Good hotel, comfort rooming and very friendly staff, unfortunately it's a little bit hard to drive for it due to the wrong address which is on maps.

Located inside the complex of San Raffaele, you can reach the hospital on foot and. It is not a little to have to use the car in Milan. Included in the price outside private parking, also this great.
At the back of the hotel comfortable garden adjacent to the bar.
Basic but clean rooms and bathrooms.
In the room you could smell smoke, perhaps the person who preceded us was a smoker, unfortunately the locked windows did not allow us to ventilate the premises.
Staff prepared and polite.
Only flaw in the restaurant, food quite good but overpriced!
Given the location the people who stay there do it for health problems and not for pleasure trip so the price of the restaurant, from my point of view, should be more content, especially since there are alternatives in the vicinity over the restaurant Of the hospital where the prices of course are similar.

Would need an extension cord). The air conditioning not in all the rooms is of equal quality and precision. In different details It appears approximate and significantly improved. The hotel is in front of the hospital, you walk in two minutes.
It has a convenient parking lot that you pay 7 euros a day, much more competitive cost of the underground parking under the hospital (which must be administered by Dracula or his son, given the costs that I miss if I parked under the Taj Mahal).
Comfortable room, neither beautiful nor ugly, but it has what it takes. The fact that you are near the hospital allows you to stretch out or rest a little when you don't have to be next to your loved one. We did not have breakfast or dinner in the hotel so we cannot express ourselves to that effect. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Me and my partner, when we are nearby, we go very gladly in this hotel that deserves 4 stars. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, tidy and kept well. They accept the dogs, for us it is very convenient. Prices are normal. Recommended.

Located close the San Raffaele hospital, the hotel offered a cozy and clean room with confortable bed and a bathroom that looked like brand new. The room had also TV, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, air conditioning and a vault. The service is nice and the restaurant is good. I liked also the continental break.

It was a very nice Hotel. The restaurant is discreet. Very convenient for the proximity to the San Raffaele hospital which is a stone's throw away.

As far as my experience a GOOD in all and for all. Excellent hospitality, impeccable cleanliness in all common spaces, too bad for the current season otherwise I would have been able to take advantage of the gardens a truly welcoming and relaxing, both on the front and the rear (where in summer you can also dine on a wonderful green expanse enriched by beautiful rose bushes, very well cared for, and that in spite of the early cold had still a lot of flowers), the rooms are spotless and equipped with all the necessary amenities are also very well sound-proof, so you are not disturbed by any noise, intelligently the lifts are placed in such a way as to not be heard by the occupants, a small gym, the floor is always a pleasure and here is the last gem : the excellent restaurant, delicious dishes, wide choice, excellent service and fast. Staff very young but polite, helpful to the top, to the face of anyone who says that "young people today do not know what the education". The prices both for accommodation and for meals are, in my humble opinion, more than adequate. In short, my experience was super. Thanks to all the employees of the RAFAEL HOTEL with all my heart.

Hotel itself is very nice. Rooms are spacious and clean. Stuff is helpful. The only two disadvantages are that it's quite far away from the city Center (but close to the airport) and for breakfasts they are serving always same set.

Good hotel, good service, very nice breakfast buffet. Location is cery close to the hospital and conference center. Only downside is that it is very difficult to reach it in the evening after dining in the city center. A taxi ride from Center to the hospital is quite expensive (€40). The Metro stop is far from the hospital because the 'shortcut' is closed after 8PM requiring a long walk.

It's nice hotel for relaxing and it's a little far from domo it's around 10 min by taxi. And it's very close at the hospital Rafael 2 min walking.

Only good if u have work in san raffael hospital. Get only sandwich to eat after 10pm. Breakfast just ok. Wifi good. Peaceful location.

Our hotelrooms were well-equipped, clean and cosy. The receptionist were helpful. It's a bit far from the city centre, about half an hour by car, but besides that I absolutely recommend it.

Hotel perfect for patients of the near hospital San Raffaele… But also for People must go near there… Subway for center just near… Taxi stop at 30mts…
