Beautifull hotel spotless clean staff very professional and rooms where very clean and bed was so comfortable.

A good option while staying in Milan not too far from the main railway station.

Great service and rooms, good place to stay, nearby the station as well.

Very Cozy Hotel Located 1KM from Milani Centrale Station. Rooms are small but has all Aminities. Hotel staff is polite and friendly.

Cozy place with friendly staff and clean rooms. The rooms are quite small but very comfortable. Good breakfast buffet for a very good price and the location is in close range to the central station.

Hotel a bit old with the classic carpet years 50, discreetly clean, I could not regulate the flow of air conditioning as it arrived directly on the bed and Pqpuindi are stpapto forced. To turn it off.

A nice hotel very well located! A 10 min walk from the central station, 5 from the Metro and 3 from pavé a good address for breakfast.
The décor is in itself a little outdated, Rococo and lacks style and panache in this city renowned for its design! This is one of the only small negative points. Otherwise the rooms are rather spacious and bright. The bed is large and comfortable, neither too hard nor too soft. A kettle and different types of tea and coffee are provided. The bathroom is a little small, it would win in standing if the shower was Italian. Italy obligates, the bidet responds present:) Note that products are made available free of charge such as classic shampoo and shower gel but also body milk, cotton Kit, cotton swab and nail file, handkerchief, sponges for leather shoes…
The breakfast is complete and rather of good quality, special mention for the mini chocolate buns.
The staff are lovely, especially the receptionists who are excellent tips for sightseeing and restaurants in the area.
In the lobby, biscotis, fruit, tea and coffee are available throughout the day.
You can borrow free bikes to discover Milan and it's hot!

Central location with many good locales in the small area. The rooms are tiny but very clean. The sound insulation in front of the neighbouring rooms is fine, but not the hallway. — Very friendly service in the house. If you arrive by car you can pick it up for €25 a day and put it in a garage: recommended!

It is an elegant hotel, well located, close to the centre of Milan, the train station, the Metro, in a pleasant area. Alas, our room, a twin room was not isolated enough from the noises of the adjoining room. The staff were very friendly, the beds were very comfortable.

Sympathetic welcome: We were advised on activities according to our desires, the transport to be borrowed and the routes to follow on a map. Clean and comfortable room. 5 minutes walk from the train station or 5 minutes from the subway, convenient and without noise. The only downside is the breakfast which was frankly not up to par: chemical orange juice, little fruit, not much choice. But overall a very good value for money!

Very helpful staff, very comfortable bed and very clean room, towels were good to dry, you have infusions in the room that you can do without any cost. Very good experience.

Good location excellent value for money + breakfast but service too present for the breakfast noise from the rooms next to the fact u lack of soundproofing look a bit cheesy for a Best Western more.

I was already 3x in the BW Felice Casati and this probably speaks for itself. Why check in somewhere else if you are so satisfied with the offered. And that's me. In every respect.

The receptionist was very friendly. We used the training rooms and the bathrooms were cleaned with incredible frequency. Very attentive even to small details.

I have stayed here twice now and I must say both time the service and staff have been impeccable. The front office are very helpful and recommend fantastic restaurants. It is in a great location not far from the metro (4 stops) to the centre of Milan for shops and cathedral.

Hotel a few steps from Central Station. The staff is very courteous. The elegant interior ambience makes it cozy.

Very nice and clean hotel. There is a nice breakfast buffet which is €5 per person if not included in the room. Kids up to 6 years are even free. Only let down is the coffee as there is only a self-serve machine which makes average coffee. The location is also pretty good. Very close to trams and tube station which takes you in 3min to the Duomo. The area is not the best/poshest but we didn't feel unsafe (with 2 little kids).

Very helpful staff, rooms however are very small and they had an unpleasant smell that you were trying to mitigate with a scent for too intense environments. Still very comfy beds and very clean inside.

I came a month and a half ago, just now or had some time to write a review. Holte Cute very nice area 20 minutes from the Duomo. The only thing a very rude waitress with glasses answered me wrong. For the rest all right.

A great hotel!
From the hotel you can easily reach both the central station of Milan and the center of the city. For those who do not want to move on foot or by means, bicycles are available free of charge.

4 stars hotel with everything that comes with it. Courtesy personnel at the reception, good baggage holding service (I left the baggage in the deposit becouse I arrived earlier than the check in time and when I came back my baggage was already in the room), nice continental breakfast and also nice location, close to many public transports.

The Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of food and drink. It was delicious! My experience overall was outstanding.

Great hotel at the best location of Milan Love it.

Some maintenance problems with the 2 rooms I had; Grumpy or lazy staff (difficult to tell) and an unnecessarily difficult Wifi process. Also not in a great neighbourhood. Excellent breakfast and agree with the comment below about being good to leave luggage ahead of stay.

A memorable stay. Nice and professional people at the desk and in the restaurant. Clean and calm. I highly recommend the hotel.

A great start to our trip to Milan and from there to Santa Margarita. Chose from the Best Western, because the coast lived in Regina Elena.
The only pity is that with parking in Felice Casati.
Remember with warm feelings. The next time will be in Milan-back here.

Very cute place — beautiful lobby — but the rooms a bit small.

Great place to stay. Close to all the shopping. Nice people at the desk. They allowed us to leave our bags while we toured the rest of Italy… free breakfast and internet was great.
