Very nice hotel and very well placed in the center of Turin facing the train station and behind the pedestrian area, spacious room and large sdb, varied lunch but American coffee and industrial fruit juices not terrible.

Went into the restaurant for a quite meal with my wife and had to listen to another lady on her phone making calls for an hour which spoilt the whole ambience.
Mentioned it to the restaurant manager that was not acceptable.

The coolest hotel in the centre of Turin.

For sure it's been an amazing hotel in the past. Now it lives of memories, in my opinion.

This is a four star hotel and the Wi-Fi doesn’t even work. When I entered the room for the first time the bathroom was dirty as well with a used towel on the floor and a wet shower.

A four-star hotel with far less service.

Upon arrival, even though I had booked a triple room (booking on the internet, followed by phone call), the girl at the front desk tried to tell me that there was a surcharge to pay because the 158 euros already paid were for single use… easily solved when I showed her that the booking was not indicated anywhere.
Plus the room wasn't a triple,
but a simple double with a single bed wedged between the wall and the double bed.
We fly over the hair (not mine! ) that I found inside the tub and on one of the bathrobes…
The WI-FI is present and free. But only for two devices per room. In a triple.
14 euros of breakfast per person absolutely badly spent: the industrial brioche and tasteless, for the cooked part the choice is poor unless you want to add dishes a la carte with supplement that starts from a minimum of 5 euros. Fortunately the coffee was good.
Positive note: the extreme kindness of the staff, always smiling and helpful, the only reason I did not feel to complain in person. It is evident that the management itself leaves something to be desired, especially for a 4-star franchise, in theory, luxury. Services are not, in my opinion, up to the price paid.

After years of assiduous presence I found myself sick.
On 13/06/2018 I booked room No. 125, as I always do, for the days 12 and 13 July.
The room has been confirmed.
Upon arrival at the Hotel, around 11 p. M. 30, Mr. Alexander tells me that the room assigned to me is No. 537. Embarrassed by this change, he tells me that my room, at about 3pm on 12 July, was changed and was given to another customer who, by the way, left the next day. Without any other explanation!
The hotel was complete and he couldn't do anything.
I went up to the room and found the clear difference between the 125 and the 537.
Conditioner off, very hot room, bathroom was a sauna!
The window is on the roof. Shower on the floor. It is a room for disabled people.
Nevertheless I was applied the usual price of the 125.
Alexander was in trouble but could not change it.
In the morning I asked for explanations but no one told me who was to make this change : I wanted and want to know why and who it was : for what title. Perhaps the person who occupied the 125 was considered more important than me and deserving to have a more comfortable room.
How do YOU do these things!
I'm on a minimum of a month before I arrive.
If I always ask the 125 there will be a reason and I can not be replaced, at the usual price, with the 537.
I need to have the or the windows in the room, I can not occupy a room without.

Location is nice. Didn't have the chance to try the restaurant but it supposed to be outstanding. The policy on the iron is totally nonsense — if you ask for it you can keep it for only 30 minutes and then you have to call to ask the reception to take it back, otherwise you pay 10€ every 30 additional minutes.

Good hotel a few steps from the Porta Nuova station and the city center. Clean and modern room in the décor. Services in the norm (although the free Wi-Fi is only available for 24 hours. Sign that the hotel is probably used by away workers). Very friendly staff.

We stayed one night, the location is great the service is good, the breakfast could be much better, room clean and nice.

Rude and unhelpful staff phantom services. Small rooms where it was impossible to live for a frightening heat due to the heat that could not be changed and that forced us to stay with the window open. Four stars? I don't think so!

Next door new station and just minutes from the center. Staff Comfortable and clean 4 star Hotel. Great international Breakfast. If I go back to Turin…

Hotel in a very strategic position: practically in front of the Porta Nuova station and close to the city centre. (10 minutes on foot).
Spacious rooms tastefully decorated and spacious room with a very comfortable bed (great mattress! ) and a nice bathroom with a large shower. Clean and with friendly staff. Definitely good 4 star.

Friendly staff, good restaurant, room AC doesn't cool room, shower small, free Wi-Fi but limited to 2 devices, opposite Porta Nuova train station and lots of restaurants nearby. 20 minutes walk to Crocetta market.

Excellent location, room size and breakfast quality.

All very good as usual, this time compared to the past times, when perhaps the front desk had not noticed the affiliation to the program I'm Star I also had an upper room as a courtesy upgrade (always very welcome) and then the comfort in the room was higher than usual. Often in Turin I have happened to rooms not up to the quality of starhotels. The staff is as always very very polite and overall the stay is very pleasant. The hotel is an excellent choice for location, value for money and quality of service!

Comfortable room. Unfortunately as well as for the other hotels in the center there is no parking. Vague information on the availability of parking covenzionati.

Everything was fine, was in May 2017 there, was very good, I would recommend. Good location, clean and modern.

Very comfortable Hotel In front of the station of Porta Nuova, in the heart of Turin, very nice, all the comforts, very kind staff; Only drawback: I would make a revisiting of the breakfast… a little ' scarce.

I found myself here for a professional refresher course.
The room available was comfortable, great service and cleanliness.
I stopped for a light lunch, choice of dishes not extensive, but dishes cooked well.

I stayed at the Majestic Torino for one night in Feb 2018. The staff are very helpful and the room was spacious and clean! I arrived late and got an upgrade! Centrally located easy access to the main train station.

Back to the Majestic after almost three years. Unbeatable location for those travelling by train or plane, close to the historical centre of Turin and the pedestrian zone. Level always high. Nice room. Great breakfast and staff at the height. All right as usual.

The hotel is in a strategic position, living at the train station and in the centre of Turin. It is not necessary to use public transport to reach the various places of interest.

A hotel with an old fashion European style. The reception guys are very nice and helped us with some questions concerning the trains. We could only check in at 14:00 but we left our luggage and it waited in our room when we returned. Average breakfast. Not much space at the dining room. Clean and tidy room. So is the bath room.

Really nice hotel with fair price for the offer. Nice and comfortable rooms, really big shower, and a complete and variegated breakfast. My only gripe is the parking. The only parking solution they offer is for 25€ at night. For a one night guest it's really too much.

Brilliant. Warm and welcoming, beautiful room on a quiet canal with atmosphere it's like a second honeymoon for us over 41 yrs after the first but well worth the wait to have such a great hotel and city to be in.

I attended the hotel's Convention Center for a course. The setting is a bit dated, dark and with a (bad) carpets as floor … Bad who does not supply the Wi-Fi to the participants in the Congress.

The classic high end hotels. I stayed one night and I found myself well. The only sore point is the parking absent since for every day you spend 25 € for renting a place underground.

Very spacious Junior Suites. Quite varied breakfast. Present sports newspapers. There is no parking at the Hotel.

Had a great night in this hotel, it was my best experience in Italy. I loved it. Very big rooms, very comfortable and cute.

Modern room with a beautiful bathroom. Everything was renovated clean and obviously finite time ago. The breakfast was quite good for Italian standards, but not typical German expectations.
The free Internet access powered by Suisscom bugged by the fact that very often a re-authentication was necessary.

Great hotel in the Centre of Turin.

Never go here. The rooms are nasty and old. The photos are totally unrepresentative.

Dirty room, poor service. The fact that it is closed to the station is by no way a reason to punish yourself by staying in this jail. Not 'majestic' at all.
