Hotel in the center 2 steps from the train station of Portanuova. Convenient to visit Turin. Very comfortable rooms, spacious and clean. Very large and comfortable bed. Wonderful bathroom with a huge shower. Balcony view via Lagrange. Breakfast very rich and of excellent quality both sweet and salty. Friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely go back and highly recommend it to everyone.

Excellent location in the city center close to all the good restaurants and shops. Air conditioned room during the summer heat is great. Bed is comfortable and had well-rested sleep during 4 night stay. Although need update on the furnishing and design of the room. The hotel offers breakfast buffet with a variety of dishes that is very good compared to other hotels I have been to before. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at the Concord Hotel in Turin.

Hotel is fine, a regular one you may find in the centre just like other ones. PS: car park is 25€ per day.

Great location but make sure request for outer room. Rooms are clean and good aircondition.

I only stayed one night for business so didn't get to know this place very well. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. The photos show the street while standing on my balcony.

I spent one night here before traveling to Imperia. I was on the second floor in a fabulous remodeled corner room. Bed was large and comfortable. TV was channels I expect to see in a European hotel used to foreign visitors. The breakfast buffet was delicious although I have never seen green beans or beans with tomato sauce on a buffet. (No these were not baked beans like UK. ) All in all, it would have been nice to spend longer here but it was just a delightful stopover.

I and three friends stayed for three nights. We had two twin bed rooms and really liked Hotel Concord. The breakfast was excellent with all you can need for a good start. The staff was helpful, clean and nice rooms and the air conditioning worked fine.
The hotel is in the city center of Torino with shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.
I can recommend Hotel Concord and I would stay there again if I return to Torino.

La località è comodissima, essendo in centro a torino è comodo per raggiungere varie parti della città, anche utilizzando la metro. Le camere sono molto ordinate, spaziose e pulite ma nel mio caso mi rimaneva in mano la maniglia della porta per accedere alla stanza senza però rimanere chiusa dentro. Il servizio era ottimo e il personale era disponibile e gentile.

Great location near the station. Cleanliness and room OK. Breakfast average. I would rather pay less for the services offered.

A really good hotel near the Porta Nuova station and 10 minutes from downtown.
We stayed 2 days on New Year's Eve, the room was wide and modern and nicely decorated, great international breakfast.
The only downside is the heating a bit high but still worth 5 stars.

Hotel in the city center, near the railway station. Near the pedestrian street, cafes and shops. There are rooms old, there are modern. Breakfast is included, waiters bring coffee. Nice hotel.

The rooms on the 5th floor are great. Very friendly staff.

Rooms were spaces and clean and the staff was very accomodating and friendly. The breakfast choice was also very fast and they provided gluten free goods which was great.

Hotel a few steps from the station of Torino Porta Nuova and from the center. The area is full of shops and locals, very quiet because partly pedestrian. Very large bed and spacious room as well as the bathroom. Very friendly staff, good cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. We had a little problem with the shower in the bathroom, immediately sorted out after notice at reception. Breakfast was very good I would definitely recommend it.

Great hotel and GREAT PRICE! The staff is super friendly! They even have drivers that pick you up from the airport if you just email them! The hotel room was very spacious + clean! Also, the rooms are very modern & the Wi-Fi works great!

Spacious room, large bathroom with bathtub, not among the renovated, then a little on the old style but still clean. The interior doors should definitely be renovated they know a bit of old and scruffy. Good breakfast even though not lofty. The staff was very helpful.

Do NOT stay in this hotel if you value your personal belongings! My wife and I stayed one night and at 7.30 pm went to dinner. When we returned our Apple Mac Air was gone. We called the manger and the police to find this was the SECOND THEFT that day from the same floor of an Apple computer. The manager has refused to refund us the value of the computer saying that he was to "wait" for the insurance company. The hotel has electronic door keys so they can see when the door was opened. The hotel said that no one went into either our, or the other person's room while we were out! Do NOT stay in this hotel!

Nice modern and clean hotel that is located in my opinion the best area. There are shops all around and not too far from the main square. Would improve the service though.

Breakfast is nice and the staff are very pleasant. Rooms are OK but beds leave a lot to be desired. They have a burn stack in the courtyard or something like that so it smells of smoke for a few hours during the midday. Smoking smells seem to seep from room to room. The inner rooms don't have balconies but the outer ones so, unless you get one of the extra cost upgraded nice rooms. Could be nicer with some administrative changes (ban smoking, etc…).

The staff was the worst I ever met. We were eaven called liars when asking why we didn't have access to the garage that we pre-ordered. Stay away.

Superb hotel. Friendly personal. Brilliant bed.

Good location and great price. We stayed for an event we had at the Murazzi del Po. I usually walked there and it only took 15 minutes. The hotel staff are accomodating and there were some interesting groups here like the Cuban Ballet. However be warned that if you go towards the train station you will see people fighting and may attempt to rob you. Stay away from that side.

We definitely would stay here again, and I highly recommend it. Clean, comfortable rooms: friendly, helpful staff: and a fabulous complimentary breakfast to start your day. All at a very reasonable cost. Close to Porto Nuova train station and historic city center. We walked everywhere and saw almost everything. Beautiful city and great hotel.

The hotel concord was ok overall. Clean and in a good location. Breakfast spread was also ok. Beds are a little old and pillows cardboard thin. Overall a serviceable stay.

Nice, clean and well decorated hotel, also very well located. Staff is great and breakfast has everything you want. Negative points for very uncomfortable bed and unstable Wi-Fi in our bedroom.

I stay in Turin regularly and depending on price (which varies) this hotel is always my first choice. Great standard for the money, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, best breakfast in Turin and top location.

Location of the hotel is simple excellent, just few minutes walk from the city centre. They also have secure underground parking and while being a bit expensive, it is ok for normal size cars. Rooms are reasonably large and clean. Bed was ok, but king size bed was actually made from two separate beds. The staff ignored completely my comments made during booking, so we had a bit of discussion during check-in. Hotel feels a bit old, our room was a bit noisy, both from inside and outside. Breakfast was rather bad, especially joice-like stuff, which was coloured and sweetened water. Coffee definitely not up to Italian standards.

They gave me a Convention at a reduced price, but when I booked I was granted by mistake a room at full price. I point out the problem and tell me that there are more rooms … a sample of seriousness!

Hotel very well located, near the train station, the subway and the city (museums, …). Buffet breakfast was very good. However soundproofing unsatisfactory and the street is very busy at night. Predict earplugs.

Excellent stay in Turin in large part because the hotel Concord. Very well located in the historical and easy access ZTL area. Large executive room (2 pieces) large bed and shower room. Very clean. T good home. The renovated rooms are very nice and the rooms conform to the pictures provided by the hotel.
Included in the low price rooms breakfast: cereals, fruits and salad fresh, mini pastries fresh, bacon and eggs scrambled toast, cakes houses etc… tomatoes fresh, ham cheese, fruit juice is distributor to concentrate base and the coffee machine is good.
The hotel offers parking kept 30 euros equivalent to the rates of the garages.

I don't like poor hotel to be a 4 star hotel.

I've been in these days of September in this wonderful Hotel, thank you again for availability and great staff who made our stay wonderful, in a Turin. The delicious, good-hearted beautiful rooms breakfast very rich and varied, and then the Hotel is in a very central situation, everything is close, easy to find everything as museums and shops, thanks again for our stay and see you soon.

I've not stayed here but on two of the three times I've been to Turin this is the hotel that has been used by Juventus prior to a home match. If you're a fan wait outside the evening before (team bus is a giveaway). Met a few players that way. Inside, I've used the bar etc. And very nice. Location is probably one of the best in the city.
