NH Milano 2

One of the worst hotels I could ever stay at they don’t give a blanket they only give you a piece of cloth the ac systems don’t work properly. The only reason I stayed here was because because of San rafelle the hospital otherwise I would never stay here. The beds have bed bugs for sure I feel as if I got an allergy. Service was very bad people were rude. The residence is a much better fit but service is still average. I expected much better from nh however this is their lower ranked hotel. View is good.

Nice hotel in a quiet residential area. Only downside was there was a mosquito that got into my room and left me with a few bites overnight. This must be a common problem as there were numerous dead bug stains on the walls and roof from previous guests. This isn’t the hotels fault but it made my stay less enjoyable.

Lovely hotel in a great location. I stayed in the residence part of the hotel, walking past the fantastic lake every day to get to breakfast and to my room.

I would imagine that a decade ago this was most awesome and luxurious place. Now I has quite a retro feel. One frustrating thing there is paid mini bar, come on its not common to have these and once you pop water open and realise later that costed 3euro and now good luck separating bussness expenses with private. Honestly it felt like stepping on a bad pile of Nevertheless place is gorgeous, pond is awesome with koi, turtles and I guess nutrias. Its like an urban safari, also a nice area to jog for few miles.

I would not recommend this hotel at all. The location is not good, AC doesn’t work and we were informed upon arrival at 9pm that there would be no room service available due to “many events” going on. The breakfast is not good and is overpriced. The only positive things are that the bed was comfortable and the view was nice.

I recently stayed at NH Milano and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's prime location made exploring Milano a breeze, while the comfortable rooms provided a relaxing retreat. The dining options were fantastic, offering delicious meals served with impeccable service. Overall, NH Milano exceeded my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Horrible. Not a 4 star hotel by far. No ac, no redtaurant, no bar, no Wi-Fi, staff super unhelpful. Horrible. Go to hotel rafael near the hospital. Its a 3star that is much much better.

Noisy air conditioning, not the cleanest room, small shower. Very nice, but expensive restaurant with small portion of food. Breakfast ok.

Absolutely horrible service. Would never recommend to anyone. Though others have complained on this page regarding rude service, this management has done nothing to address this issue from my experience. Before even setting foot into my room, my stay at this hotel ruined my entire trip. We came to check-in at 9pm and got to our room by 11pm. There was a mistake on the end of the third party agency we booked through and that took about 30 minutes to figure out. We said we'd just pay the difference because we wanted to get to our room quickly. But the clerk said that they'd pre-authorize our card for the original reservation price + the difference + we would need to pay whatever the upgrade amount was when we checked out in 3 days. We asked what the upgrade amount was and they told us they didn't know and we'd have to wait until we check out to find out. This is absolutely ridiculous and goes against the most basic understanding of a contractual business agreement. They kept telling us we'd have to talk to their supervisor tomorrow to find out how much more we'd have to pay and they couldn't guarantee us that we'd pay less than a certain amount. They continued to aggressively insist that we were being hard to work with for not agreeing to take the room when we didn't know what we'd be paying.

Very bad service, they don’t allow you to take more than 1 coffee in the lobbies coffee station because they want you to pay breakfast at 7am.
The hotel is far away from down town.

Conventional business hotel in Milano Due. Close to Linate airport. No plastic shower and no funny hangers. Comfortable bed. Very difficult to adjust shower to desired temperature, and frequent readjustment necessary. Couldn't get air-conditioning to work, but could compensate with opening window. No tea or coffee in room. Small gym with bike, elliptical, treadmill and free weights. No rowing machine. Good breakfast. Restaurant serves food until 2230.

The room was great, clean and hardwood floors. Somewhat uneven water temperature which was the only negative with the room. The location is the main downside with this hotel, you can go by bus to the subway, but the schedule seems random at evenings and weekends.

I did the check in at 10pm, a room was assigned to me and my company already prepaid the room. The day after I had to wake up early so I went to sleep. At 00.40 somone from the reception knocked in a very rude manner at the door and enter in my room. I was half asleep but I told the guy what the heck was doing so he started to shout a me come outside and bring your passport. Still puzzled on what was going on I came out of the room and he tod me that my room was assigned to another guest (wtf? ) And there was a couple with him waiting outside my door. Then he asked me the passport and brought the passport to the concierege to do some "checking" he said! After realizing what was happening I run at the concierge and asked for my passport back. The guy NEVER apologies and told me that he needed to check who was in that room (still cant believe it! ). The day after at the check out they had the courage to ask if it was all ok … when I said "of course not" the guy slightly apologiesed and "offered" me a bottle of water (not sure if I had to laugh or cry). NH will NEVER see again my money and will recommend to my colleagues to NEVER go there!

Quality in service. Common areas and privacy areas. Excellent location. Speed in practices at the reception.

Romantic place ideal to relax. Beautiful view of the pond and excellent restaurant of the same name.

All part of procces are amazing. You can book with the secure procedure and all the staff are so beautiful people, with good heart and ready for help everytime.
Their staff it's amazing, from human part and professional too.
