta Susa station. The staff are friendly and very helpful, the rooms however small very cozy and especially clean. Not full vote due to breakfast (discreet).

Nice place to stay near the train station and close to the center of the town (a short 15-30 min walk). The breakfast was good and the rooms clean. The only complaint is that in our room the road noise was significant but this not general since we stayed in other rooms that did not have this issue.

Great for a holiday in Turin! The hotel is in the center near the station, the metro and the bus stops. Very clean. The staff is very helpful, friendly and correct. Heated by fear! The prices are great! To come back.

Excellent location, clean hotel and good facilities nearby. It is a lovely relaxed 10-15 minute walk into the heart of the city, and really is a great spot if travelling around the area. They also have secure safe underground parking too in a nearby car park across the road, very handy. Also right beside a main train station. Great spot, regardless of why you are visiting Turin!

The advantage of the Dock Milano: its location in the city. A few steps from Stazione Porta Susa, a metro station at 20m, and the historic centre really next door. Breakfast very good and plentiful, courteous staff, decent rooms… all for a decent price!

Very convenient for those arriving by train to Porta Susa. In Twenty minutes you can reach the centre, Piazza Castello and the main streets of Turin. Good breakfast buffet. Soundproof rooms. The traffic below is not annoying.

I was there with my girlfriend on Christmas holidays and 5 stars she deserves all! Hotel located 2 steps from the station so very convenient for those travelling by train.
Great breakfast, honest prices and the front desk staff is super helpful in meeting every need. I highly recommend it to everyone! Good.

As far as I'm concerned the judgement is positive from all points of view. The competence and kindness of the staff reach the highest levels… it is not easy for anything to happen! When you enter a room you breathe immediately an atmosphere of wellbeing… Grrazie to all the staff on my part and certainly who will come later.

It is a hotel "from station", a little welcoming reception in a rather cramped space with antique furnishing finishes.
The breakfast room is pretty, discreetly lit despite the typical IKEA lamp door; Not as well can be said of the Food & beverage: Bad Brioches, a couple of cakes, some cereals and a couple of meats; The cold drinks are distributed by a car in very poor conditions and the hot drinks, always by self service machine, really bad.

Location is great, just by Porta Susa train station, next to subway stop, lots of buses, including Venaria express (special bus that goes to the Royal palace in about 40 minutes), about 20 minutes walking into historical part of town (Piazza Castello). Helpful staff, elevator, breakfast included. The heater was too hot early in the evening, so we had to open the window and it got a little noisy, but heat decreased after a while and it was ok. We did not try to use the AC. Bathroom was recently renovated, but could use a bigger stall and more hooks. The only inconvenience was that we needed to leave the key to keep the lights on and we only had one set of keys (I had to step out and could not take the keys with me having to wait for my husband to finish taking a bath). Room 220 had one double and two twin beds and it was quite spacious.

I leave 4 stars only because I could not avail of the breakfast due to my early checkout. For the rest, imposing structure, spotless rooms, friendly staff and very well connected location. I will definitely go back on site when I return near Turin.

Very good amplasament, near porta susa and 10 min walking from old town. Cozy rooms, clean, strong wi fi, good breakfast. Good conection with aeroporto cassele — 2 min walking to station to aeroporto. Nearby good restaurants and supermarket — carrefour, crai etc.

Clean and quiet. Small single room and rather small bed.

I raise to two because it seemed clean. It was a very good breakfast.
The quality and choice are really low.
In the bathroom no toilet paper rolls, but Cleenex type handkerchiefs, thin. Not suitable for any bathing activities.

Three stars like hers. Rooms a bit small but its worst neo is cleanliness, or rather the little accuracy with which they clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable double room but with some flaws. The refrigerator is not working and the air conditioning only works with temperatures over 28 degrees outside the room.

Nice hotel in a great location. Everything is close to it. The rooms are well fit and I especially loved the balcony. The breakfast is a little disappointing however.

The building is outdated but properly maintained. Great location and lots of eateries nearby. The ambience is a little bit too spooky for my liking, so if you don't watch horror movies it's best not to stay here by yourself.

The Hotel is nice and clean. Location is quite convenient (the station is near, mole/20 min walk cinema Museum, Egyptian Museum 15 min).
There are also plenty of places to eat.

This hotel is really a nice find. It is well located. It's not that expensive. The staff is nice. Cleanliness is impeccable. Breakfast is not too bad (except too dry bread and juice concentrated so not natural).

I've got a very large room with impressive balcony looking out toward Porta Susa. Wi-Fi service could be better — signal strength is weak. Breakfast is very decent both international and italian. Location is excellent.

The hotel is very close to the station (just in front), the building is pretty and very friendly receptionists.

The rooms are not very large but functional. The bedding and sound insulation are good.
A great interest of the hotel is its location.
On the one hand by its proximity with the station, as mentioned above, but also by the proximity of all means of transport that are near a station. IE: bus, tram, metro and taxi!
On the other hand, even on foot the centre of the city is quickly reached.
Count 20-30 minutes of markets under the arcades and their stores for the Madama Palace Square.
Next to the hotel it is a bar of the same name, type station bar which can be useful for a short wait, but note that the State of the toilets is really disastrous.

Great hotel, very central and breakfast was for Italian great. The room was not really big but functional. Parking is possible in the Bolzano parking garage a short walk away and for 9, 80 per 24 hours. So really fair.
