Amazing hotel, the room was just perfect for me and my friend. The breakfast has good options. The spa is nice, could have more options though, and some of the spa staff ate not very friendly.

We had a very pleasant stay. Hotel room was lovely (4th floor). It was spacious, comfortable and had everything you needed. Lovely staff, impressive reception area and welcome.

I traveled with my mum to Milan and was having trouble to find Wich hotel to stay through the 4 days and 3 nights trip. This hotel was such a good decision.

Very close from the central station. The room is modern. Front desk staff was very helpful. I did not take a breakfast here so I cannot comment on it.

This is basic hotel close to Milano Centrale. Sorry we arrived late so forgot to take the photos of room. Overall it was a good stay. Room was nice and clean and equipped with all amenities.

The location of this hotel is great, next to Milano Centrale Station. There are 3 operators for Malpensa Airport Bus just outside the Hotel building. There are rooms are clean and nice.

Staff very friendly, provides a whatapp number for any help, which is great. Location is good. Lots of restaurants nearby. Carrefour express is near too.

Smooth check in with friendly staff. The room is divided into two floors creating a high ceiling room.

Nice hotel, good for self-catering, however, there was no duvet cover on the beds.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel was very nice and accommodating. Our room was a good size for 2 people for a 3 night stay. The rooftop area was also very nice.

This hotel was walking distance from the train station and located around many food options. We were greedy immediately by the bellhops who helped us with our bags and use the lift for a stroller.

This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The location is perfect, with easy access to main attractions, restaurants, and public transportation.

I absolutely love this hotel and the staff that works there. It was a lovely 15 or 20-minute walk to the main sites of Milan and about 10 minutes away from Central Station.

Myself and wife Paula Wallem stayed at Excelsior last week and coming back again today for 3 nights. BEST hotel in Milan and the staff and service is 6 stars across the board!

When in Milan you absolutely must stay at the Westin Palace Milan! My entire 2 week stay (APRIL/MAY) was beyond fabulous!

The room I had was excellent value & well situated. I booked a room with a bathroom but although this was only used by me it's actually across the corridor (didn't worry me unduly).
