All part of procces are amazing. You can book with the secure procedure and all the staff are so beautiful people, with good heart and ready for help everytime.

Stayed here last week and everything was fine on the first night but the second day I discovered I had been bitten by something… turns out it’s a good possibility they’re bed bug bites not great for a 4star hotel… due back in Milan next month and I will be avoiding this hotel.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, close to The S. Raffaele, near important roads and served by public transport. The room, where I stayed a week, was always clean and tidy. Breakfast is great. Impeccable service in reception, good Wi-Fi and superb restaurant. I hope to go back.

Large hotel with large territory. We had a nice studio room with kitchen and balcony. Good smily stuff. But we didn't like the exterior of the hotel. It is some dirty and old. There is a fountain with a pond near the hotel with bright fishes, turtles and ducks. We had tasty dinner in hotel with fruits and deserts. At all we liked this place!

Lovely hotel… on bus route to all transport links… modern rooms. Lovely food at onsite Chinese restaurant.

Lovely decor, comfortable bedrooms and great breakfast! And stunning lake view! Although far from the city center, great public transportation access.

They feed well, but they make it for a long time. My request to speed up the process because I have a tired child has been ignored.

Lovely setting close to the hospital. Great spacious rooms helpful staff and a beautiful peaceful garden with pond white swans ducks and turtles to stroll through and picnic.

It is a residence at 500 meters from the hospital San Raffaele in Milan 2. Very suitable for university students for those who have to stay for long periods. Friendly staff and clean environment.

Hotel just outside Milan and convenient for those who have to stay more days in the city. Immersed in the context of Milan 2, it offers an excellent relaxing view on the pond.
Great opportunity to be able to walk around the hotel in total tranquillity.
The hotel is equipped with car parking and a restaurant where you can dine, although the variety of dishes to the paper is not sensational.
Slightly annoying the fact that in the room you hear the noises of the rooms around and other televisions, maybe you could do something better for the soundproofing of the rooms.

I loved everything of this hotel. Very peaceful, accessible in transportations, quite a few restaurants around with a beautiful view. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Breakfast was amazing with different choices. I recommend! ☺

It belongs to NH Hotel and it's located in the middle of Milano2.

Structure in Segrate, from where in 15 minutes you are in Milan. Hotel overlooking the Swan Pond and a park. Truly an oasis of peace. Structure to be modernized.

Great for business trips quite small rooms but with everything you need, mine had a large balcony.
Compared to a few years ago the exterior is less cured. I'd say scruffy.
Still a good solution. I struggled to find a restaurant outside of the M2 area.

Very pleasant. Two points are exceptionally super. 1. Breakfast and breakfast room and 2. The location in a very special area with Lake, park, atmosphere. Center is easily accessible.
Of course the hotel is not downtown and you need public stop for a certain time. For that you get peace, good air and an interesting architecture. What is quite interesting are the social facilities next door including a farm with off-farm sale on Viale Turchia and the park on Viale Felter. The latter also great for walking and walking. The park on Viale Turchia is a line. You don't want to get through in daylight, either.

A great breakfast, a view of the fountains and the lake, swans in the pond, but you need to distinguish between the hotel and the residences. These are two different buildings. From the residences for breakfast you need to go across the street. The rooms in the residences do not pull on 4 stars. Enough fumbled, but you can live, all the conveniences are, except slippers and robes.

I often use this hotel for business reasons, but I have to say that in the last 2 years I have seen the structure turn into worse… Until recently it was one of my favorites, but now: maintenance absent, questionable cleanliness, errors in assigning Rooms. More and more Asian groups and less business Users. Ultimately convenient to the location, but comparable to any three star. Discouraged.

Terrible hotel — a lot of noise generated by drunk outdoor bars/restaurants visitors + they organize outdoor private events/concerts during late evening hours = impossible to have good silent rest.

I had a great time, a residence full of tricks, I love the details, the cleanliness, and here I found everything I was looking for. Fragrant and clean sheets and towels, the cozy room, the presence of the multiple lamps made me feel at home. The breakfast is really assorted and with quality products. Friendly staff, helpful and professional. The area is nice and quiet. So, I will definitely go back.

Fantastic hotel in a good location, albeit a bus & train ride into Milan centre. Conceived and designed by the notorious Silvio Berlusconi, it represents a "vision" of a city-outside-a-city. Decent lodgings are enhanced by a lovely breakfast and great options for dinner. There is a Chinese/Italian "fusion" restaurant within 3 minutes walking. All told, worth it. Lovely staff make it all the more worthwhile. Enjoy!

All a bit old. Rooms from modernisation.

Very nice posh hotel. The rooms are amazing! Unfortunately, we had problems on arrival despite booking and were lucky to get a hotel room for the night thanks to an Italian-speaking passengers. We it would be — dating otherwise we don't know and are happy about it!
There is a rich buffet breakfast in a modern atmosphere. I'd like to go back despite def inconvenience!

Good service rather quiet place.

Staff very friendly but unfortunately the 2 rooms we stayed in were infested by bedbugs. They changed the first room at 23 but also in the new room the bed bugs were present. Room cleaning is not befitting to a category 4 stars.
