I have been coming to this hotel for several years with my family, this time I decided to bring my friends. Yet another perfect holiday! Between swimming pool, massages, whirlpool, aperitifs, lunch, dinner and breakfast from 10e lode. All at more than fair prices. Marina, Rita, Francesca, Giuseppe, Marco etc. People who put into their work all the passion and heart possible. Thanks again and see you soon!

I was there on the 26th. 12 for 2 nights with my family. We were greeted very well, very attentive staff. A lot of attention to general cleanliness, rooms and spa. The food is good. Very nice and kind girls who take care of the spa. We had a great time.

Nice nice nice. We spent a week in full retirement and loved everything. The room is clean and perfectly matches the description found on the site. Stacks, towels and cobblers changed with each use. Kitchen varies and very good. The staff is much more than kind: you are treated as guests and not as customers.

My room wasn't clean full of dust dirty floor looks stuff with bad smell and the bartender who also does obnoxious recepcionist. I don't recommend it to anyone who better around.

Dinner at the hotel restaurant, fast food is normal, all the clean staff are great, I love this place.

The location is nice and so is the personel, the food could be better, it was a little cold but still could be eaten.

The swimming pool is difficult to access. We chose the hotel but the pool was reserved for swimming lessons. So much disappointment.

It was a very nice hotel. Very good kitchen. The portions are not plentiful, but the dishes are cured and tasty. Nice spa and relaxation area. The rooms are okay.

I don't understand how it can be a 4 star.
The swimming pool is unusable as it is occupied by private courses all week.
The restaurant serves some poor food to say the least.

Great Hotel, quiet, large double room, clean and with bright bathroom. The food in the restaurant great.
The SPA is quality but extremely small, if there are many guests it gets really very crowded, pity.

It was a very nice hotel. Nice and helpful staff.

Nice place to spend the week-end with a good spa center (the pool had warm water, turkish bath). We had dinner at the local resturant one evening and it was really good. The room, instead, was not really nice (the boath was really cold) and for sure is not 4*.

Really live up to its 4 stars all you deserve. The staff was very helpful Accurate service. Reception is absolutely up to par and able to handle "the assault" of a high number of guests.

Cheap ex-4 star hotel. Breakfast is not recommended, Wi-Fi is slow. Check in until midnight. Otherwise, all right. The view of the mountains is not bad.

The restoration is correct. The level of English is not exceptional but it is not too difficult to be understood.

Staff very helpful, new premises and always clean, but for a 4 star I thought more organization. To their fault our group was very numerous and we are still in low season.

the spa was small for the capacity of the hotel.

Well-appointed hotel but very disappointed to discover that I was robbed by someone who had access to our room. We did not leave our room unlocked at any time, nor were our access cards stolen, so this was done by someone on staff. Another source of disappointment was being told by the server that the fish and pasta dish I was about to enjoy did not contain pinoli, to which I am allergic. After one bite, I quickly realized that this was not so and that my night was over. I was unable to enjoy my evening as scheduled and rather spent it in significant discomfort and vomiting. Too bad!

Great hotel close to the Centre of Boario Terme, rooms very comfortable, professional staff.
I've been twice in this structure one year and can't recommend it enough.
